課堂導(dǎo)入，一般是指課堂教學(xué)開始的3-5分鐘內(nèi)，教師和學(xué)生所有教學(xué)活動(dòng)的總稱。其作為課堂教學(xué)的重要環(huán)節(jié)，具體是指在進(jìn)入新的教學(xué)內(nèi)容前，教師為了轉(zhuǎn)移學(xué)生的注意中心，激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)情趣，采用各種教學(xué)手段，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生進(jìn)入正式的學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)的教學(xué)行為。本課題研究以我縣統(tǒng)一使用的人教版初中語(yǔ)文教材為載體，以全校七至九年級(jí)所有班級(jí)為實(shí)驗(yàn)班，本校英語(yǔ)組教師全部參研。

課題研究的步驟和舉措

一、研究目的

1.調(diào)查分析總結(jié)初中英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中一線教師常用的導(dǎo)入方法，制作調(diào)查表，對(duì)我校全體英語(yǔ)教師進(jìn)行調(diào)查，形成匯總數(shù)據(jù)，得出教師常用的導(dǎo)入法。

2.分析比較常用的不同類型的各種導(dǎo)入方法特點(diǎn)、功能的異同，研究根據(jù)學(xué)生心理和教學(xué)內(nèi)容合理選用行之有效導(dǎo)入方法的策略，并跟蹤在課堂實(shí)際教學(xué)中運(yùn)用的效果，以及學(xué)生的評(píng)價(jià)。

3.借鑒校內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀導(dǎo)入案例，運(yùn)用新理念、新方法和現(xiàn)代化技術(shù)手段，進(jìn)行導(dǎo)入方案設(shè)計(jì)的自主創(chuàng)新實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。

首先，初中英語(yǔ)教材中的情景會(huì)話材料的選擇上，大都立足于普遍的生活場(chǎng)景，如購(gòu)物、交往、問(wèn)候等，這些是東西方人們廣泛存在的生活內(nèi)容，教材編排者的意圖就是讓學(xué)生在這人類共通的生活場(chǎng)面中來(lái)體會(huì)英語(yǔ)與母語(yǔ)的區(qū)別，體會(huì)英語(yǔ)應(yīng)用的精確性，并且在這種模擬的情景中實(shí)踐自己已經(jīng)掌握的英語(yǔ)知識(shí)，為將來(lái)的運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)積累實(shí)踐的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，為以后的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)和英語(yǔ)交際提供扎實(shí)的應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)。在英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中，作為教師，應(yīng)該清楚地認(rèn)識(shí)到教材中這些英語(yǔ)情景會(huì)話的重要性，不能輕描淡寫地帶過(guò)。不少的英語(yǔ)教師，往往把教材中的這部分內(nèi)容，當(dāng)作是訓(xùn)練學(xué)生聽(tīng)力的基本材料，或者偏重分析這些材料中的詞匯和語(yǔ)法，從而偏離了教材編排者們的良苦用心，因而也偏離了英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的大綱精神。正確地領(lǐng)悟教材中情景會(huì)話內(nèi)容的編排精神僅僅是情景會(huì)話教學(xué)的第一步，接下來(lái)的就是在具體的教學(xué)中如何來(lái)貫徹這一精神。筆者認(rèn)為在情景會(huì)話的教學(xué)中，學(xué)生的切身參與是不可替代的。情景會(huì)話的教學(xué)精髓就是讓學(xué)生在模擬的生活場(chǎng)面中扮演特定的角色，依據(jù)自己所扮演的角色來(lái)練習(xí)在特定場(chǎng)合中的特定言語(yǔ)交際，并且要符合英語(yǔ)的傳統(tǒng)和習(xí)慣。教材中所提供的英語(yǔ)情景會(huì)話的材料，通俗一點(diǎn)來(lái)說(shuō)，教材的編排者是個(gè)編劇，情景會(huì)話材料則個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的劇本，而課堂教學(xué)的任務(wù)之一，就是要把這個(gè)劇本轉(zhuǎn)化為活生生的舞臺(tái)演出，導(dǎo)演是教師，學(xué)生則是劇本中的各式人物。編劇、劇本、導(dǎo)演的作用不能超越學(xué)生這一角色的作用，而是為這些演員們搭建起良好的表演舞臺(tái)?；谶@個(gè)原因，應(yīng)該把學(xué)生的親身實(shí)踐放在首要的位置，教師切不可越俎代庖，用簡(jiǎn)單的知識(shí)傳授來(lái)替代學(xué)生的課堂實(shí)踐。

其次，作為英語(yǔ)教師，應(yīng)該意識(shí)到教材編排的局限性和時(shí)效性，因此要已經(jīng)現(xiàn)實(shí)生活的變化，靈活地開發(fā)新的課程資源，以彌補(bǔ)教材的相關(guān)缺失。在新頒初中英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中就明確地提出要求：“英語(yǔ)課程要力求合理利用和積極開發(fā)課程資源”教材是經(jīng)典，這是個(gè)共識(shí)，但經(jīng)典并不意味著永遠(yuǎn)貼近時(shí)代和生活。任何教材，無(wú)論如何具備前瞻性，也不能做到對(duì)時(shí)代和生活作出精確的預(yù)見(jiàn)性。而語(yǔ)言則能對(duì)之作出靈活和共時(shí)的應(yīng)對(duì)。前文已經(jīng)提及，初中英語(yǔ)教材中的情景會(huì)話材料的選擇上是立足于人類共同的生活場(chǎng)景的，而這些場(chǎng)景，則是過(guò)去的生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)而已，現(xiàn)實(shí)的生活是瞬息萬(wàn)變、千姿百態(tài)的，由于教材修訂的時(shí)間性的局限，不可能進(jìn)行及時(shí)的更新。一種教材一旦編定，勢(shì)必要經(jīng)過(guò)若干年后才能依據(jù)現(xiàn)實(shí)的需要進(jìn)行修訂。作為從事初中英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的教師來(lái)說(shuō)，如果拘泥于教材中的內(nèi)容而不與時(shí)俱進(jìn)，那么課堂教學(xué)會(huì)與實(shí)際的生活漸行漸遠(yuǎn)。

資源的豐富性并不意味著教師在材料選擇上的輕松，當(dāng)前是個(gè)信息爆炸的時(shí)代，獲取信息是非常便捷的，但這種便捷恰恰意味著難度的增加，也就是如何選擇過(guò)濾這些眼花繚亂的信息，從而能貼近生活的氣息和符合學(xué)生的實(shí)際英語(yǔ)能力，這需要從事一線教學(xué)的教師作出艱難的選擇。教師所提供的情景會(huì)話材料，不是漫無(wú)目的地隨意裁剪現(xiàn)成的資料，而是要對(duì)材料的內(nèi)容作出精心的剪裁，一切教學(xué)資料都要圍繞著學(xué)生的實(shí)際水平和實(shí)際需求為核心，以貼近現(xiàn)實(shí)生活和反應(yīng)時(shí)代變化為準(zhǔn)則。如此以來(lái)，應(yīng)改變以往在教學(xué)內(nèi)容選擇上以教師為主導(dǎo)的教學(xué)理念，要重視學(xué)生的積極參與。應(yīng)該在學(xué)生中進(jìn)行廣泛的調(diào)查，了解他們?cè)谟⒄Z(yǔ)應(yīng)用中的困惑和不解，了解他們的興趣和訴求，在學(xué)生中收集問(wèn)題，依據(jù)這些問(wèn)題來(lái)精心選擇情景會(huì)話的資料，真正做到貼近學(xué)生的真是需要，唯如此，才能激起學(xué)生的學(xué)生熱情，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)情景教學(xué)的真正目的。
