標(biāo)準(zhǔn)解讀
《GB/T 44537-2024 精細(xì)陶瓷室溫?cái)嗔秧g性試驗(yàn)方法 表面裂紋彎曲梁(SCF)法》是一項(xiàng)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),旨在規(guī)定精細(xì)陶瓷材料在室溫條件下使用表面裂紋彎曲梁法測(cè)定其斷裂韌性的具體操作流程和技術(shù)要求。該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于各種類型的精細(xì)陶瓷材料,包括但不限于氧化物、氮化物及碳化物等非金屬無(wú)機(jī)材料。
根據(jù)此標(biāo)準(zhǔn),首先需要準(zhǔn)備試樣。試樣的尺寸和形狀有嚴(yán)格的規(guī)定,通常為長(zhǎng)方體或圓柱形,并且在其表面上預(yù)先制造出一定長(zhǎng)度的預(yù)制裂紋。裂紋的引入可以通過(guò)機(jī)械切割或其他適當(dāng)?shù)姆椒ㄍ瓿桑仨毐WC裂紋與試樣的幾何中心線對(duì)齊,以便于后續(xù)測(cè)試過(guò)程中準(zhǔn)確施加外力。
接下來(lái)是進(jìn)行實(shí)際的斷裂韌性測(cè)試。將帶有預(yù)制裂紋的試樣固定于專門設(shè)計(jì)的夾具上,然后通過(guò)控制加載裝置向試樣施加逐漸增大的彎曲載荷直至發(fā)生斷裂。在整個(gè)加載過(guò)程中,需記錄下裂紋擴(kuò)展時(shí)對(duì)應(yīng)的載荷值以及最終導(dǎo)致試樣完全斷裂的最大載荷。

前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件修改采用ISO18756:2003《精細(xì)陶瓷(先進(jìn)陶瓷、先進(jìn)技術(shù)陶瓷)采用表面裂紋彎曲梁
(SCF)法測(cè)定精細(xì)陶瓷室溫?cái)嗔秧g性》。
本文件與ISO18756:2003的技術(shù)差異及原因如下:
—?jiǎng)h除了術(shù)語(yǔ)“斷裂韌性值”,以避免術(shù)語(yǔ)混淆不清(見(jiàn)ISO18756:2003中的3.3);
—將SCF法測(cè)得的斷裂韌性的符號(hào)KIsc更改為KIc,SCF,以方便對(duì)斷裂韌性術(shù)語(yǔ)的理解(見(jiàn)
第4章);
—用規(guī)范性引用的GB/T6569替換了ISO14704,以適應(yīng)我國(guó)技術(shù)條件,增加可操作性(見(jiàn)6.2、
7.1.2、7.1.3);
—增加了對(duì)試驗(yàn)報(bào)告內(nèi)容的要求,以增加可操作性,便于本文件的執(zhí)行[見(jiàn)第10章的a)、b)、
c)、s)]。
本文件做了下列編輯性改動(dòng):
—為與現(xiàn)有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)協(xié)調(diào),將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)名稱改為《精細(xì)陶瓷室溫?cái)嗔秧g性試驗(yàn)方法

本文件描述了采用表面裂紋彎曲梁(SCF)法測(cè)定精細(xì)陶瓷室溫?cái)嗔秧g性的試驗(yàn)方法。
本文件既適用于具有平坦或上升裂紋擴(kuò)展阻力曲線的材料,也適用于單相陶瓷、晶須(或)顆粒增
強(qiáng)的復(fù)相陶瓷材料。
本文件不適用于連續(xù)纖維增強(qiáng)的陶瓷基復(fù)合材料。
注:本文件的表面裂紋彎曲梁(SCF)法與GB/T23806[2]的單邊預(yù)裂紋梁法類似,區(qū)別是通過(guò)不同方法制備預(yù)裂
紋,本方法制備的預(yù)裂紋尺寸較小。這兩種方法對(duì)于具有平坦R曲線的材料測(cè)試結(jié)果相近。
