關(guān)注選項(xiàng)詞性,闡述解題技巧

高考英語(yǔ)的完型填空選文文體以記敘文為主,議論文或其他文體為輔。文章選擇嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),詞匯選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn),

邏輯關(guān)系清晰。因此在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的框架要求之下,要求考生除了樹立篇章意識(shí),更要求考生具有根據(jù)文章片段

進(jìn)行合理邏輯推理的能力。而要具備較強(qiáng)的推理判斷能力,下一步的關(guān)注點(diǎn)就要下移到選項(xiàng)詞性上,關(guān)注

選項(xiàng)詞性,訓(xùn)練相對(duì)應(yīng)解題思路,提高正確率。

01動(dòng)詞選項(xiàng)

動(dòng)詞(動(dòng)詞短語(yǔ))是完形填空選項(xiàng)中的重中之重,涉及動(dòng)詞考點(diǎn)的解題思路可以分為關(guān)注動(dòng)作相關(guān)搭

配,理解動(dòng)詞確切含義關(guān)和關(guān)注動(dòng)作順序和這三類。

1.動(dòng)作相關(guān)搭配

動(dòng)作的相關(guān)搭配是動(dòng)詞選項(xiàng)中最常見的考法,難度相對(duì)簡(jiǎn)單??忌桧槕?yīng)語(yǔ)境,翻譯準(zhǔn)確,根據(jù)空前

的主語(yǔ)、空后的賓語(yǔ)或者空后的介詞選擇相匹配的動(dòng)詞選項(xiàng)。對(duì)學(xué)生的解題要求就是篇章語(yǔ)義理解準(zhǔn)確。

2.動(dòng)詞確切含義

動(dòng)詞確切含義本質(zhì)上仍屬于第一點(diǎn)動(dòng)作相關(guān)搭配,之所以此處要單獨(dú)強(qiáng)調(diào)動(dòng)作的確切含義,是因?yàn)榭?/p>

生受漢語(yǔ)思維影響,對(duì)于中英理解有差異的重點(diǎn)動(dòng)詞極易理解偏差,從而選錯(cuò)。這類動(dòng)詞空在考試過程中

錯(cuò)誤率很高,也是教師平時(shí)在教學(xué)過程分中應(yīng)重點(diǎn)強(qiáng)調(diào)復(fù)習(xí)的方向。

例如:全國(guó)II卷56題,Jusllastyear,Iwas56aworkshopwhensomeoneknockedattheclassroomdoor.

此題的錯(cuò)誤選項(xiàng)集中在B項(xiàng)。當(dāng)我在……講習(xí)班的時(shí)候有人敲門。正確答案是D項(xiàng)。按照翻譯,多數(shù)學(xué)

生在此空直接選擇B項(xiàng)pr叩are,當(dāng)我正在準(zhǔn)備研習(xí)班時(shí)有人敲門,詞性搭配可以翻譯通順。但卜句有提示

詞teaching,說明作者當(dāng)時(shí)是在上課而非準(zhǔn)備。此時(shí)出現(xiàn)的問題是,大部分學(xué)生在背單詞時(shí),conduct的含

義僅局限于課本Musician單元中出現(xiàn)的指揮(音樂),并不知曉conduct的英文釋義還有toorganizeand/or

doaparticularactivity,組織;安排;實(shí)施;執(zhí)行的含義,從而導(dǎo)致錯(cuò)選,此題的錯(cuò)誤原因是??贾攸c(diǎn)動(dòng)詞的

含義的掌握不到位。

下一個(gè)例題的錯(cuò)選則是明顯受漢語(yǔ)思維影響而導(dǎo)致。

例如:全國(guó)I卷中46題,Inthestore,Iaskedeachofmykidstopicksomethingtheythoughtour"friend''there

此題正確選項(xiàng)為C,錯(cuò)誤選項(xiàng)集中在A項(xiàng)。筆者的學(xué)生在做此篇完型時(shí)有90%學(xué)生立刻排除掉了C項(xiàng)。

按照C項(xiàng)答案翻譯,我讓每個(gè)孩子都挑出一些我們的“朋友”可能會(huì)感激的物品。按照漢語(yǔ)思維,學(xué)生們的

普遍理解是“感激”太過于刻意,好像這家人是故意為了讓失業(yè)的朋友對(duì)他們懷有感激不盡之情才去幫他。此

時(shí)appreciate的英文含義為tobegratefulforsth.thatsbhaddone;towelcomesth.放在此篇語(yǔ)境中,理解為to

welcome會(huì)更容易理解,一家人其實(shí)是在挑選這位失.業(yè)“朋友”可能會(huì)需要的東西,能真正幫到他的,而非學(xué)

生理解的一定要讓他感激涕零。從此空可以看出試題命題的初衷是要求學(xué)生用英語(yǔ)思維去理解文章,內(nèi)化

語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力,而非僅僅是識(shí)記漢語(yǔ)意思。

通過分析這兩個(gè)片段例子,教師可以在之后的教學(xué)中適當(dāng)擴(kuò)充重點(diǎn)單詞含義,并且使用英語(yǔ)釋義,重

在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生英語(yǔ)思維,提高考生的語(yǔ)言能力。

3.關(guān)注動(dòng)作順序

(1)關(guān)注動(dòng)作順序即為在閱讀文章的過程中遇到一個(gè)動(dòng)詞空,前后有連續(xù)性動(dòng)作的動(dòng)詞,那么此空要重點(diǎn)

思考動(dòng)作的前后順序,邏輯關(guān)系,以及動(dòng)作之后搭配的賓語(yǔ),能構(gòu)成合乎邏輯的連貫動(dòng)作。

例如全國(guó)I卷47題:Larrypulledover,setthebrakeand47thefireextinguisher(滅火器).Twogoodbursts

fromtheextinguisherandthefirewasputout.

C.tookchargeofD.controlled

此句可以看出連貫動(dòng)詞,pulledover,set,然后是設(shè)空項(xiàng),搭配動(dòng)作承受者滅火器。按照翻譯,Larry

靠邊停車,剎車,然后怎么樣滅火器,最后大火被撲滅。觀察選項(xiàng),搭配滅火器合理的有A、B兩項(xiàng),拿起

滅火器或者準(zhǔn)備滅火器。按照正常動(dòng)作習(xí)慣順序,停車,剎車,空一個(gè)動(dòng)作之后滅火,這中間搭配最為合

理的應(yīng)該是拿起滅火器,緊接著后果是大火被撲滅,而不是準(zhǔn)備滅火器。若是準(zhǔn)備滅火器,之后還應(yīng)該再

有動(dòng)作出現(xiàn),文章發(fā)展才能合理。所以可以排除干擾選項(xiàng)B項(xiàng)。

又例如全國(guó)I卷錯(cuò)誤率極高的動(dòng)詞短語(yǔ)54題:Atthebaseisarainforest.Itendsabruptlyat3,000

meters,54landoflowgrowingplants.Furtherup,theweatherchanges—lowcloudsenvelopethemountains,

whicharecoveredwiththickgrass.

按照語(yǔ)法長(zhǎng)難句角度來分析,54空是現(xiàn)在分詞作結(jié)果狀語(yǔ)。從動(dòng)作邏輯上可以看出,前文提到的底部

雨林在3000米的時(shí)候突然結(jié)束,讓步于低矮生長(zhǎng)的灌木叢,繼續(xù)往上氣候改變,云層籠罩著群山,進(jìn)入草

甸地帶。這三句話呈現(xiàn)出「一系列地形變化,那么54空就應(yīng)該選擇一個(gè)體現(xiàn)變化的短語(yǔ)。givewayto并不

是高中階段的重點(diǎn)短語(yǔ),學(xué)生可能會(huì)因倍感生疏而產(chǎn)生猶豫,但是A、C項(xiàng)是高中重點(diǎn)識(shí)記短語(yǔ),完全無法

和語(yǔ)境產(chǎn)生聯(lián)系。B、D項(xiàng)可以根據(jù)字面意思得知基本含義,只要把握住語(yǔ)段動(dòng)作順序,思路中明確“變化”

這一主題,大膽選擇,細(xì)心求證,還是可以作對(duì)的。

(2)關(guān)注動(dòng)作順序第二種情況是關(guān)注完型填空文章中出現(xiàn)的過去完成時(shí)。過去完成時(shí)表示過去某一時(shí)間或

動(dòng)作之前已經(jīng)發(fā)生或完成了的動(dòng)作,時(shí)態(tài)本身就帶有動(dòng)作前后的對(duì)比。在全國(guó)卷中的出現(xiàn)頻率較高,而且

出現(xiàn)過去完成時(shí)的句子定會(huì)在此句或此句前后進(jìn)行設(shè)空。設(shè)空的重點(diǎn)不在于語(yǔ)法考查,而是在于讓考生運(yùn)

用過去完成時(shí)分析文章脈絡(luò)。

在設(shè)空有兩種方向:一種是設(shè)動(dòng)詞空,另一種是設(shè)其他詞性,涉及名詞,形容詞或副詞,無論哪一種情況,

都需要仔細(xì)分析動(dòng)作順序才能選出正確答案。此處列舉第一種情況,動(dòng)詞選項(xiàng)。

例如全國(guó)n卷54題:WhentheyshowedupfortheirSundaygame,theywerecompletelydifferent.Theyhad

beguntointegrate(融合)thekindsofplayandteamworktheyhad54thedaybeforeintotheirgame.

54.A.seenB.knownC.heardD.read

結(jié)合上一句語(yǔ)境,孩子們周六比賽的表現(xiàn)已經(jīng)大不相同。她們已經(jīng)開始把她們?cè)趺礃拥谋荣惙椒ê蛨F(tuán)

隊(duì)合作融入到自己的比賽當(dāng)中。單從動(dòng)詞搭配來考慮,看到、知道、聽到、讀到的比賽經(jīng)驗(yàn)都可以,但聯(lián)

系語(yǔ)境thedaybefore和過去完成時(shí)所體現(xiàn)的動(dòng)作順序,說明他們?cè)谥芰瓦M(jìn)行了比賽,句子的線索是她們

在周六比賽中怎么樣/比賽經(jīng)驗(yàn)和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,所以導(dǎo)致周日的表現(xiàn)是完全不同的,那么根據(jù)語(yǔ)境得知孩子

們周六和強(qiáng)隊(duì)比賽的過程中是看到對(duì)方的比賽經(jīng)驗(yàn),所以借鑒學(xué)習(xí),自然可以得出A選項(xiàng),而不是其他動(dòng)

作不直觀的選項(xiàng)。

02名詞選項(xiàng)

名詞選項(xiàng)的難度次于動(dòng)詞,主要解題思路原詞復(fù)現(xiàn)和內(nèi)容復(fù)現(xiàn)兩類。原詞復(fù)現(xiàn)顧名思義,通過語(yǔ)境

線索可以找到原詞進(jìn)行選擇,考生養(yǎng)成良好的做題習(xí)慣,不急不躁,正確率可以保證。

內(nèi)容復(fù)現(xiàn)是指設(shè)空出與上下文中的某句或片段呼應(yīng),根據(jù)呼應(yīng)處的解釋即可選出正確選

項(xiàng),重在考查的還是語(yǔ)篇理解能力,切不可就句看句,就段看段。

例如2020年全國(guó)I卷44題,Thekidapparentlyknowthe44.Butourinsistingit'smerelyawindowhaskept

themfromattemptingmillionsofrequeststoopenthedoor.

只從這一段前后語(yǔ)句中很容易陷入自己的思維定式中,選擇danger或者method,認(rèn)為孩子們知道爬出窗外

的危險(xiǎn),或者爬出窗外的辦法。實(shí)際解題思路要等到下一段53空之后的句子中才能看到,tellingthemthey

can,topenwhattheyabsolutelyknowisadoor,what引導(dǎo)的賓語(yǔ)從句可以得知孩子們其實(shí)是知道真相的,進(jìn)而

推出44空應(yīng)選擇的是D項(xiàng)truth。

03形容詞和副詞

形容詞的解題重在考查形容詞的感情色彩或上下文語(yǔ)義邏輯。感情色彩需要正確把握語(yǔ)篇感情,通篇基調(diào)

把握準(zhǔn)了,正確率可以保證。上下文語(yǔ)義邏輯會(huì)側(cè)重考查形容詞意思和搭配,匹配文意,重在積累。副詞

的設(shè)空在高考卷中多考查邏輯關(guān)系,常見詞有:instead;thus;however;lastly等。看到這類詞時(shí)仔細(xì)研讀設(shè)

空處前后句子,分析邏輯關(guān)系.同樣,副詞也會(huì)考查感情色彩,根據(jù)文章基調(diào),關(guān)注副詞前后修飾的動(dòng)詞

即可。此外,在平時(shí)的訓(xùn)練中關(guān)注、體會(huì)、利用好副詞,還可以幫助考生做對(duì)其他詞性設(shè)空。

例如:2020年全國(guó)I卷59題,Ishouldjust59repeatedlyhavingtosay,"No.Wecan'tgooutsidenow.”

59空雖然考查動(dòng)詞,但是前后的just和repeatedly都體現(xiàn)出作者的一種無奈心情,不想和孩子說謊,就不得

不接受一次又一次地對(duì)孩子進(jìn)行教育,進(jìn)而選出59空accept?
