1.0General總則

Thisproceduredescribestherequirementfortrainingandtheexaminations

andcertificateofVEpersonnel.

本大綱規(guī)定了從事ASME規(guī)范產品目視檢驗人員的考試方法.

2.0REQUIREMENT要求

AllpersonnelperformingvisualexaminationsinJDBwillbequalifiedasfollows.

本公司所有的目視檢驗人員都應按下列方法進行評定：

2.1Instructioninthefundamentalsofthenon-destructiveexaminationmethod-visual

examinationbyQCEngineer.

由檢驗工程師對其進行無損檢驗方法-目視檢驗的基礎知識指導.

2.2Aminimumof20hourson-the-jobtraininginordertofamiliarizetheVisual

Examinerwiththeappearanceandinterpretationofindicationsofwelddefects

byQCEngineer.

檢驗工程師應對目視檢驗人員進行至少20小時的現(xiàn)場培訓，以使其熟悉焊接缺陷

的外觀及解釋.

2.3PriortobeingdesignatedasaVisualExaminer,theindividualshallreceivean

eyeexaminationbyaqualifiedindividualandbeabletoreadaJeagerType

No.1StandardChartatadistanceofnotlessthantwelve(12)inches(300mm)

andcapableofdistinguishinganddifferentiatingcontrastbetweencolorsused.

Thisshallbeconductedannually.

目視檢驗員培訓、考試及資格鑒定管理程序

在被認命為目視檢驗員之前，該人應接受有資格人員對其進行的視力檢查，并且

他（她）能在不小于12英寸的距離之外讀出Jeager標準視力表1號字，且能區(qū)分和辨

別所用顏色間的不同.此種檢查應每年一次.

2.4PriortobeingqualifiedasaVisualExaminer,theindividualmustreceivea

passinggrade（minimumof80%）onanoralconsistingof10questionson

visualexaminationmethods,appearances,andinterpretationofindicationsof

welddefectsbyQCManager.

在被評定為合格的目視檢驗員之前，質量經理對該人進行口頭考試（至少80分以上

合格）.試題共10道，包括焊接缺陷的目視檢驗方法、外觀、解釋等.

2.5Uponsatisfactorycompletionwithapassinggradetheindividualwillbecertified

inwritingthatheisaqualifiedVisualExaminerbytheQCManager.

考試合格后，由質量經理書面認證該人為評定合格的目視檢驗員.

3.0REQUALIFICATION重新認證

3.1Re-qualificationwillberequiredwhenthereisspecificreasontoquestionthe

abilityoftheindividualtoperformvisualexamination,orwherethereare

substantialchangesinvisualexaminationproceduresorequipment.

當有特殊原因懷疑某人執(zhí)行目視檢驗的能力或當目視檢驗規(guī)程或設備有實質性改

變時，要求對其人重新進行評定.

3.2AlltheVisualExaminersshallbere-certifiedtrienniallybyQCManagerin

accordancewithoneofthefollowingcriteria:

所有的目視檢驗人員每隔三年都須重新認證.由質量經理按下列標準進行：

(1)Evidenceofcontinuingsatisfactoryperformance.

具有連續(xù)的令人滿意的工作表現(xiàn)的證明

(2)Re-examinationinparagraph2.4deemednecessarybyQCManager.

當質量經理認為必要時，2.4節(jié)所述考試也應重新進行.

4.0PROGRAM程序

TheVisualExaminercandidatemustreceive8hourstrainingbyQCEngineer

inthefundamentalsofvisualexamination;thisshallincludeasaminimumthe

following:

目視檢驗員必須接受8小時的目視檢驗基本知識指導.至少應包括：

(a)Instructioninweldgeometry.焊縫幾何形狀的指導.

(b)Instructionsinundercut,lackoffusion,lackofpenetration,slaginclusion,

excessiveweldreinforcementandlackoffill,etc.WeldingProcedure

SpecificationswillbeexplainedtotheVisualExaminerandtheneedtoweld

withintheparametersoftheWeldingProcedureSpecificationshallbe

delineated.Thetraineewillunderstandhowtodetermineifproperwelding

material,electricalcharacteris
