本文件規(guī)定了利用測風塔安裝的杯式測風儀觀測數據與激光雷達數據進行平行對比測試的總體要

求、參數和指標,描述了對應的評價方法和可靠性評價。

本文件適用于開展觀測高度在400m以下的激光雷達與測風塔安裝的杯式測風儀的平行對比觀測及

數據可靠性評價工作。
