前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)定

起草。

本文件代替GB/T29077—2012《星箭界面飛行環(huán)境遙測數據處理要求》,與GB/T29077—2012相比,

除結構調整和編輯性改動外,主要技術變化如下:

a)增加了準靜態(tài)載荷、低頻振動、高頻振動、聲學噪聲、沖擊環(huán)境類型的頻率范圍及表征形式

(見4.1、4.2、4.3、4.4和4.5);

b)更改了過載、低頻振動、高頻振動、聲學噪聲、沖擊加速度、穩(wěn)態(tài)壓力和溫度的測量參數數量

和測點位置要求(見5.2.1.1、5.2.1.2、5.2.1.3、5.2.1.4、5.2.1.5、5.2.1.6和5.2.1.7,2012年版

的5.2.1.1、5.2.1.2、5.2.1.3、5.2.1.4、5.2.1.5、5.2.1.6和5.2.1.7);

c)增加了測量參數的量程選擇(見5.2.2);

d)將“頻率范圍和最小采樣頻率”更改為“采樣頻率與濾波要求”(見5.2.3,2012年版的

5.2.3);

e)增加了對時間歷程遙測數據的檢查的具體方法描述(見6.1.1);

f)更改了隨機信號偽信號的判斷依據(見6.1.3.2,2012年版的6.1.3.2);

g)更改了低頻振動、高頻振動、聲學噪聲及沖擊加速度的數據處理要求(見6.2.2、6.2.3、

6.2.4和6.2.5,2012年版的6.2.2、6.2.3、6.2.4和6.2.5);

h)將“交付數據格式”更改為“輸出數據格式”(見6.3,2012年版的6.3);

i)刪除了“交付形式”(見2012年版的6.3.1);

j)更改了過載、低頻振動、高頻振動、聲學噪聲、沖擊加速度、穩(wěn)態(tài)壓力和溫度的數據輸出格式

(見6.3.1、6.3.2、6.3.3、6.3.4、6.3.5、6.3.6和6.3.7,2012年版的6.3.2、6.3.3、6.3.4、

6.3.5、6.3.6、6.3.7和6.3.8);

k)刪除了飛行環(huán)境結果分析報告章節(jié)(見2012年版的第7章)。

本文件由全國宇航技術及其應用標準化技術委員會(SAC/TC425)提出并歸口。

本文件起草單位:北京宇航系統(tǒng)工程研究所、上海宇航系統(tǒng)工程研究所、中國西安衛(wèi)星測控中心、

中國航天標準化研究所。

星箭界面飛行環(huán)境遙測數據處理要求

1范圍

本文件規(guī)定了運載火箭(以下簡稱“火箭”)上升段飛行過程中星箭界面飛行環(huán)境參數類型、測量

參數范圍及測量要求、數據處理和方法等要求。

本文件適用于星箭界面飛行環(huán)境遙測數據處理和分析。

2規(guī)范性引用文件

下列文件中的內容通過文中的規(guī)范性引用而構成本文件必不可少的條款。其中,注日期的引用文

件,僅該日期對應的版本適用于本文件;不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改單)適用

于本文件。

GB/T32455界定的術語和定義適用于本文件。

4飛行環(huán)境參數類型

4.1準靜態(tài)載荷

準靜態(tài)載荷是除重力外所有加在火箭上的外力載荷。頻率范圍為10Hz以內,一般用加速度表征。

4.2低頻振動

低頻振動主要是火箭在點火和關機過程中由發(fā)動機脈動推力產生的結構響應,或者在跨音速飛行段

由氣體脈動壓力產生的結構響應,或者在級間分離過程中產生的瞬態(tài)載荷。頻率范圍為2

Hz~

100Hz,一般用加速度表征。

4.3高頻振動

高頻振動主要是由火箭發(fā)動機噴流噪聲和氣動噪聲產生的結構響應。高頻振動在起飛段、上升段、

跨音速段達到最大。頻率范圍為10Hz~2000Hz,一般用加速度的功率譜密度表征。

4.4聲學噪聲

聲學噪聲主要是由火箭發(fā)動機噪聲和氣動噪聲產生的聲壓。整流罩
