湖南省初中學(xué)業(yè)水平考試原則(2023年版)

一、考試指導(dǎo)思想

初中畢業(yè)英語學(xué)業(yè)考試以《義務(wù)教育英語課程原則(2023年版)》(如下簡(jiǎn)稱“英

語課程原則”)五級(jí)目日勺為根據(jù),是義務(wù)教育階段英語學(xué)科的終止性考試。考試應(yīng)

以培養(yǎng)“全面發(fā)展的人”為關(guān)鍵,體現(xiàn)新一輪基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革的基本理念,貫徹

《英語課程原則》確立的“增進(jìn)學(xué)生綜合語言運(yùn)用能力的發(fā)展”的考試指導(dǎo)思想。

考試應(yīng)有助于貫徹立德樹人的主線任務(wù);有助于全面貫徹國(guó)家教育方針,推進(jìn)素質(zhì)

教育;有助于體現(xiàn)九年義務(wù)教育日勺性質(zhì),全面提高教育質(zhì)量;有助于英語課程改革,

提高英語教學(xué)質(zhì)量,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生勇于探究的創(chuàng)新精神和處理問題日勺實(shí)踐能力,減輕學(xué)

生過重日勺課業(yè)承擔(dān),增進(jìn)學(xué)生生動(dòng)活潑、積極學(xué)習(xí)。

英語學(xué)業(yè)考試要體現(xiàn)語言工具性和人文性的雙重屬性,貫徹知識(shí)與能力、過程

與措施、情感態(tài)度與價(jià)值觀“三維”課程目的,要根據(jù)《英語課程原則》和現(xiàn)行教

材來確定考察內(nèi)容,既重視考察學(xué)生對(duì)英語基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)與基本技能的掌握狀況,更重

視考察學(xué)生在詳細(xì)情境中綜合運(yùn)用語言的能力。在試卷設(shè)計(jì)上要遵照教育測(cè)量的基

本原理,堅(jiān)持以交際語言測(cè)試為主,分離測(cè)試、綜合測(cè)試等多種測(cè)試并存,力爭(zhēng)在

語篇層次上,在盡量真實(shí)情景中,以互動(dòng)的形式測(cè)試學(xué)生的綜合語言運(yùn)用能力;不

僅要關(guān)注試卷信度,更要重視試卷日勺效度;在力爭(zhēng)試卷構(gòu)造簡(jiǎn)約日勺同步,保證考察

內(nèi)容的覆蓋面,杜絕繁、偏、舊試題,科學(xué)控制題量和難度.要堅(jiān)持“以能力立意

為主、知識(shí)立意為輔”日勺原則,根據(jù)語言實(shí)際使用情形命題,合適增大主觀性、開

放性試題的比重,盡量防止命制以詞或句為語言單位日勺試題,不應(yīng)在脫離語境的狀

況下單獨(dú)考察微觀語言知識(shí)。在選擇語言素材時(shí),要充足考慮學(xué)生的實(shí)際生活和身

心發(fā)展水平、地區(qū)以及文化差異,選用真實(shí)、地道、形式多樣的語言素材。要根據(jù)

試題考察的目的和重點(diǎn),制定科學(xué)、可行的評(píng)分原則,使英語水平不一樣學(xué)生的成

績(jī)都能得到全面、公正、客觀、精確日勺評(píng)價(jià),充足發(fā)揮考試的鑒定和鼓勵(lì)功能,充

足發(fā)揮測(cè)試對(duì)教學(xué)的正面反撥作用。

二、考試內(nèi)容與規(guī)定

《英語課程原則》規(guī)定的義務(wù)教育階段英語課程歐J總體目的是發(fā)展學(xué)生H勺語言

綜合運(yùn)用能力。這一能力是建立在語言知識(shí)、語言技能、情感態(tài)度、學(xué)習(xí)方略和文

化意識(shí)等五個(gè)方面的基礎(chǔ)之上的.英語學(xué)業(yè)考試既要側(cè)重考察學(xué)生的語言知識(shí)、語

言技能、跨文化交際意識(shí)和跨文化交際能力,同步乂要兼顧對(duì)情感態(tài)度和學(xué)習(xí)方略

等課程目的日勺對(duì)日勺引導(dǎo)和合適考察。因此,試卷內(nèi)容要符合學(xué)生生理和心理特點(diǎn),

要關(guān)注學(xué)生H勺情感,試題設(shè)計(jì)要有助于學(xué)生養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和形成有效H勺學(xué)習(xí)

方略。

根據(jù)《英語課程原則》所規(guī)定FJ五級(jí)目的的規(guī)定,并結(jié)合本省初中英語教學(xué)日勺

實(shí)際,制定本考試內(nèi)容如下:

(一)語言知識(shí)

規(guī)定考生可以掌握語音、語法等基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),學(xué)會(huì)使用15001600個(gè)單詞和

200^300條習(xí)常用語或固定搭配。

語法考試內(nèi)容如下:

1.名詞

(1)可數(shù)名詞及其單復(fù)數(shù)(2)不可數(shù)名詞(3)專有名詞(4)名詞所有格

2,代詞

(1)人稱代詞(2)物主代詞(3)反身代詞(4)指示代詞(5)不定代詞(6)

引導(dǎo)的限定性定語從句,并能理解句子意思。)

(二)語言技能

1.聽力技能

規(guī)定在聽到有關(guān)平常生活的熟悉話題時(shí),考生應(yīng)能:

(1)理解主旨要義;

(2)獲取事實(shí)性日勺詳細(xì)信息;

(3)推測(cè)說話人口勺身份、意圖和觀點(diǎn);

(4)根據(jù)語境和實(shí)際狀況對(duì)話;

(5)針對(duì)所聽內(nèi)容記錄重要信息。

2.閱讀技能

規(guī)定在閱讀多種體裁和題材的簡(jiǎn)短書面材料時(shí),考生應(yīng)能:

(1)理解主旨要義;

(2)理解材料中的詳細(xì)信息;

(3)根據(jù)上下文和構(gòu)詞法猜測(cè)生詞或短語的含義;

(4)推斷作者日勺身份、意圖和觀點(diǎn);

(5)預(yù)測(cè)故事情節(jié)H勺發(fā)展和也許的結(jié)局;

(6)根據(jù)規(guī)定從文章中摘錄有關(guān)信息;

(7)根據(jù)閱讀材料回答問題。

3.寫作技能

規(guī)定考生使用所學(xué)語言基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),以語篇為單位,清晰、連貫地進(jìn)行控制

性和開放性寫作??忌鷳?yīng)能:

(1)根據(jù)英漢體現(xiàn)習(xí)慣,翻譯文中部分內(nèi)容;

(2)根據(jù)圖示、表格等寫出簡(jiǎn)樸日勺文字闡明;

(3)根據(jù)提醒或?qū)嶋H狀況,描述事件或體現(xiàn)自己口勺真情實(shí)感;

(4)根據(jù)提醒或?qū)嶋H狀況,寫簡(jiǎn)樸的書信、電子郵件、通告、海報(bào)等應(yīng)用

文。

4.口語技能

規(guī)定考生使用所學(xué)的語音、語法和詞匯等基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),以口頭的形式清晰、流

利地體現(xiàn)自己的意思??忌鷳?yīng)能:

(1)對(duì)的朗誦淺易的書面材料;

(2)簡(jiǎn)樸體現(xiàn)圖片內(nèi)容;

(3)就熟悉H勺話題簡(jiǎn)樸地體現(xiàn)自己的觀點(diǎn)和態(tài)度:

(4)與人溝通、合作,進(jìn)行有效的信息交流。

三、考試形式與試卷構(gòu)造

英語學(xué)業(yè)考試包括聽力、筆頭和口語測(cè)試,分卷測(cè)試。聽力測(cè)試和筆頭測(cè)試同

卷,采用書面作答的形式閉卷進(jìn)行,口語測(cè)試另卷以面試形式單獨(dú)進(jìn)行。

(-)考試題型

1.客觀題型:判斷、選擇、匹配等答案唯一的題型,其整卷權(quán)重值不高于0.550

2.主觀題型:聽寫、對(duì)話、摘錄、簡(jiǎn)答、完畢對(duì)話、翻譯語篇、作文、朗誦、

說話等答案不唯一的題型,其整卷權(quán)重值不低于0.45。其中控制性主觀題(即答

案內(nèi)容確定、體現(xiàn)形式不唯一H勺試題)整卷權(quán)重值不高于0.35,開放性主觀題(即

答案內(nèi)容不確定、體現(xiàn)形式也不唯一日勺試題)整卷權(quán)重值不低于0.20。

(二)試卷難度

試卷難度值為0.70。其中輕易題、稍難題、較難題的比例分別為:70柒15%、15機(jī)

(三)試卷構(gòu)造

四、題型示例

I.聽力技能

本部分側(cè)重考察學(xué)生從錄音材料中獲取信息、理解信息和處理信息口勺能力。命題時(shí)要盡量

選用口語材料,不應(yīng)在脫離語境口勺狀況下單純考察語言基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)。在反應(yīng)題中應(yīng)盡量命制某些

開放性試題,在一種較完整口勺語境中考察學(xué)生H勺真實(shí)體現(xiàn)能力。答題形式相似H勺理解題,不管

選項(xiàng)是以圖片還是文字形式展現(xiàn),應(yīng)列于同一題型內(nèi)考察,以保證考察目口勺明確、試卷構(gòu)造簡(jiǎn)

約、卷面閱讀量不減少。
