2.區(qū)別總結(jié):except/exceptfor/besides
(1)用于肯定句時?①。xcopt意為“除……之外(不再有)”
besides意為"除...之外(還有)“
例:WeallpassedtheexamexceptTom,
WeallpassedtheexambesidesTom.
②exceptfor:表示“除了(因為)……”之意,表示除去整體中的一部分,
它所敘述的事實或細(xì)節(jié)部分用來修正句子的主要意思。
例;Yourcompositionisgoodexceptforafewspellingmistakes.
注意:當(dāng)except用于句首時,后面往往要加上“for”。
例:Everythingisingoodorderoxcaptthis.
^Exceptforthis,everythingisingoodorder.
③except后可接副詞、介詞短語、從句等e
例;Hehasalwaysbeeninhighspiritsoxcoptric—ntly.

(2)用于否定句時:besides和except可相互替換。

3.while用法小結(jié)。
①while可引導(dǎo)時間狀語從句,但從句中的動詞必須是持續(xù)性的,側(cè)重主句動
作和從句動作相對比。

比較:Whenthefilmended,thepeoplewentback.
②可引導(dǎo)讓步狀語從句,表示“雖然……”,相當(dāng)于althougho

③作為并列連詞,意為“而,卻”,表示兩者的對比。

4.區(qū)別:live/alive/living/lively/lovely
①livo,adj.“活著的”,只充當(dāng)前置定語,修飾動植物。

②alive;表語形容詞,在句中充當(dāng)表語或補(bǔ)語。如作定語,則后置。意為“活
的,有生氣的”。

③living:adj.“活著的,有生命的”。既指人也指物,充當(dāng)定語,表語均可。

5.某些必須加doing(動名詞形式)作賓語的動詞總結(jié):
consider(考慮);suggest(建議);miss(錯過);can'thelp(忍不住);
imagine;practise;mind;enjoy;finish等。
另外;?allow,advise,permit,forbid后也要跟doing作賓語;但要跟不
定式的復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu),即:

allow/advise/permit/forbid.
+sb.todosth.
②有些詞既可加"doing”作賓語,也可加“t。do”作賓語,但意義卻有所不
同,如:
try(doingsth.試著做...moandoingsth.意味著...
\todosth.盡力做...\todosth.打算做...

總結(jié);此類句子中的系動詞均涉及感官,但主語不是感覺主體,而是被感覺的
