sputes,orgovernmentalactions.[SignaturePage]_________________________[PrintedName][Title]PartyA_________________________[PrintedName][Title]PartyB多方為主導(dǎo)時(shí)的，附件條款及說明1.AdditionalTermswhenPartyAistheLeadingParty1.1TrainingContentApprovalPartyAshallhavetherighttoapprovethecontentandstructureofthetrainingprogram.AnychangesrequestedPartyBtothetrainingcontentmustbesubmittedtoPartyAforapprovalatleast[Number]dayspriortothescheduledtrainingdate.Failuretoobtainapprovalmayresultinthepostponementorcancellationofthetrainingsession.1.2CustomizationofTrainingMaterialsIfPartyBrequiresspecificcustomizationofthetrainingmaterialstoalignwithitsinternalpoliciesorindustrystandards,PartyAshallprovidesuchcustomizationatanadditionalcost.ThecostofcustomizationshallbeagreeduponinwritingandshallbepaidPartyBpriortothecustomizationbeingundertaken.1.3ExclusiveTrainingRightsDuringthetermofthisContract,PartyAshallhavetheexclusiverighttoprovidetrainingonguaranteecontractstoPartyB.PartyBagreesnottoengageanyothertrainingprovideronthesamesubjectmatterwithoutthepriorwrittenconsentofPartyA.1.4TrainingVenueControlPartyAshallhavetherighttoselectthetrainingvenue,providedthatitmeetsthenecessaryrequirementsforconductingthetraining.PartyBshallprovideanynecessarylogisticalsupportforthetrainingvenueselectionprocess.2.AdditionalTermswhenPartyBistheLeadingParty2.1TrainingContentRelevance2.2TrainingDeliveryFlexibilityPartyBshallhavetherighttorequestchangestothetrainingdeliveryformat,suchasmodifyingthedurationorscheduleofthetrainingsessions.PartyAshallconsidersuchrequestsingoodfaithandprovidearesponsewithin[Number]days.2.3ParticipantSelection3.AdditionalTermswhenaThirdPartyInter
