本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件是GB/T22504《糧油檢驗(yàn)糧食感官檢驗(yàn)輔助圖譜》的第4部分。GB/T22504已經(jīng)發(fā)布

了以下部分:

—第1部分:小麥;

—第2部分:玉米;

—第3部分:稻谷;

—第4部分:油料。

請(qǐng)注意本文件的某些內(nèi)容可能涉及專(zhuān)利。本文件的發(fā)布機(jī)構(gòu)不承擔(dān)識(shí)別專(zhuān)利的責(zé)任。

引言

在實(shí)際糧食感官檢驗(yàn)時(shí),可能存在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)使用者對(duì)糧食感官檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的一些文字表述理解不透徹而

造成檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果出現(xiàn)偏差的問(wèn)題。為解決此問(wèn)題,特制定GB/T22504《糧油檢驗(yàn)糧食感官檢驗(yàn)輔助圖

譜》,目的在于輔助糧食的感官檢驗(yàn)。根據(jù)糧食的四個(gè)大類(lèi),GB/T22504擬由四個(gè)部分構(gòu)成。

—第1部分:小麥。

—第2部分:玉米。

—第3部分:稻谷。

—第4部分:油料。

由于油料涉及的種類(lèi)較多,本文件目前只選取了油料中最為常見(jiàn)的大豆、花生、油菜籽3種。后續(xù)

隨著新的油料品種的制定需求,會(huì)在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)修訂時(shí)不斷完善。

本文件給出了大豆、花生、油菜籽3種油料感官檢驗(yàn)輔助圖譜的圖示。

本文件適用于輔助開(kāi)展大豆、花生、油菜籽的感官檢驗(yàn)。
