本學(xué)期我擔(dān)任三年級(jí)的科學(xué)教師從事科學(xué)教學(xué)。在這一年中,我虛心

科學(xué)是一門新型學(xué)科,要想教好它,必須改變以往的教學(xué)觀念,探索
適應(yīng)科學(xué)這門學(xué)科的教學(xué)模式。這學(xué)期,我和組內(nèi)老師一起參加了區(qū)
科學(xué)教研中心組織的科學(xué)崗位培訓(xùn),同時(shí)自學(xué)課改有關(guān)理論著作,了
解相關(guān)的教育學(xué)心理和基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)。通過學(xué)習(xí),及組內(nèi)老師的幫助,我
學(xué)到了許多新的教學(xué)理論,了解一些課改前沿信息。并懂得了學(xué)生是
主體,面向全體學(xué)生,探究為核心的新理念,把讓學(xué)生感受并理解探
究過程,了解探究學(xué)習(xí)方法基本環(huán)節(jié)作為研究重點(diǎn),為學(xué)生熟練掌握
探究學(xué)習(xí)打下基礎(chǔ)。這學(xué)期,我不放過任何學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì),聽各種教研
課,示范課,做到每節(jié)課都有評(píng)課。同時(shí),參與學(xué)校的科學(xué)教育與
學(xué)生人文素養(yǎng)教育的研究的課題研究,將環(huán)境教育、人文教育滲透
到常規(guī)教學(xué)中。并積極參加區(qū)科學(xué)崗培班培訓(xùn)I,已獲結(jié)業(yè)證。(Science

二、服從學(xué)校安排,務(wù)實(shí)工作(2.Obeyschoolarrangementsandwork

科學(xué)是一門緊跟時(shí)代步伐,屬于前沿的課程,它涉及的知識(shí)面很廣,
上課的時(shí)候,還有疑惑,不知道怎么把握科學(xué)課的探究環(huán)節(jié),怎樣把
握知識(shí)的準(zhǔn)確性。但在本組老師的幫助下,虛心向老前輩彭愛國老師
請(qǐng)教,很快領(lǐng)悟了科學(xué)課的實(shí)質(zhì)精神,把握住科學(xué)課程的教學(xué)模式,
為了更快的適應(yīng)科學(xué)教學(xué),在開學(xué)第一周就備完全期的課,并盡心指
導(dǎo)三年級(jí)的學(xué)生做好每一次實(shí)驗(yàn)操作,訓(xùn)練學(xué)生良好的實(shí)驗(yàn)習(xí)慣,如
正確使用儀器;愛護(hù)器材;及時(shí)保潔等,把教會(huì)學(xué)生仔細(xì)觀察作為每節(jié)
課的教學(xué)宗旨。指導(dǎo)他們寫觀察小作文,規(guī)范填寫實(shí)驗(yàn)記錄表等。期
末,設(shè)計(jì)與教材緊密聯(lián)系的,符合課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的科學(xué)考核,并把科學(xué)考
核作為綜合評(píng)價(jià)學(xué)生的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本期,負(fù)責(zé)生態(tài)園地的管理及建設(shè),結(jié)
合教材認(rèn)真組織學(xué)生參加第二課堂種植組,學(xué)生通過種植油菜花,鳳

創(chuàng)新素質(zhì)。目前,我國正在進(jìn)行一場(chǎng)聲勢(shì)浩大的以素質(zhì)教育為核心的
教育變革,而培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新精神和實(shí)踐能力正是素質(zhì)教育的重點(diǎn)。
就學(xué)科特點(diǎn)而言,小學(xué)的自然教學(xué)為培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新精神和實(shí)踐能力提供了
廣闊的空間和多種訓(xùn)練的機(jī)會(huì)。因此,在教學(xué)過程中,不僅要讓學(xué)生

課堂教學(xué)中應(yīng)以教為主導(dǎo),學(xué)為主體的教學(xué)原則倡導(dǎo)了幾十年,但
長期以來,許多教師在課堂上跳不出學(xué)生圍著教師轉(zhuǎn)的怪圈。課堂是
由教師支配的,教師讓學(xué)生聽課、回答問題,讓學(xué)生觀察、實(shí)驗(yàn),讓
學(xué)生討論等等條條框框都是教師預(yù)先定好、劃好的,學(xué)生只能在框
子里打轉(zhuǎn),任何人也不敢和不能跳出去,跳出去了也要趕緊拉回來,
學(xué)生獨(dú)立思考、判斷和活動(dòng)的時(shí)間很少。教師的精力主要集中在教學(xué)
大綱規(guī)定的條目和知識(shí)灌輸?shù)冉虒W(xué)目標(biāo)上,忽視了學(xué)生能力、態(tài)度、
興趣和創(chuàng)造精神的培養(yǎng)。因此,要真正地在課堂教學(xué)中確立學(xué)生的主

世界范圍的經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭,實(shí)質(zhì)上是科學(xué)技術(shù)的競(jìng)爭和民族素質(zhì)的競(jìng)爭。
從這個(gè)意義上說,誰掌握了面向21世紀(jì)的教育,誰就能在21世紀(jì)的
國際競(jìng)爭中處于戰(zhàn)略主導(dǎo)地位。因此,我國把提高整個(gè)民族的素質(zhì)
作為教育的根本目標(biāo)。本人認(rèn)為,要實(shí)現(xiàn)這一偉大的目標(biāo),就應(yīng)當(dāng)從
基礎(chǔ)抓起,從小學(xué)教育抓起,要把課堂當(dāng)作實(shí)現(xiàn)民族素質(zhì)提高的一個(gè)
重要環(huán)節(jié)和場(chǎng)所,要重新構(gòu)建以學(xué)生為主體的教學(xué)策略。(The

急于傳授知識(shí),那么,這種知識(shí)只能使人產(chǎn)生冷漠的態(tài)度,而不動(dòng)情
感的腦力勞動(dòng)就會(huì)帶來疲倦。沒有歡欣鼓舞的心情,學(xué)習(xí)就會(huì)成為學(xué)
生沉重的負(fù)擔(dān)。興趣是最好的老師,小學(xué)生好奇心較重,但這種好
奇心有時(shí)只能停留在好玩、新奇的水平上,停留在給以解釋的水平上。

程,應(yīng)積極培養(yǎng)學(xué)生本身能力的自信感,使教學(xué)過程中學(xué)生成為一個(gè)
積極的探索者。實(shí)踐證明,讓學(xué)生積極、主動(dòng)地參與教學(xué)活動(dòng)的全過
程,在參與中培養(yǎng)學(xué)生主動(dòng)探求、主動(dòng)應(yīng)用知識(shí)的能力,是優(yōu)化課堂
教學(xué)過程的出發(fā)點(diǎn),又是實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育、提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量的落腳點(diǎn)。

教育要重視培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的個(gè)性,有成就的人一定是有個(gè)性的人,扼殺個(gè)
性就是扼殺創(chuàng)造性。在我看來,每一個(gè)學(xué)生都有成為出色人才的可能。
因此,我把因材施教的原則落實(shí)到課堂上的每一節(jié)課中,對(duì)不同程度
的學(xué)生作出不同的要求。對(duì)那些反應(yīng)較快、能力較強(qiáng)而注意力不夠集
中的學(xué)生,多注意培養(yǎng)他們的觀察能力;對(duì)那些反應(yīng)較慢、能力較弱
的學(xué)生,更多地培養(yǎng)他們的思維能力和實(shí)踐能力。為了發(fā)展學(xué)生的個(gè)
性,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)造力,在自然教學(xué)中,我放手讓學(xué)生去發(fā)現(xiàn)問題和
解決問題。對(duì)于那些發(fā)現(xiàn)快、有較多解決辦法的同學(xué),我就提出一些
更深一點(diǎn)的問題讓他們思考,請(qǐng)他們從不同的角度思考問題和解決問
題;而對(duì)動(dòng)手能力較差,反應(yīng)也較慢的同學(xué),我則從最簡單的問題入
手,逐點(diǎn)引導(dǎo)。這樣一來,使大家都把自身的個(gè)性充分發(fā)揮出來,施

的條幅上簽名,拉開了感恩活動(dòng)月的序幕。實(shí)施感恩教育,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生
們的感恩情感和感恩意識(shí),讓學(xué)生〃常懷感恩之心、常有感激之情〃,

田志俠老師做作文指導(dǎo)和講評(píng)的研究課;低段由代芳老師做寫字課的
研究課。研究課結(jié)束后馬上組織教師以〃促進(jìn)學(xué)生有效參與課堂教學(xué)
的策略研究〃為主題的教師論壇,探討怎樣才能打造高效課堂,實(shí)現(xiàn)
有效的教學(xué)策略的研究。研討結(jié)束后,再在學(xué)年組集體備課的基礎(chǔ)上
推薦一位老師上研究課,這樣既發(fā)揮引領(lǐng)作用,又集集體智慧于一身,
