關(guān)閉。Thus,D→F→V1left→ZCpathwayopen,thevehiclefornormalbrakingreliefbegan,C→Z→V1left→F→Dpathwayopen,whentherightsideoftheintakediaphragmplateV1springpressureishigherthantheTchamberpressure,theintakediaphragmplateV1closed,theremainingairintheUchamberopenexhaustdiaphragmplateV2,exhausttheremainingairinthebrakecylinderC這樣,D→F→V1左側(cè)→ZC通路打開(kāi),車(chē)輛進(jìn)行正常的制動(dòng)緩解開(kāi)始時(shí),C→Z→V1左側(cè)→F→D通路暢通,當(dāng)進(jìn)氣膜板V1右側(cè)彈簧壓力高于T室壓力時(shí),進(jìn)氣膜板V1關(guān)閉,U室的剩余空氣打開(kāi)排氣膜板V2,排盡制動(dòng)缸C的剩余空氣Whentheexhaustcommandisreceived,solenoidvalvesVM1andVM2areexcited.Channelskanduareopened,channelsMandNareclosed,andthepositionofexhaustreliefischanged.接到排氣指令的同時(shí)電磁閥VM1、VM2均勵(lì)磁。通道k、u打開(kāi),通道M、N關(guān)閉,變成排氣緩解位置2.Exhaustfunctionwhenthereisanti-skidfunction有防滑功能時(shí)的排氣作用PressureairflowsthroughF→i→→→g→SD,SDchamberpressurerises,ofwhichthepressuredifferencequicklyreachabalancewiththatoftheTchamber,themembraneplatespringwouldbepushedtheinletmembraneplatetotheleftendposition.Atthesametime,thepressureofSDchambercontinuestorise,andthepressuredifferencebetweenthespringforce+SDchamberpressureandTchamberwouldbegettinglargerandlarger壓力空氣經(jīng)F→i→→g→SD,SD室壓力上升,與T室壓差很快達(dá)到平衡,膜板彈簧將進(jìn)氣膜板推至左端位置,SD室壓力繼續(xù)上升,彈簧力+SD室壓力與T室壓力的壓差越來(lái)越大Theinletdiaphragmremainsclosed,進(jìn)氣膜板保持關(guān)閉,Thus,thepathofD→F→V1left→Z→Cisclosed,從而D→F→V1左側(cè)→Z→C的通路關(guān)閉,Atthistime,theairpressurefromtherelayvalveDwillnotincreasethepressureofthebrakecylinder,nomatterhowmuchitincreases;這時(shí)中繼閥D處來(lái)的空氣壓力不管如何增加,也不會(huì)增加制動(dòng)缸的壓力;2.Exhaustfunctionwhenthereisanti-skidfunction有防滑功能時(shí)的排氣作用Atthesametime,theairinthecontrolchamberSCpassesthroughSC→→k→q→Ototheatmosphere,同時(shí)控制室SC的空氣經(jīng)SC→→k→q→O通大氣ThepressureairinchamberUopenstheexhaustdiaphragmV2,U室的壓力空氣打開(kāi)排氣膜板V2,BrakecylinderCairthroughthepathC→Z→V2right→p→Oexhaustatmosphere.制動(dòng)缸C的空氣經(jīng)通路C→Z→V2右側(cè)→p→O排大氣。2.Exhaustfunctionwhenthereisanti-skidfunction有防滑功能時(shí)的排氣作用Atthistime,thesolenoidvalvesVM1andVM2arenotexcited.Thechannelskanduareclosed,andthechannelsMandNareopened.充此時(shí)電磁閥VM1、VM2均不勵(lì)磁。通道k、u關(guān)閉,通道M、N打開(kāi)3.Re-brakewithanti-skidfunction(inflatable)role有防滑功能的再制動(dòng)(充氣)作用PressureairfromtherelayvalveD,throughtheTchamber,actsontheinletdiaphragmplateV1.AstheairinthecontrolroomSDisdischargedtotheatmospherethroughthroughSD→Nq→O,therefore,itwouldquicklydroptothesamepressureastheatmosphere.UndertheactionoftheairpressureoftheTchamber,theinletdiaphragmplateV1ispushedtotherightendposition,theinletdiaphragmplateV1wouldopenagain(ifthebrakecylinderairhasnotbeenexhausted,underthejointactionofairpressureoftheTchamberandV1leftside,theinletMembraneplateV1wouldopenfaster);來(lái)自中繼閥D的壓力空氣經(jīng)T室作用在進(jìn)氣膜板V1上,由于控制室SD的空氣經(jīng)SD→Nq→O通大氣,因此,迅速降為與大氣壓力相同,在T室空氣壓力作用下,進(jìn)氣膜板V1被推向右端位置,進(jìn)氣膜板V1再次打開(kāi)(若制動(dòng)缸空氣尚未排盡,在T室和V1左側(cè)空氣壓力的共同作用下,進(jìn)氣膜板V1打開(kāi)更快);atthesametimepressureairfromDwouldrisequicklythroughF→→d→Mh→SC,SCchamberpressurerisesrapidly.WithdrivingbyactionofpressuredifferencebetweentheSCchamberpressureandUchamber(V2right→→Ototheatmosphere),theexhaustmembraneplateV2quicklyclose,thebrakecylinderairwouldnotexhausttotheatmosphereanymore.Thus,D→F→V1left→Z→Cpathwayopenagain,thevehicleagainintothebrakeinflatablestateChargingatthistimethesolenoidvalveVM1,VM2arenotexcitation.Channelk,uclosed,channelM,Nopen同時(shí)來(lái)自D的壓力空氣經(jīng)F→→d→Mh→SC,SC室壓力迅速上升,在SC室壓力與U室的壓差作用下(V2右側(cè)→→O通大氣)排氣膜板V2迅速關(guān)閉,制動(dòng)缸的空氣不再排大氣。這樣,D→F→V1左側(cè)→Z→C通路再次打開(kāi),車(chē)輛再次進(jìn)入制動(dòng)充氣狀態(tài)4.Pressurekeeping(pressureholding)functionwithanti-slipfunction有防滑功能時(shí)的壓力保持(保壓)作用Atthistime,thesolenoidvalveVM1isnotenergizedandVM2isenergized.ChannelskandNareclosed,channelsManduareopened,andthepressureofthepressureairpassesthroughF→i→→SD.ThepressureoftheSDchamberrisesrapidly,andthedifferentialpressurebetweentheSDchamberandtheTchamberquicklyreachesequilibrium.Thediaphragmspringpushestheintakediaphragmtotheleftend,andthepressureoftheSDchambercontinuestorise.Thespringforce+thedifferentialpressurebetweentheSDchamberpressureandtheTchamberpressureincreases,andtheintakediaphragmremainsclosed,sothatthechannelD→F→V1left→Z→Cisclosed;Atthesametime,whenthepressureairpassesthroughF→i→d→e→M→h→SC,thepressureofSCchamberrisesrapidly,andtheexhaustdiaphragmV2closesrapidly.Atthistime,thebrakecylinderneitherexhaustsnorinflates,formingapressureholding(pressuremaintaining)state此時(shí)電磁閥VM1不勵(lì)磁、VM2勵(lì)磁。通道k、N關(guān)閉,通道M、u打開(kāi)壓力空氣經(jīng)F→i→→→SD,SD室壓力迅速升,與T室壓差很快達(dá)到平衡,膜板彈簧將進(jìn)氣膜板推至左端位置,SD室壓力續(xù)上升,彈簧力+SD室壓力與T室壓力的壓差越來(lái)越大,進(jìn)氣膜板保持關(guān)閉,從而D→F→V1左側(cè)→Z→C的通路關(guān)閉;同時(shí)壓力空氣經(jīng)F→i→d→e→M→h→SC,SC室壓力迅速上升,排氣膜板V2迅速關(guān)閉。這時(shí)制動(dòng)缸既不排風(fēng)也不充氣,形成壓力保持(保壓)狀態(tài)4.Pressurekeeping(pressureholding)functionwithanti-slipfunction有防滑功能時(shí)的壓力保持(保壓)作用Inthepressuremaintainingstate,ifVM1isexcitedintermittently(energized),thebrakecylinderwillexhaustairintermittently.Toachievestagerelease,ifVMisalwaysexcited(energized),whileVM2isexcitedintermittently(energized),thebrakecylinderwillinflateintermittentlytoachievestagebraking在保壓狀態(tài)時(shí),若使VM1間斷地勵(lì)磁(得電),制動(dòng)缸便會(huì)間斷地排風(fēng),實(shí)現(xiàn)階段緩解若保持VM始終勵(lì)磁(得電),而VM2間地勵(lì)磁(得電),制動(dòng)缸便會(huì)間斷地充氣,實(shí)現(xiàn)階段制動(dòng)Theslipdetectionunitcalculatesandcomparesthepulsefrequencysignalssentbythespeedsensor,andjudgeswhetherslipoccursaccordingtothepredeterminedlogiccontrol.由滑行檢測(cè)單元對(duì)速度傳感器送來(lái)的脈沖頻率信號(hào)進(jìn)行計(jì)算比較,并根據(jù)事先規(guī)定的邏輯控制來(lái)判斷是否發(fā)生了滑行。(四)SlipDetection

(四)滑行檢測(cè)13524Inaddition,thetrainspeedisalsocalculatedaccordingtotherotationspeedofthewheel.Incaseofslip,theanti-slipsolenoidvalveassembledintheboostercylinderwillbeenergizedtoreducethepressureoftheboostercylinderthroughtemporaryexhaust.此外,還根據(jù)車(chē)輪的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)速度計(jì)算出列車(chē)速度,如果發(fā)生滑行時(shí),組裝在增壓缸內(nèi)的防滑電磁閥勵(lì)磁通過(guò)短暫排氣將增壓缸壓力降低。Aftertheairpressureoftheboostercylinderdecreases,thewheelspeedincreasesundertheeffectoftheadhesionbetweenthewheelandrail.Whenthespeeddifferencewiththereferenceshaftdropstowithinthesetvalue,theslipingdetectionunitwilljudgethattheadhesionhasbeenrestored增壓缸空氣壓力降低后,在輪軌間黏著力的作用下車(chē)輪轉(zhuǎn)速上升,當(dāng)與基準(zhǔn)軸的轉(zhuǎn)速差降到設(shè)定值以?xún)?nèi)時(shí),滑行檢測(cè)單元就會(huì)判斷為已經(jīng)恢復(fù)了黏著Theanti-slipsolenoidvalvemakesthehydraulicbrakecylinder

滑行再黏著控制There-adhesioncontrolmethodafterslipingisthatMseriesusesthespeedsensor(PGsensor)equippedwiththetractionmotor,andTseriesusesthesignalsentbythespeedsensorequippedontheaxleendofeachaxletocalculatethespeedofeachaxleevery20mstodetecttheslipingstate.Aftertheslipingisdetermined,theregenerativebrakingcontrolunitadoptsthemethodofreducingtheregenerativebrakingforce,andtheairbrakingcontrolunitadoptsthemethodofreducingtheBC(brakecylinder)pressuretocontrolthere-adhesion.滑行后的再黏著控制方法,是M車(chē)系列使用裝備在牽引電機(jī)的速度傳感器(PG傳感器)T車(chē)系列利用裝備在各車(chē)車(chē)軸軸端的速度傳感器所發(fā)出的信號(hào),算出各軸每20ms的速度檢測(cè)出滑行狀態(tài)。確定滑行后,再生制控制單元采取減小再生制動(dòng)力大小的方法,空氣制動(dòng)控制單元?jiǎng)t采用降低BC(制動(dòng)缸)壓力的方法來(lái)進(jìn)行再黏著的控制。1.Coastingandadhesioncontrolofregenerativebraking1.再生制動(dòng)的滑行再黏著控制RegenerativecontrolmodeistoreduceregenerativebrakingforcewhenoneoftheconditionsinTable28-3ismetwithin1.5safterbrakingtosliping(i.e.slipingwithoutpower,atwhichtimethelocomotiveitselfhasnotractionandbraking,alsoknownassliping),orfrombrakingtoslipingtopoweroperation.Thebrakingforceshallberecoveredwhentheconditionsarenotmet.Delaycalculationshallbecarriedoutevery0.6swhentheregenerativecontrolmodeiscontrollingsliping;Afterreturningtothenormalstate,thelocomotiveoperationstateshallbedelayedevery2stojudgethecontrolbrakingforce再生控制模式是在對(duì)于從制動(dòng)到慣性滑行(即無(wú)動(dòng)力滑行狀態(tài),此時(shí)車(chē)輛本身無(wú)牽引無(wú)制動(dòng),又稱(chēng)為惰行狀態(tài)),或者從制動(dòng)到慣性滑行再變?yōu)閯?dòng)力運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)后1.5s之內(nèi)符合表28-3中某一條件時(shí)就減小再生制動(dòng)力。在條件不成立的情況下再恢復(fù)制動(dòng)力。再生控制模式控制滑行時(shí)每0.6s進(jìn)行一次延遲計(jì)算;恢復(fù)到正常狀態(tài)后每2s對(duì)車(chē)輛的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)進(jìn)行一次延遲計(jì)算來(lái)判別控制制動(dòng)力的大小2.Slipingre-adhesioncontrolofairbraking2.空氣制動(dòng)的滑行再黏著控制Theslipingdetectionofairbrakingisthesameasthatofregenerativebraking(whentheeffectivesignalofregenerativebrakingisdisconnectedduringtheslipingofregenerativebraking,theslipingcontrolofairbrakingisalsoperformed).Comparethespeedoffourlocomotivegroupsofeachlocomotivewitheachother.TheslipingdetectionconditionsareshowninTable28-4.ControlthebrakingforceaccordingtothecontrolschematicdiagramshowninFigure2-811.空氣制動(dòng)的滑行檢測(cè)與再生制動(dòng)滑行檢測(cè)一樣(再生制動(dòng)滑行中再生制動(dòng)有效信號(hào)在斷開(kāi)的情況下也進(jìn)行空氣制動(dòng)的滑行控)?;ハ啾容^每輛車(chē)四車(chē)組的速度,滑行檢測(cè)條件如表28-4所示,根據(jù)圖2-811所示的控制原理圖進(jìn)行制動(dòng)力大小的控制。2.Slipingre-adhesioncontrolofairbraking2.空氣制動(dòng)的滑行再黏著控制AsshowninFig.2-8-11,whentheconditionsatpointAaremet,theanti-slipvalveactsimmediatelytodischargetheBCpressureinastepmanner.Theslipingcausedbyexcessivebrakingforceshallberelievedandthestateshallbestabilized.AftertheBCpressuredecreases,theslipingoftheaxleiscontrolled.Withthedecreaseofthespeed,theconditionatpointBisestablished,andtheBCexhaustisstoppedtokeeptheBCpressureclosetotheadhesionstate,sothatthebrakepadcanfurthercompressthebrake

surface.Trytocontroltheslipingratetopreventtheextensionofthebrakedistance.Afterthat,whentheconditionsatpointCaremet,BCpressurewillberaisedagaintoreturntothenormalstatebeforesliping.如圖2-8-11所示,當(dāng)符合A點(diǎn)條件時(shí),防滑閥立即動(dòng)作,以階梯方式排出BC壓力。緩解因制動(dòng)力過(guò)大而產(chǎn)生的滑行并使?fàn)顟B(tài)趨于穩(wěn)定。BC壓力降低后,該軸的滑行得到控制然后隨著速度的降低,B點(diǎn)的條件成立,便停止BC的排氣,使BC壓力保持接近黏著狀態(tài)從而使得閘片更近一步地壓緊制動(dòng)盤(pán)面,盡力控制滑行率,以防止制動(dòng)距離的延長(zhǎng)。此后當(dāng)C點(diǎn)的條件成立時(shí),就重新升高BC壓回復(fù)為發(fā)生滑行前的正常狀態(tài)。Accordingtotheslipingdegree,controltheworkingtimeoftheRV(exhaustvalve)showninTable2-8-5tokeeptheBCpressurewithinthelimitstatetoachievere-adhesi
