本說明書介紹的Snubco公司不壓井起下鉆裝置即液壓鉆機輔助式不壓井作業(yè)裝置主要由

ST5型集裝箱式動力源和S-9型液壓鉆機輔助式不壓井作業(yè)機兩大部分組成。

TheunitisfurnishedbySnubcocompletelyassembled,cleaned,inspectedand

tested,andisreadyforitsintendedpurpose.

整套設備按照Snubco原始設備制造商、API6A、16A、16C和NACE標準MR-01-75-96設

計制造。作業(yè)機所有井口承壓設備符合NACE標準，適用于H2s環(huán)境作業(yè)。設備由Snubco公

司組裝完成，出廠前經過嚴格的清潔、檢驗和測試。裝置本身配套齊全，到達現場即可作業(yè)。

2.GeneralDescription一般描述

SNUBCO'SModelS_15containerizedhydraulicrigassistsnubbingunitisdesigned

toperformsnubbingoperationsonpressurizedoilorgaswells.Itisdesignedand

manufacturedtobeofthesafestandmostefficientinthesnubbingindustrywith

maximumreliabilityandminimalmaintenance,evenintheextremelyharshoilfield

environments.Itwilloperateintemperaturerangesof-35Cto+50C.Aswithany

Earpieceofpressurecontrolequipment,BOPS,valvesandother

astomerproductswithintheunitrequireexternalheatingattemperaturesbelow

zero.

SNUBCO公司S-15型撬裝式液壓鉆機輔助式不壓井作業(yè)裝置是專門為帶壓油氣井作業(yè)而設

計的，該設備安全性好、效率高，可靠性強，維護維修工作量小，尤其適合于在特別惡劣的

油田環(huán)境中使用。可以在-35℃至50℃的環(huán)境溫度范圍內使用。在溫度低于0℃時，需額

外加熱裝置中的壓力控制設備、防噴器、閥門。
