7.Indemnification:

TheServiceProvideragreestoindemnifyandholdtheClientharmlessfromanyandallclaims,losses,damages,liabilities,andexpensesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththeServicesprovidedunderthisContract.

8.Termination:

EitherpartymayterminatethisContractatanytimeuponwrittennoticetotheotherparty.Intheeventoftermination,theClientshallonlyberesponsibleforpaymentoftheFeesandexpensesincurreduptothedateoftermination.
