'srequirementsthataffectthescopeofserviceswillbeaddressedthroughrenegotiationanddocumentedinanaddendum.TechnicaldifficultiesencounteredbyPartyBwillbecommunicatedtoPartyA,andacollaborativeapproachwillbetakentofindasolution.Delaysorfailurescausedbyforcemajeurewillbemanagedbymutualagreement,consideringtheimpactandpotentialmitigationstrategies.Article21:ApplicableScenariosThisContracttemplateisapplicabletoawiderangeoftechnicalserviceengagements,includingbutnotlimitedtosoftwaredevelopment,engineeringprojects,andscientificresearch.TheContractensuresthatalltechnicalserviceengagementsbetweenthepartiesareconductedinastructuredandlegallybindingmanner.Attachment1:DetailedTechnicalServicePlanServiceObjectives:Clearlydefinedgoalsandoutcomesexpectedfromthetechnicalservices.ServiceDescription:Acomprehensivelistoftheservicestobeprovided,includingmethodologiesandtoolstobeused.Timeline:Ascheduleoutliningthephasesofservicedeliveryandassociatedmilestones.ResourceAllocation:Identificationofthepersonnelandresourcesrequiredtofulfilltheserviceobligations.Attachment2:QualificationsandResumesoftheServiceTeamMembersTeamComposition:Alistofindividualswhowillbeinvolvedinprovidingthetechnicalservices.ProfessionalQualifications:Certifications,degrees,andotherrelevantqualificationsoftheteammembers.Attachment3:DeliverablesandAcceptanceCriteriaDeliverableDescription:Adetailedaccountoftheoutputsexpectedfromthetechnicalservices.AcceptanceCriteria:ThestandardsandconditionsthatmustbemetforthedeliverablestobeacceptedbyPartyA.Attachment4:ProgressReportandCommunicationProtocolReportFormat:Atemplateforregularprogressupdates,includingstatus,issues,andnextsteps.CommunicationGuidelines:Proceduresforinformationsharing,feedback,anddecision-makingprocesses.Article22:ModificationandTerminationoftheContractAnymodificationstotheContractmustbeagreeduponbybothpartiesanddocumentedinwriting.TheContractmaybeterminatedbymutualagreementorundertheconditi
