DEFINITIONOFPRODUCEThisstandardappliestobananasofthevarieties(cultivars)of

Musa

(AAA)spp.,CavendishandGrosMichelsubgroups,aswellashybrids,referredtoinAnnexIV,intendedtobesuppliedfreshtotheconsumerafterpreparationandpackaging.Plantains,bananasintendedforindustrialprocessingandfigbananasarenotcovered.此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)合用于Musa（AAA）spp.Canvendish（華蕉）、GrosMichel（大麥克）種群品種及其雜交品種，不合用于大蕉、加工用蕉及fig蕉。II.

QUALITYThisstandarddefinesthequalityrequirementstobemetbyunripenedgreenbananasafterpreparationandpackaging.本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)定義了通過(guò)初加工解決與包裝的青蕉質(zhì)量規(guī)定。A.

ClassificationBananasareclassifiedintothethreeclassesdefinedbelow:香蕉可以根據(jù)以下標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分為三個(gè)等級(jí)：(i)

‘Extra’class優(yōu)等品Bananasinthisclassmustbeofsuperiorquality.Theymusthavethecharacteristicstypicalofthevarietyand/orcommercialtype.Extra’class等級(jí)香蕉是質(zhì)量最佳的。除了輕微果皮瑕疵，果指沒有損傷，果指污點(diǎn)合計(jì)面積不得超過(guò)1cm2,并且這些瑕疵不得影響整疏或整把香蕉的整體外觀和質(zhì)量。Thefingersmustbefreefromdefects,apartfromslightsuperficialblemishesnotcoveringatotalofmorethan1

ClassI一級(jí)Bananasinthisclassmustbeofgoodquality.Theymustdisplaythecharacteristicstypicalofthevarietyand/orcommercialtype.Class1等級(jí)香蕉必須質(zhì)量好，必須展現(xiàn)出該品種的明顯特性及商品性。然而，若下述果指損傷沒有影響每一疏或每一把香蕉的整體外觀和質(zhì)量，我們就可以接受這些輕微損傷：輕微形狀缺陷。由于擦傷和其他輕微的表皮損傷導(dǎo)致的輕微皮損，這些損傷總面積不得超過(guò)果指面積2cm2上述任何缺陷，都不得影響到香蕉果肉However,thefollowingslightdefectsofthefingersareallowed,providedtheydonotimpairthegeneralappearanceofeachhandorcluster,itsquality,itskeepingqualityorthepresentationofthepackage:—slightdefectsinshape,—slightskindefectsduetorubbingandotherslightsuperficialblemishesnotcoveringatotalofmorethan2

PRESENTATIONA.

Uniformity一致性每箱香蕉必須來(lái)自于同一個(gè)產(chǎn)地，屬于同一個(gè)種類，具有相同的質(zhì)量水平產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量必須具有一致性，每箱香蕉中能看到的質(zhì)量水平，必須可以反映整箱香蕉的情況Thecontentsofeachpackagemustbeuniformandconsistexclusivelyofbananasofthesameorigin,varietyand/orcommercialtype,andquality.Thevisiblepartofthecontentsofeachpackagemustberepresentativeoftheentirecontents.B.

Packaging包裝為了保護(hù)香蕉不受損傷，應(yīng)按下面規(guī)定進(jìn)行包裝：包裝箱內(nèi)使用的包裝材料必須是新的，干凈的，并且不能給香蕉導(dǎo)致內(nèi)部和外部損傷。需要特別指出的是，帶有產(chǎn)品信息的包裝紙和標(biāo)簽，其墨水必須是無(wú)毒的。包裝箱內(nèi)除了包裝材料，不能有其他外來(lái)物質(zhì)Thebananasmustbepackedinsuchawayastoprotecttheproduceproperly.Thematerialsusedinsidethepackagemustbenew,cleanandofanaturesuchastoavoidcausinganyexternalorinternaldeteriorationoftheproduce.Theuseofmaterialssuchas,inparticular,wrappingpapersoradhesivelabelsbearingcommercialindicationsisallowedprovidedthattheprintingandlabellingisdonewithanon-toxicinkorglue.Packagesmustbefreefromanyforeignmatter.Presentation外觀無(wú)論是整疏香蕉或者是切割蕉，每一把的果指數(shù)量不能少于4個(gè)，除此之外，可以將香蕉切成單個(gè)然后進(jìn)行包裝。一把香蕉中，若果指缺失不超過(guò)2個(gè)，在滿足下面規(guī)定情況下，也可以被接受：果冠不是被人為撕開且切割干凈，同時(shí)缺失的果指對(duì)相鄰的果指沒有導(dǎo)致影響。在原產(chǎn)地，香蕉可以穗為單位進(jìn)行銷售Thebananasmustbepresentedinhandsorclusters(partsofhands)ofatleastfourfingers.Bananasmayalsobepresentedassinglefingers.Clusterswithnotmorethantwomissingfingersareallowed,providedthatthestalkisnottornbutcleanlycut,withoutdamagetotheneighbouringfingers.Notmorethanoneclusterofthreefingerswiththesamecharacteristicsastheotherfruitinthepackagemaybepresentperrow.Intheproducingregions,bananasmaybemarketedbythestem.VI.
