申請(qǐng)方承諾/ApplicantPromises本單位申請(qǐng)信息技術(shù)產(chǎn)品強(qiáng)制性認(rèn)證，遵守《中華人民共和國(guó)認(rèn)證認(rèn)可條例》及相關(guān)法律法規(guī)的規(guī)定，嚴(yán)格履行信息技術(shù)產(chǎn)品強(qiáng)制性認(rèn)證過(guò)程中的各項(xiàng)要求，并聲明：WeapplyfortheITEquipmentProductsCompulsoryCertification;complywiththeCertificationandAccreditationRegulationofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaandrelatedlawsandregulations,andstrictlyfollowtherequirementsofITEquipmentProductsCompulsoryCertification.Wedeclareasbelow:1．遵守中國(guó)信息安全認(rèn)證中心(ISCCC)的有關(guān)程序和規(guī)定，支付認(rèn)證所需的申請(qǐng),試驗(yàn),工廠審查及其它有關(guān)的費(fèi)用；妥善保管型式試驗(yàn)報(bào)告、工廠檢查報(bào)告和認(rèn)證變更確認(rèn)等認(rèn)證的相關(guān)資料，以備監(jiān)督檢查使用。WewillfollowtheproceduresandrulesoftheISCCC,paythefeesforapplication,testing,factoryinspectionandotherservices,andsafekeepthetypetestingreport,factoryinspectionreport,confirmationofcertificationchange,andothercertificationmaterials,inordertobesupervisedandinspected.2．為開(kāi)展評(píng)價(jià)提供必要、及時(shí)的配合；Wewillprovidenecessaryandtimelycooperationfortheconductoftheevaluation.3．確保向ISCCC提交資料中所有內(nèi)容的真實(shí)性、有效性和準(zhǔn)確性；WeconfirmthatthedocumentswesubmittoISCCCareauthentic,validandaccurate.4．在使用產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證結(jié)果時(shí)，不得損害ISCCC的聲譽(yù)、不得做使ISCCC認(rèn)為可能誤導(dǎo)或未經(jīng)授權(quán)的聲明；WeundertakenottouseourproductcertificationinsuchamannerastobringISCCCintodisreputeormakeanystatementregardingourproductcertificationwhichISCCCmayconsidermisleadingorunauthorized.5．當(dāng)證書(shū)被暫?；虺蜂N(xiāo)時(shí)，應(yīng)立即停止涉及認(rèn)證內(nèi)容的廣告，并按ISCCC要求交回所有認(rèn)證文件。Weundertaketouponsuspensionorcancellationofcertification,discontinuetheuseofalladvertisingmatterthatcontainsanyreferencetheretoandreturnanycertificationdocumentsasrequiredbyISCCC.6.IS
