境內(nèi)投標人：可以采用銀行保函、現(xiàn)金、支票、銀行匯票、銀行本票、貸記憑證、

電匯或網(wǎng)上支付形式中的任何一種，但不接受承兌匯票。境內(nèi)投標人如以現(xiàn)金、支票、銀

行匯票、銀行本票、貸記憑證、電匯或網(wǎng)上支付形式提交的，應(yīng)當從投標人的基本賬戶轉(zhuǎn)

出。投標人需在投標文件中提供基本賬戶的開戶許可證復(fù)印件并加蓋公章。

theBidder.TheBidderneedstoprovidethebasicaccountopeningpermitacopyofthetender

documentsandofficialseal.

（3）投標保證金的有效期與投標有效期一致。/ThevalidityoftheBidSecurityconsistentof

（4）投標保證金的交付憑證（銀行保函、支票、銀行匯票、銀行本票、貸記憑證、電匯

投標保證金的退還及利息/DischargedtheBidSecurityandinterest:

（1）未中標的投標人的投標保證金，在招標機構(gòu)發(fā)出《中標通知書》后5日內(nèi)予以退還。

5）在價格評議過程中，有下列情況之一的，其投標將被否決。

①投標人投標報價缺漏項超出投標總價的5%的；

（2）缺漏項在投標總價的5%以內(nèi)的，但投標人確認缺漏項不包含在投標價中的；

③缺漏項加價和偏離加價累計超出投標總價的*%的。

用量化方法調(diào)整評標價格。
