Commission(1)傭金的含義。傭金是中間商因介紹交易或代買商品而獲取的報酬。作為中間商因其有一定的貿易渠道,所以通過其開展交易已是國際貿易中的一種普遍做法。(2)傭金的分類。傭金分為明傭(opencommission)和暗傭(sleepcommission)兩種。明傭是指在合同中已明確確定下來的傭金。暗傭是指在合同中沒有標明,而由雙方另行約定。傭金數(shù)額的計算一般按發(fā)票金額總值,即CIF價格或CFR價格乘以傭金率而得,但金額較大的也有按FOB凈價計傭的。(3)傭金的表示方法。在商品中包括傭金時,通常應以文字來說明。例如:“每公噸580美元CIF舊金山,包括2%傭金(US$200perM/TCIFSanFranciscoincluding2%commission)”;或“每公噸580美元CIF2%舊金山(US$200perM/TCIFC2%SanFrancisco)”。需要注意的是,傭金的比率一般掌握在1%-5%之間,不宜偏高。(4)傭金的計算方法。計算傭金按成交金額或成交商品的數(shù)量。在按成交金額計算時,有的以發(fā)票總金額作為計算傭金的基數(shù),有的則以FOB總值為基數(shù)來計算傭金。如按CIFC成交,而以FOB值為基數(shù)計算傭金時,則應從CIF價中減去運費和保險費,求出FOB值,然后以FOB值乘傭金率,即得出傭金額。計算傭金的公式如下:單位貨物傭金額=含傭價×傭金率凈價=含傭價-單位貨物傭金額凈價=含傭價×(1-傭金率)含傭價=凈價/(1-傭金率)值得注意的是,如在洽商交易時,我方報價為10000美元,對方要求3%的傭金,在此情況下,我方改報含傭價,按上述公式算出應為10309.3美元,這樣才能保證實收10000美元。(5)傭金的支付方法。一種是由中間代理商直接從貨架中扣除傭金;另一種是在委托人收清貨款之后,再按實現(xiàn)約定的期限和傭金比率,另行付給中間代理商。在支付傭金時,應防止錯付、漏付和重付等事故發(fā)生。按照一般的慣例,在獨家代理情況下,如委托人同約定地區(qū)的其他客戶達成交易,即使未經獨家代理過手,也得按約定的比率付給其傭金。4. quote報價,開價嚴格來說,它僅報一項價格,不包括數(shù)量、交貨等。常用的句型為quotesb.priceforsth.e.g.Wewillquoteyouthelowestpriceifyousendusyourspecificenquiry.如提出具體詢價,我們將給貴公司報最低的價格。有時可用quotesb.forsth.,即把price省去。e.g.Pleasequoteusfor500dozenofprintingaprons.請給本公司報500打印花圍裙價格。也可用quotesb.apricee.g.Pleasequoteusyourbestprice.請報貴公司最好的價格。5. placeanorderwithsb.forsth.向某人訂購某物1)名詞order常與動詞make,send,place等聯(lián)用,如果表示訂購某項貨物,后接介詞for,也可接on或of,但接for最普遍。e.g.Ifyourpricesarecompetitive,weshallbepleasedtoplaceanorderwithyouforprintingbedcovers.若貴公司價格具有競爭力,則本公司將訂購印花被套。2)表示各種訂單的說法有:regularorder長期訂貨trialorder試訂單first/initialorder首筆訂單substantialorder大宗訂單repeatorder再次訂貨/續(xù)訂單6.
