引言
隨著當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外各種科學(xué)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,蓋玻片被廣泛應(yīng)用于科研、教學(xué)、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生和生物技術(shù)
研究等領(lǐng)域。在使用光學(xué)顯微術(shù)對(duì)從生物體上切下的薄片生物標(biāo)本進(jìn)行研究前,為了防止生物標(biāo)本在空
氣中脫水變質(zhì),需要用蓋玻片把標(biāo)本埋封起來,而后將蓋玻片置于顯微鏡成像光束的光路中。因此在對(duì)
顯微物鏡像差校正設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),需考慮蓋玻片的有關(guān)參數(shù),使光學(xué)顯微鏡在各種應(yīng)用場合能發(fā)揮其正常功
能,從而保證光學(xué)顯微鏡產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)、質(zhì)量和應(yīng)用,促進(jìn)企業(yè)間的協(xié)調(diào),提高生產(chǎn)效率。
鑒于上述原因,根據(jù)有關(guān)蓋玻片的參數(shù)和使用功能,對(duì)蓋玻片的各項(xiàng)主要指標(biāo)予以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和規(guī)范化
是十分必要的。

44276《顯微鏡蓋玻片》包含了蓋玻片的術(shù)語、要求、標(biāo)志和標(biāo)識(shí)等條款,并根據(jù)不同參
數(shù)和各種特性對(duì)蓋玻片進(jìn)行了規(guī)定。因此,GB/T
44276《顯微鏡蓋玻片》分為兩個(gè)部分:
—第1部分:尺寸偏差、厚度和光學(xué)特性。目的在于規(guī)定蓋玻片的尺寸偏差、厚度和光學(xué)特性的
要求。
