汽車空氣動力學(xué)坐標(biāo)系vehicleaerodynamicaxessystem
汽車制造廠在最初設(shè)計階段確定的三個正交平面組成的坐標(biāo)系統(tǒng),坐標(biāo)系原點位于汽車軸距中心線
和輪距中心線在地面上投影的交點,如圖1所示,這三個基準(zhǔn)平面是:
Y基準(zhǔn)平面:汽車縱向?qū)ΨQ平面;
X基準(zhǔn)平面:垂直于Y基準(zhǔn)平面的鉛垂平面;
Z基準(zhǔn)平面:垂直于Y和X基準(zhǔn)平面的水平面。
坐標(biāo)軸方向,以駕駛員視角定義為:
X軸方向:正后方;
Y軸方向:正右方;
Z軸方向:正上方。

3.2.2道路試驗

氣動阻力滑行試驗法aerodynamicdragcoastdowntest
在無風(fēng)、無雨條件下,將汽車加速到一定速度,待車速穩(wěn)定后,掛空擋,讓汽車自由滑行,同時測
量并記錄滑行初速度、行駛時間和行駛距離等,直至停車為止。在同一條件下,重復(fù)進行五次滑行試驗,
根據(jù)汽車瞬時減速度計算出總阻力,從總阻力中減去輪胎滾動阻力和傳動系阻力后為氣動阻力。

在滑行法或等效方法測量中阻礙汽車行駛的阻力,包括傳動系統(tǒng)的摩擦阻力。

向位移、橫擺角速度及側(cè)向加速度等參數(shù)。
3.3空氣動力學(xué)數(shù)值計算
3.3.1
計算流體力學(xué)computationalfluiddynamics(CFD)
使用計算機和數(shù)值方法對流體力學(xué)問題進行模擬和分析的方法。
3.3.2
計算域simulationdomain
在數(shù)值模擬過程中,用于進行仿真計算的區(qū)域,其幾何邊界一般包括進口、出口和周圍壁面。
3.3.3
流場進口inlet
定義計算域進口邊界上速度、壓力、流量或其他相關(guān)參數(shù)的一種邊界條件。
3.3.4
流場出口outlet
定義計算域出口邊界上速度、壓力、流量或其他相關(guān)參數(shù)的一種邊界條件。
3.3.5
加密區(qū)refinedregion
在數(shù)值模擬過程中,針對流場中關(guān)鍵或流動復(fù)雜區(qū)域,進行局部網(wǎng)格加密處理的區(qū)域。
3.3.6
旋轉(zhuǎn)邊界條件rotationalboundarycondition
定義汽車上旋轉(zhuǎn)零部件的一種邊界條件。

交界面interface
CFD仿真中不同介質(zhì)之間的交互界面。

在數(shù)值計算前進行的預(yù)先處理工作,包括網(wǎng)格構(gòu)造、計算條件選擇等。

計算網(wǎng)格的合理設(shè)計和高質(zhì)量生成是CFD計算的前提條件,是影響CFD計算結(jié)果的最主要的決定性因
素之一。按網(wǎng)格點之間的鄰接關(guān)系可分為結(jié)構(gòu)網(wǎng)格(structuredgrid)和非結(jié)構(gòu)網(wǎng)格(unstructured
grid)。

邊界層網(wǎng)格boundarylayermesh
采用壁面函數(shù)時,壁面的網(wǎng)格只需畫在壁面函數(shù)起效的區(qū)域,即對數(shù)層(其外側(cè)邊界y+約為500)。
3.3.13
迭代iteration
迭代是重復(fù)反饋過程的活動,其目的通常是為了逼近所需目標(biāo)或結(jié)果。每一次對過程的重復(fù)稱為一
次“迭代”,而每一次迭代得到的結(jié)果會作為下一次迭代的初始值。
3.3.14
殘差residual
某一物理量兩次迭代計算值的差值稱之為該物理量的迭代殘差。在CFD計算中,任意物理量在不同
的計算網(wǎng)格上有不同的計算殘差。殘差分為:最大殘差、平均殘差、均方根殘差(RMS)。
3.3.15
收斂converge
在迭代計算過程中,物理量趨于某一值的情況。
3.3.16
穩(wěn)態(tài)計算steady-statesimualtion
基于流場中的各項變量不隨時間改變的前提進行的計算,計算結(jié)果與物理時間無關(guān)。
3.3.17
瞬態(tài)計算unsteady-statesimualtion
基于流場中的各項變量隨時間發(fā)生變化的前提而進行的計算,計算結(jié)果與物理時間相關(guān)。
3.3.18
網(wǎng)格變形meshmorph
動網(wǎng)格中關(guān)于部件運動除了指定剛體運動外,有時還需要指定某些邊界的變形,尤其是與運動部件
存在相連接邊界情況下。
3.3.19
網(wǎng)格無關(guān)性gridindependence
對RANS模擬,由于引入湍流模型,當(dāng)網(wǎng)格數(shù)量達到一定密度后,其系綜平均值變化不大,繼續(xù)加密
也無法獲得更高的解,同時為了保證網(wǎng)格對流場具有足夠的解析度,需要做網(wǎng)格無關(guān)性驗證。網(wǎng)格獨立
性并非表示數(shù)值計算結(jié)果與計算網(wǎng)格數(shù)量無關(guān),而只是在計算精度與計算網(wǎng)格數(shù)量之間的一個折衷。
