第四部分，主要介紹了海南農(nóng)產(chǎn)品遭遇技術(shù)性貿(mào)易壁壘的原因，包括國際方面的因素和海南農(nóng)產(chǎn)品自身存在的問題。

第五部分也就是文章的核心部分，主要介紹了海南農(nóng)產(chǎn)品應(yīng)對技術(shù)性貿(mào)易壁壘的對策提議。包括針對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)口國采取的措施和針對海南農(nóng)產(chǎn)品自身存在問題采取的措施。
