WriteaLetterofcomplaint

投訴信通常是寫(xiě)給廠家、商店、消費(fèi)者協(xié)會(huì)、報(bào)界或上級(jí)主管部門(mén)等,揭發(fā)低劣的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、糟糕的服務(wù)態(tài)度,抱怨不應(yīng)出現(xiàn)的情況或問(wèn)題等,并請(qǐng)求解決這些問(wèn)題的信件。寫(xiě)投訴信要實(shí)事求是地把問(wèn)題講清楚,態(tài)度要冷靜客觀,要有禮貌,不能惡語(yǔ)傷人。投訴信一般包括三個(gè)部分,具體內(nèi)容如下。首段:自我介紹,表明投訴的原因。主體段:說(shuō)明投訴的問(wèn)題以及具體解決方案。結(jié)尾段:希望重視,期待回復(fù)。Definition第一段:第二段:第三段:開(kāi)頭點(diǎn)題,說(shuō)明定信目的--1.自我介紹2.提出投訴表述投訴的具體情況及問(wèn)題帶來(lái)的后果,并提出解決方案(要點(diǎn)一個(gè)也不能少)表達(dá)對(duì)解決問(wèn)題的期望,表示感激,期待回復(fù)Structure萬(wàn)能模板(投訴信):Dear___________稱(chēng)呼,I’m___________(姓名),a
