Article7:TerminationandCompensation

7.2IftheEmployerterminatestheContractduetoreasonsattributabletotheEmployee,theEmployershallpaytheEmployeeanamountofcompensationequaltoonemonth'ssalaryforeachyearofservice.
7.3IftheEmployeeterminatestheContractduetoreasonsattributabletotheEmployer,theEmployershallpaytheEmployeeanamountofcompensationequaltoonemonth'ssalaryforeachyearofservice.
Article8:ConfidentialityandNon-Compete
8.1TheEmployeeagreestokeepalltheCompany'sbusinesssecretsconfidentialandnottodiscloseorusethemforanypurposewithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheEmployer.
8.2TheEmployeeagreestocomplywiththenon-competeagreementstipulatedintheAppendixofthisContract.
Article9:GoverningLawandDisputeResolution
9.1ThisContractshallbegovernedbythelawsandregulationsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.
9.2AnydisputesarisingfromtheperformanceorinterpretationofthisContractshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiation.Ifnegotiationfails,thepartiesagreetosubmitthedisputetothePeople'sCourtwithjurisdictionovertheEmployer'sregisteredplacefortrial.
