1《醇醚基芳烴中含氧化合物的測(cè)定氣相色譜法》編制說(shuō)明《醇醚基芳烴中含氧化合物的測(cè)定氣相色譜法》國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的任務(wù)來(lái)源是國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化委員會(huì)于2021年8月24日下達(dá)的2021年第二批推薦性國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)計(jì)劃(國(guó)標(biāo)委發(fā)[2021]23號(hào)計(jì)劃編號(hào)為20213256-T-469,由全國(guó)煤化工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會(huì)(SAC/TC469)歸口。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會(huì)煤化工產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)方法分技術(shù)委員會(huì)(SAC/TC469/SC4)申報(bào)了《醇醚基芳烴中含氧化合物的測(cè)定氣相色譜法》國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)草案和項(xiàng)目建議書。估。2020年8月,國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理委員會(huì)對(duì)2021年第三批擬立項(xiàng)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)項(xiàng)21.2.3標(biāo)準(zhǔn)立項(xiàng)并列入制修訂計(jì)劃2021年8月24日,國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理委員會(huì)下達(dá)2021年第二批推薦性國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)計(jì)劃及相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)外文版計(jì)劃的通知(國(guó)標(biāo)委發(fā)[2021]23號(hào)包括本項(xiàng)目本項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃編號(hào)為20213256-T-469。1.2.4標(biāo)準(zhǔn)起草工作小組的成立2021年8月,國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理委員會(huì)下達(dá)2021年第二批推薦性國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)計(jì)劃及相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)外文版計(jì)劃的通知(國(guó)標(biāo)委發(fā)[2021]23號(hào))以后,全國(guó)煤化工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會(huì)煤化工產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)方法分技術(shù)委員會(huì)秘書處經(jīng)與各相關(guān)單1.2.5查詢國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和文獻(xiàn)資料為了保證本項(xiàng)目的順利實(shí)施,從2021年9月至2022年3月,全國(guó)煤化工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會(huì)煤化工產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)方法分技術(shù)委員會(huì)秘書處和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制訂參與查閱整理相關(guān)的國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn),研究現(xiàn)有的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)2022年4月-2022年10月:牽頭單位在大量的試驗(yàn)、測(cè)試基礎(chǔ)上,完成3整的質(zhì)控體系的建立。2022年11月-2023年3月對(duì)方法進(jìn)一步修改,2023年4月組織編制組成員就本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的具體內(nèi)容等進(jìn)行討論,一致認(rèn)為方法成熟可2023年4月-2023年8月進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)室間驗(yàn)證實(shí)驗(yàn),在收回實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)后,2023年8月-2024年1月,進(jìn)一步補(bǔ)充完善了實(shí)驗(yàn)室間的驗(yàn)證測(cè)試,2024年2月收回?cái)?shù)據(jù),2024年3月,形成編制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)征求意見稿及編制說(shuō)明。2標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制修訂的必要性分析2.1發(fā)展煤基甲醇(醚)制芳烴工業(yè)的重要性工重要的基礎(chǔ)原料,其市場(chǎng)規(guī)模僅次于乙烯和丙烯。30%以上的有機(jī)化工產(chǎn)品烴97%來(lái)源于石油路線,但我國(guó)石油資源短缺,2023年原油進(jìn)口依存度高達(dá)72.99%,重要化工原料PX(對(duì)二甲苯)大量依賴進(jìn)口,2023年進(jìn)口量高達(dá)909.6萬(wàn)噸。在國(guó)際形勢(shì)緊張的當(dāng)下,這對(duì)我國(guó)的能源安全造成威脅。相較于42.2檢測(cè)醇醚基芳烴產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的工作需要化的原料或含氧產(chǎn)物這些微量的含氧化合物對(duì)產(chǎn)品的最終品質(zhì)以及產(chǎn)品后續(xù)國(guó)外涉及到含氧化合物測(cè)定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方法[1,2]匯總見表1,主要是對(duì)汽油以及5方法出處方法號(hào)適用范圍項(xiàng)目分析方法測(cè)定范圍檢出限美國(guó)材料與試驗(yàn)協(xié)會(huì)汽油沸點(diǎn)不超汽油中的有機(jī)含氧化合物氣相色譜得到碳?xì)浠衔锾細(xì)浠衔锏慕K沸點(diǎn)不大于氣相色譜??國(guó)內(nèi)涉及到含氧化合物測(cè)定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方法[3-8]匯總見表2,主要是車用汽油、工業(yè)乙烯丙烯、苯乙烯,甲醇制烯烴(MTO)過(guò)程凈化水中含氧化合物的測(cè)定表2國(guó)內(nèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方法匯總表方法方法號(hào)適用范圍項(xiàng)目分析方法測(cè)定范圍檢出限標(biāo)準(zhǔn)車用汽油甲基叔丁基醚基醚(ETBE)、叔戊基甲醚醇、異丁醇、叔丁醇、甲醇和乙醇?xì)庀嗌V法總芳烴含量(體積分總烯烴含量(體積分?jǐn)?shù))為合物含量(體積分氧含量(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))量(體積分?jǐn)?shù))為不大于2%的車用汽油。工業(yè)用乙烯、丙烯基叔丁基醚、乙丙酮和丁酮?dú)庀嗌V法基叔丁基醚、乙醛、乙醇、異丙醇、丙酮和丁酮濃度不低36烯、丙烯的測(cè)定。車用汽油二甲氧基甲烷(又名甲縮醛)、乙酸乙酯、乙酸仲丁酯、苯胺、N-甲基苯胺、鄰甲基苯胺、間甲基苯胺、對(duì)甲基苯胺、甲基叔丁基醚、甲醇?xì)庀嗌V法甲基叔丁基醇、乙酸仲丁酯、二甲氧基甲烷、乙酸乙酯和苯甲基苯胺、鄰甲基苯胺、對(duì)甲基苯胺和間甲基苯基叔丁基醚)他)工業(yè)用苯乙烯苯甲醛.苯乙醛、酮、苯酚和對(duì)-叔丁基鄰苯二酚氣相色譜法苯甲醛含量在5圍,苯乙醛、氧化苯乙烯、苯乙酮、苯酚及TBC等含氧化合物含量在范圍的工業(yè)用苯乙烯(苯甲醛)乙烯)石油化工行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)SH-T汽油甲基叔丁基醚基醚(ETBE)、甲基叔戊基醚(TAME)、二異丙基醚醇、異丙醇、正丙醇、異丁醇、叔丁醇、仲丁醇、正丁醇及叔戊醇?xì)庀嗌V法適用于單一醚測(cè)定的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)范圍為一醇測(cè)定的質(zhì)量分采礦業(yè)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制烯烴過(guò)程中水洗水、凈化水甲醇、乙醇、1-丙醇、異丙醇、1-醛、丙醛、丁醛、酸、丙酸氣相色譜法甲醇、乙醇、1-丙醇、異丙醇、1-丁醇、2-丁醇、1-戊2-丁酮、2-戊酮、2-己酮、乙酸、丙酸相色譜法[9-22]及色譜聯(lián)用[25-25]為主,紅外光譜法[26,27]一般用于單組分的測(cè)定。7求較高,不利于在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐中應(yīng)用。色譜聯(lián)用(如(1)高分離效率與快速分析:氣相色譜法通過(guò)利用不同物質(zhì)在氣相和固定(2)高靈敏度與低檢測(cè)下限:氣相色譜法在樣品進(jìn)樣和分離過(guò)程中,采用(3)廣泛的應(yīng)用范圍:氣相色譜法不僅適用于氣體和易揮發(fā)有機(jī)物質(zhì)的分(5)操作簡(jiǎn)便與穩(wěn)定性好:氣相色譜法的儀器設(shè)備相對(duì)簡(jiǎn)單,操作比較方國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)有的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測(cè)試方法沒有適用于以煤基醇醚化合物生產(chǎn)的芳烴中的含8-1000ppm(m/m)。對(duì)醇醚化合物生產(chǎn)的芳烴產(chǎn)品測(cè)定有更強(qiáng)的適用性。4標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制修訂的基本原則和技術(shù)路線4.1標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制(修)訂的基本原則4.1.1醇醚基芳烴中含氧化合物的測(cè)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制修訂應(yīng)符合《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)編寫規(guī)則第44.1.2方法的檢出限和測(cè)定范圍滿足醇醚基芳烴中含氧化合物檢測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和工作標(biāo)化合物的方法檢出限預(yù)計(jì)含氧化合物范圍為0.1ppm-1000ppm,能夠滿足司五家實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行了方法驗(yàn)證。選擇醇醚基芳烴中含氧化合物濃度不同的0#、1#、2#和3#4種樣品,5家實(shí)驗(yàn)室分別對(duì)每種樣品取5份平行樣進(jìn)行全過(guò)程分析,將每種樣品的5次測(cè)定結(jié)果計(jì)算平均值、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差和相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差。各物質(zhì)9的室內(nèi)相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為:二乙醚1.98%~3.66%,乙醛1.45%~2.95%,丙醛1.47%~2.19%,異丁醛1.24%~2.15%,丁醛0.91%~3.09%,丙酮1.92%~3.01%,戊醛0.52%~1.65%,丁酮1.89%~4.08%,乙醇0.87%~2.54%,丙醇(正丙醇+異丙醇)2.13%~5.37%,丁醇(正丁醇+異丁醇+叔丁醇)2.38%~4.16%,各物質(zhì)的室間相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為:二乙醚0.39%~4.52%,乙醛0.92%~2.62%,丙醛0.48%~4.30%,異丁醛0.52%~3.39%,丁醛1.41%~4.19%,丙酮0.40%~4.39%,戊醛0.97%~1.63%,丁酮0.49%~5.00%,乙醇1.99%~6.27%,丙醇(正丙醇+異丙醇)0.66%~5.04%,丁醇(正丁醇+異丁醇+叔丁醇)0.56%~4.80%。4.2標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的適用范圍和主要技術(shù)路線(2)氣相色譜法具有分離高效、靈敏度高、應(yīng)用范圍廣、選擇性高、穩(wěn)定(3)隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)和檢測(cè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和實(shí)際需要,國(guó)內(nèi)許多化工廠4.3標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制修訂的技術(shù)路線圖1技術(shù)路線圖5.1方法研究的目標(biāo)本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了用氣相色譜法測(cè)定醇醚基芳烴中的含(1)研究建立適用于以醇、醚或其混合物為原料生產(chǎn)的芳烴產(chǎn)品的測(cè)定方(1)采樣、裝運(yùn)和儲(chǔ)存的過(guò)程中,部分有機(jī)含氧化合物會(huì)揮發(fā)并且通過(guò)采(2)實(shí)驗(yàn)室玻璃器具和其他用于前處理的部件對(duì)含氧有機(jī)化合物分析產(chǎn)生度樣品后應(yīng)分析一個(gè)空白樣品以檢驗(yàn)是否出(4)
