rAssurancesEachpartyagreestoexecuteanddeliverallfurtheractsanddocuments,andtodoallthingswhichtheotherpartymayreasonablyrequiretocarryouttheprovisionsandintentionsofthisAgreement.Article26:RightofSet-OffTheLendershallhavetherighttosetoffanyamountsowingbytheLendertotheBorroweragainstanyamountsowingbytheBorrowertotheLenderunderthisAgree
