本文件規(guī)定了流程生產(chǎn)能效管控系統(tǒng)的架構、網(wǎng)絡設計要求、功能設計要求和接口設計要求,給出
了流程生產(chǎn)能效管控系統(tǒng)的功能分類與信息流、能效模型應涉及的因素。
本文件適用于冶金、石化等流程生產(chǎn)企業(yè)能效管控系統(tǒng)的設計。
