DEFINITIONOFPRODUCEThisstandardappliestobananasofthevarieties(cultivars)of

Musa

(AAA)spp.,CavendishandGrosMichelsubgroups,aswellashybrids,referredtoinAnnexIV,intendedtobesuppliedfreshtotheconsumerafterpreparationandpackaging.Plantains,bananasintendedforindustrialprocessingandfigbananasarenotcovered.此標準合用于Musa(AAA)spp.Canvendish(華蕉)、GrosMichel(大麥克)種群品種及其雜交品種,不合用于大蕉、加工用蕉及fig蕉。II.

QUALITYThisstandarddefinesthequalityrequirementstobemetbyunripenedgreenbananasafterpreparationandpackaging.本標準定義了通過初加工解決與包裝的青蕉質(zhì)量規(guī)定。A.

MinimumrequirementsInallclasses,subjecttothespecialprovisionsforeachclassandthetolerancesallowed,thebananasmustbe:以下是對所有的的產(chǎn)品等級的通用規(guī)定:——果身為青綠色,按照香蕉色卡為1-2色?!泄?、果把完整。——果身緊實?!庥^上無影響果實商品銷售的腐爛或變質(zhì)?!蓛?,不能有不屬于商品自身的任何異物。——無病蟲,不管活體還是殘體?!荒苡邢x害所致的任何缺陷——果柄完整,不能有彎曲、微生物損害及發(fā)生干枯?!改┥也荒苡写菩曰ㄈ餁埩簟荒苡泄富渭斑^度的彎曲?!猤reenandunripened,—intact,—firm,—sound;produceaffectedbyrottingordeteriorationsuchastomakeitunfitforconsumptionisexcluded,—clean,practicallyfreefromvisibleforeignmatter,—practicallyfreefrompests,—practicallyfreefromdamagecausedbypests,—withthestalkintact,withoutbending,fungaldamageordessication,—withpistilsremoved,—freefrommalformationorabnormalcurvatureofthefingers,—practicallyfreefrombruises,——不能有擦傷、壓傷、刀傷?!荒馨l(fā)現(xiàn)不正常的表面附著水份?!荒苡袃鰝麑??!荒苡挟惓馕都拔兜?;對于果把還必須達成:——合理比例的果冠,帶正常的青綠色,外形美觀,不出現(xiàn)真菌及微生物污染導(dǎo)致的腐爛?!蓛舻那锌?,切口平整,不能出現(xiàn)斜面,撕裂,維管束碎片?!猵racticallyfreefromdamageduetolowtemperatures,—freefromabnormalexternalmoisture,—freefromanyforeignsmelland/ortaste.Inaddition,handsandclusters(partsofhands)mustinclude:—asufficientportionofcrownofnormalcolouring,soundandfreefromfungalcontamination,—acleanlycutcrown,notbeveledortorn,withnostalkfragments.香蕉的成熟及其他生理變化過程必須可以符合:——耐受運送及后續(xù)加工解決?!芡旰玫氐竭_目的地,并在成熟后達成適合的成熟度。Thephysicaldevelopmentandripenessofthebananasmustbesuchastoenablethemto:—withstandtransportandhandling,and—arriveinsatisfactoryconditionattheplaceofdestinationinordertoattainanappropriatedegreeofmaturityafterripening.B.

ClassificationBananasareclassifiedintothethreeclassesdefinedbelow:香蕉可以根據(jù)以下標準分為三個等級:(i)

‘Extra’class優(yōu)等品Bananasinthisclassmustbeofsuperiorquality.Theymusthavethecharacteristicstypicalofthevarietyand/orcommercialtype.Extra’class等級香蕉是質(zhì)量最佳的。除了輕微果皮瑕疵,果指沒有損傷,果指污點合計面積不得超過1cm2,并且這些瑕疵不得影響整疏或整把香蕉的整體外觀和質(zhì)量。Thefingersmustbefreefromdefects,apartfromslightsuperficialblemishesnotcoveringatotalofmorethan1

ofthesurfaceofthefinger,whichmustnotimpairthegeneralappearanceofthehandorcluster,itsquality,itskeepingqualityorthepresentationofthepackage.(ii)

ClassI一級Bananasinthisclassmustbeofgoodquality.Theymustdisplaythecharacteristicstypicalofthevarietyand/orcommercialtype.Class1等級香蕉必須質(zhì)量好,必須展現(xiàn)出該品種的明顯特性及商品性。然而,若下述果指損傷沒有影響每一疏或每一把香蕉的整體外觀和質(zhì)量,我們就可以接受這些輕微損傷:輕微形狀缺陷。由于擦傷和其他輕微的表皮損傷導(dǎo)致的輕微皮損,這些損傷總面積不得超過果指面積2cm2上述任何缺陷,都不得影響到香蕉果肉However,thefollowingslightdefectsofthefingersareallowed,providedtheydonotimpairthegeneralappearanceofeachhandorcluster,itsquality,itskeepingqualityorthepresentationofthepackage:—slightdefectsinshape,—slightskindefectsduetorubbingandotherslightsuperficialblemishesnotcoveringatotalofmorethan2

ofthesurfaceofthefinger.Undernocircumstancesmaysuchslightdefectsaffectthefleshofthefruit.(iii)

ClassIIThisclasscoversbananaswhichdonotqualifyforinclusioninthehigherclassesbutsatisfytheminimumrequirementsspecifiedabove.Class2等級的香蕉在不能滿足Extra&Class1等級基礎(chǔ)上,必須滿足上面提到的最低標準。如下述果指缺陷,若香蕉還能持有基本的質(zhì)量和外觀,這些缺陷可以被接受形狀缺陷由于刮擦或其他因素導(dǎo)致的表皮缺陷,這些缺陷總面積不得超過果指面積4cm2上述任何缺陷,都不得影響到香蕉果肉Thefollowingdefectsofthefingersareallowed,providedthebananasretaintheiressentialcharacteristicsasregardsquality,keepingqualityandpresentation:—defectsofshape,—skindefectsduetoscraping,rubbingorothercauses,providedthatthetotalareaaffecteddoesnotcovermorethan4

ofthesurfaceofthefinger.Undernocircumstancesmaythedefectsaffectthefleshofthefruit.III.

mm.Asanexceptiontothethirdparagraph,bananasproducedinMadeira,theAzores,theAlgarve,Crete,LakoniaandCypruswhicharelessthan14

cminlengthmaybemarketedintheUnionbutmustbeclassifiedinClassII.IV.

‘Extra’classExtra等級香蕉質(zhì)檢公差定義:最多5%的香蕉不能滿足Extra等級規(guī)定,但是可以滿足Class1規(guī)定或者在Class1等級規(guī)定的損傷公差范圍內(nèi)5

PRESENTATIONA.

Uniformity一致性每箱香蕉必須來自于同一個產(chǎn)地,屬于同一個種類,具有相同的質(zhì)量水平產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量必須具有一致性,每箱香蕉中能看到的質(zhì)量水平,必須可以反映整箱香蕉的情況Thecontentsofeachpackagemustbeuniformandconsistexclusivelyofbananasofthesameorigin,varietyand/orcommercialtype,andquality.Thevisiblepartofthecontentsofeachpackagemustberepresentativeoftheentirecontents.B.

Packaging包裝為了保護香蕉不受損傷,應(yīng)按下面規(guī)定進行包裝:包裝箱內(nèi)使用的包裝材料必須是新的,干凈的,并且不能給香蕉導(dǎo)致內(nèi)部和外部損傷。需要特別指出的是,帶有產(chǎn)品信息的包裝紙和標簽,其墨水必須是無毒的。包裝箱內(nèi)除了包裝材料,不能有其他外來物質(zhì)Thebananasmustbepackedinsuchawayastoprotecttheproduceproperly.Thematerialsusedinsidethepackagemustbenew,cleanandofanaturesuchastoavoidcausinganyexternalorinternaldeteriorationoftheproduce.Theuseofmaterialssuchas,inparticular,wrappingpapersoradhesivelabelsbearingcommercialindicationsisallowedprovidedthattheprintingandlabellingisdonewithanon-toxicinkorglue.Packagesmustbefreefromanyforeignmatter.Presentation外觀無論是整疏香蕉或者是切割蕉,每一把的果指數(shù)量不能少于4個,除此之外,可以將香蕉切成單個然后進行包裝。一把香蕉中,若果指缺失不超過2個,在滿足下面規(guī)定情況下,也可以被接受:果冠不是被人為撕開且切割干凈,同時缺失的果指對相鄰的果指沒有導(dǎo)致影響。在原產(chǎn)地,香蕉可以穗為單位進行銷售Thebananasmustbepresentedinhandsorclusters(partsofhands)ofatleastfourfingers.Bananasmayalsobepresentedassinglefingers.Clusterswithnotmorethantwomissingfingersareallowed,providedthatthestalkisnottornbutcleanlycut,withoutdamagetotheneighbouringfingers.Notmorethanoneclusterofthreefingerswiththesamecharacteristicsastheotherfruitinthepackagemaybepresentperrow.Intheproducingregions,bananasmaybemarketedbythestem.VI.

MARKING標簽如下5個方面信息,應(yīng)很容易從包裝箱外側(cè)得到,這些信息必須標注在每一箱香蕉外包裝相同的一側(cè),簡樸明了地被顯示,Eachpackagemustbearthefollowingparticularsinwriting,allonthesameside,legiblyandindeliblymarkedandvisiblefromtheoutside:包裝人/分銷商:名字,地址,被官方認證的標簽(標簽可有可無);產(chǎn)品信息:“Bananas”和香蕉品種這兩方面的產(chǎn)品信息應(yīng)當?shù)玫斤@示產(chǎn)地信息產(chǎn)品等級信息,產(chǎn)品凈重,果指最短長度,果指最長長度(可有可無)官方管控信息(可有可無)A.
