崗位職責(zé):

1、負責(zé)各類需求的uat測試及灰度測試(生產(chǎn)驗證)工作;

2、負責(zé)測試管理工具的維護及使用，對bug生命周期進行有效管理;

3、負責(zé)梳理需求，編寫測試計劃、測試案例，完成測試，輸出測試報告，對測試過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題進行及時跟蹤、分析與報告，確保發(fā)現(xiàn)的bug能有效的解決，保證系統(tǒng)上線質(zhì)量;

4、與業(yè)務(wù)人員、開發(fā)及運維人員保持良好的溝通，保證測試工作的有效性及完整性。，保證測試工作的有效性及完整性。

任職資格:

1、全日制本科及以上，專業(yè)不限;

2、3年以上測試工作經(jīng)驗，銀行業(yè)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;

3、具有較好的項目管理、溝通和團隊合作能力。
