在國(guó)際商務(wù)買賣的過程主要分為詢盤、發(fā)盤、還盤、接受四個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),其過程中最重要的便是商務(wù)信函的書寫,我們這次實(shí)習(xí)中主要對(duì)發(fā)盤的過程進(jìn)行了練習(xí)。在老師的幫助下對(duì)發(fā)盤的發(fā)虛盤、發(fā)實(shí)盤的信函實(shí)例進(jìn)行分析與解讀和翻譯,并對(duì)一些內(nèi)容進(jìn)行書寫練習(xí),使我們掌握了英文信函的書寫方式、提升了書寫技巧。

(三)商務(wù)談判

在看完有關(guān)商務(wù)談判的視頻后,在老師的指導(dǎo)下,我們根據(jù)視頻中的談判,對(duì)其談判的案例進(jìn)行分析。全面了解了談判的類型、談判時(shí)的重要因素、談判時(shí)注意的問題及談判時(shí)的信息搜索。談判對(duì)于商務(wù)進(jìn)行是不可缺少的部分,充分了解談判的過程和技巧便更一步的促進(jìn)了合作關(guān)系的達(dá)成。

(四)進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易信函的分析和書寫

根據(jù)多篇的進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易信函的閱讀及分析。對(duì)信函的英漢互譯,這不僅對(duì)我們英語知識(shí)的提高,而且認(rèn)識(shí)了進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易信函書寫的方式,在我們多次的練習(xí)中提升了寫作技巧,更為以后的工作節(jié)約了時(shí)間。
