我們是誰？TheMountainRescueAssociationisaallvolunteerorganizationthatiscommittedtoimprovingthequality,availability,andsafetyofmountainsearchandrescue.山地救援協(xié)會是一個全部由志愿者構(gòu)成的組織，我們致力于改善山地搜索和救援的質(zhì)量，并提高其有效性和平安性。WhoweareMRAfoundedin1957by14localmountainrescueteamatMt.Hood,OregenthenorthwesternUnitedStates.Formedtosharemountainrescuetechniquestoimproveonrescuesafety.MRAnowhasteamsin9differentregions,over15differentstates,includingtheUSNationalParksService,andtheNationalSkiPatrol.HowitworksMRA,theonlynationalaccreditingorganizationinNorthAmerica.MemberteamstrainedinRock,Search,andSnowandIcerescuetechniques.Everyteammustpassanaccreditation/reaccreditationevery5yearstostaycurrent,andremainafullmemberoftheMRA.TheMRAanditsteamssupport“NoChargeforRescue〞MRAisthenationalbodythatsetsthebylaws,policiesandguidelinesformemberteams.Eachregion,andeachteam,hasitsownBoardofDirectors.EachmemberteamandregionalsohasitsownbylawsandguidelinesbasedonthosesetbytheMRAMemberteamsarerequiredtopayduestotheMRAbasedonteamsize山地救援協(xié)會作為全國性的機構(gòu)為各救援團隊制定規(guī)那么、政策和指導(dǎo)方針。每個地區(qū)、每個團隊都有自己的執(zhí)行委員會。每個地區(qū)、每個團隊在山地救援協(xié)會規(guī)那么的根底上制定自己的規(guī)那么和指導(dǎo)方針。每個會員團隊根據(jù)自身團隊的規(guī)模向山地救援協(xié)會繳納會費TheRegionalLevelEachregionsetsforthitsownbylawsandguidelinesbasedontheMRAstandardTheseincludeshoweachofitsteamswillaccredit/reaccredit.EachregionreportstotheMRAonthestatusofallitsmembereachyear地區(qū)層面每個地區(qū)基于山地救援協(xié)會的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)闡述自己的規(guī)那么和指導(dǎo)方針這包括如何認證本地區(qū)的救援團隊每個地區(qū)每年向山地救援協(xié)會報告其所轄救援團隊的狀況Howtheteamsgettheirmoney

救援團隊如何籌集經(jīng)費Eachteamhasadifferentwayofraisingmoney.Manyoftheteamsgetsomefundingfromgovernment,whileothersrelyonprivatedonations.Mostteamsholdfundraiser,eitherthroughprivatehostingorthroughpubliceventsSometeamschargetheirteammembersdues每個救援團隊都有獲取經(jīng)費的方法很多救援團隊從政府獲得經(jīng)費支持，也有一些團隊依靠私人捐款大多數(shù)救援團隊通過募捐活動獲得經(jīng)費有些救援團隊那么向其會員收取會費HowtheteamstrainResponsibilityofeachteamtomakesureit’smembersaretrainedproperly.Teamswillholdweekly,orbiweeklytrainings.Mostteamsrequireaminimumamountoftrainingsamemberhastoattendtoremaincurrent.Usuallyteammateswithhigherskillswillrunthetrainings.救援團隊是如何訓(xùn)練的？確保其會員得到正確的培訓(xùn)是每個救援團隊的責(zé)任救援團隊每周或每月兩次進行培訓(xùn)會員需保持一定的培訓(xùn)以維持自己參與救援的資格。
