1.ScopeofAgency

2.CommissionandCompensation

3.Confidentiality

4.TermandTermination

4.1ThisContractshallbeeffectivefromthedateofitssignatureandshallcontinueforatermof[Term].Itmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyupon[NoticePeriod]priorwrittennoticetotheotherparty.

5.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution
