FirstGeneralrequirementsandregulationsforinstallation1.一般要求1.Generalrequirements安裝前編制施工組織設(shè)計,保證鋼結(jié)構(gòu)安裝質(zhì)量,必須認(rèn)真執(zhí)行相關(guān)技術(shù)方案。Beforeinstallation,preparetheconstructionorganizationdesigntoensurethequalityofsteelstructureinstallation,andmustcarefullyimplementtherelevanttechnicalschemes.安裝過程所用計量器具如鋼直尺、全站儀、經(jīng)緯儀、水平儀等,應(yīng)經(jīng)計量檢驗合格,并在檢驗有效期內(nèi)使用。Themeasuringinstrumentsusedintheinstallationprocess,suchassteelrulers,totalstations,theodolitemeters,levels,etc.,shouldpassthemeasurementinspectionandbeusedwithinthevalidityperiodoftheinspection.

FirstGeneralrequirementsandregulationsforinstallation2.網(wǎng)架的拼裝應(yīng)符合規(guī)定有:2.Theassemblyofthegridframeshouldcomplywiththeregulations:(1)網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)在專門的胎具上進(jìn)行小拼。(1)Thegridstructureshouldbesmallonspecialtires.(2)胎具在使用前必須進(jìn)行尺寸檢驗,合格后再拼裝。(2)Thetireequipmentmustbedimensionallyinspectedbeforeuse,andthenassembledafterqualifying.(3)焊接球節(jié)點網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)在拼裝前應(yīng)考慮焊接收縮,其收縮量可通過試驗確定。(3)Theweldingballnodegridstructureshouldconsiderweldingshrinkagebeforeassembly,anditsshrinkagecanbedeterminedbytesting.

FirstGeneralrequirementsandregulationsforinstallation(4)小拼單元(4)Smallspellingunit1)劃分小拼單元時,應(yīng)考慮網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)的類型及施工方案等條件,小拼單元一般可分為平面桁架型和錐體型兩種。
1)Whendividingsmallassemblyunits,thetypeofgridstructureandconstructionschemeshouldbeconsidered,andsmallassemblyunitscangenerallybedividedintotwotypes:planetrusstypeandconetype.2)小拼單元應(yīng)在專門的拼裝架上焊接,以確保幾何尺寸的準(zhǔn)確性,小拼模架有平臺型和轉(zhuǎn)動型兩種。2)Thesmallassemblyunitshouldbeweldedonaspecialassemblyframetoensuretheaccuracyofthegeometricsize,andthesmallassemblyframehastwotypes:platformtypeandrotatingtype.

2.網(wǎng)架的拼裝應(yīng)符合規(guī)定有:2.Theassemblyofthegridframeshouldcomplywiththeregulations:(4)小拼單元(4)Smallspellingunit3)斜放四角錐網(wǎng)架小拼單元的劃分。將其劃分成平面桁架型小拼單元。則該桁架缺少上弦,需要加設(shè)臨時上弦。3)Thedivisionofthesmallassemblyunitoftheobliquefour-cornerconegridframe.Itisdividedintoplanartruss-typesmallpatchworkunits.Thetrusslackswindingandrequirestemporarywinding.
4)兩向正交斜放網(wǎng)架小拼單元劃分方案,考慮到總拼時標(biāo)高控制方便,每行小拼單元的兩端均在同一標(biāo)高上。4)Two-wayorthogonaldiagonalgridframesmallspellingunitdivisionscheme,consideringtheconvenienceoftotalspellingtimeelevationcontrol,bothendsofeachrowofsmallbracketunitsareonthesamelevel.

FirstGeneralrequirementsandregulationsforinstallation(5)總的拼裝順序應(yīng)保證網(wǎng)架在總拼過程中具有較少的焊接應(yīng)力和保證整體尺寸的精度,合理的總拼順序應(yīng)該是從中間向兩邊或從中間向四周發(fā)展。拼裝時不應(yīng)形成封閉圈。(5)Thetotalassemblysequenceshouldensurethatthegridframehaslessweldingstressandensuretheaccuracyoftheoverallsizeintheprocessofassembly,andthereasonableassemblyordershouldbedevelopedfromthemiddletobothsidesorfromthemiddletothesurroundings.Closedcirclesshouldnotbeformedduringassembly.(6)小拼單元和中拼單元的的允許偏差應(yīng)符合規(guī)范規(guī)定。(6)Theallowabledeviationofsmallandmediumunitsshallcomplywiththespecifications.

2.網(wǎng)架的拼裝應(yīng)符合規(guī)定有:2.Theassemblyofthegridframeshouldcomplywiththeregulations:(7)對建筑結(jié)構(gòu)安全等級為一級,跨度40m及以上的公共建筑鋼網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu),且設(shè)計有要求時,應(yīng)按下列項目進(jìn)行節(jié)點承載力試驗。(7)Whenthesafetylevelofthebuildingstructureislevel1,thespanof40mandabovethesteelgridstructureofpublicbuildings,andthedesignrequirements,thejointbearingcapacitytestshouldbecarriedoutaccordingtothefollowingitems.(8)鋼網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)總拼完成后及屋面工程完成后應(yīng)分別測量其撓度值,且所測的撓度值不應(yīng)超過相應(yīng)設(shè)計值的1.15倍。(8)Thedeflectionvalueofthesteelgridstructureshouldbemeasuredseparatelyafterthecompletionoftheassemblyandthecompletionoftheroofingproject,andthemeasureddeflectionvalueshouldnotexceed1.15timesthecorrespondingdesignvalue.

Thesteelgridstructurewithaspanof24mandbelowmeasuresthecenterpointofthelowerchord;跨度24m以上的鋼網(wǎng)架測量下弦中央點及各向下弦跨度的四等分點處各兩點;Thesteelgridframewithaspanofmorethan24mmeasuresthecenterpointofthelowerchordandtwopointsatthefourthequinoxofeachdownstringspan;
對三向網(wǎng)架應(yīng)測量每向跨度三個四等分點的撓度。Forthree-waygrids,thedeflectionofthreequaternalequinoxesperspanshouldbemeasured.(9)鋼網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)安裝完成后,其安裝的允許偏差應(yīng)符合規(guī)定。(9)Aftertheinstallationofthesteelgridstructure,theallowabledeviationofitsinstallationshouldcomplywiththeregulations.

1.高空散裝法1.High-altitudebulkmethod適用于空心球節(jié)點、螺栓球節(jié)點及螺栓連接的網(wǎng)架。在起重運輸較困難地區(qū),也適用于將小拼單元用起重機吊至空中設(shè)計位置,在支架上進(jìn)行拼裝的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。Suitableforhollowballjoints,boltedballnodesandboltedgridframes.Inareaswhereliftingandtransportationismoredifficult,itisalsosuitableforsteelstructuresthatliftsmallassemblyunitstothedesignpositionintheairwithacraneandassemblethemonthesupport.

1.高空散裝法1.High-altitudebulkmethod在高空拼裝時,其順序應(yīng)能保證拼裝的精度,減少積累誤差。懸挑法施工時,應(yīng)先拼成可承受自重的結(jié)構(gòu)體系,然后逐步擴展。Whenassemblingatheight,itssequenceshouldbeabletoensuretheaccuracyofassemblingandreduceaccumulationerrors.Whenthecantilevermethodisconstructed,itshouldfirstbeassembledintoastructuralsystemthatcanwithstanditsownweight,andthengraduallyexpanded.網(wǎng)架在拼裝過程中應(yīng)隨時栓查基準(zhǔn)軸線位置、標(biāo)高及垂直偏差,并應(yīng)及時糾正。Duringtheassemblyprocess,thegridframeshouldchecktheposition,elevationandverticaldeviationofthereferenceaxisatanytime,andshouldbecorrectedintime.

SecondQualitycontrolandrequirementsfordifferentinstallationmethods搭設(shè)拼裝支架時,支架上支撐點的位置應(yīng)設(shè)在下弦節(jié)點處。支架應(yīng)驗算其承載力和穩(wěn)定性,以確保安全可靠。支架支柱下應(yīng)采取措施,防止支座下沉。Whenerectingtheassemblybracket,thepositionofthesupportpointonthebracketshouldbesetatthelowerchordnode.Thebearingcapacityandstabilityofthebracketshouldbecheckedtoensuresafetyandreliability.Measuresshouldbetakenunderthestrutsofthebrackettopreventthesupportfromsinking.在拆除支架的過程中應(yīng)防止個別支撐點集中受力,宜根據(jù)各支撐點的結(jié)構(gòu)自重?fù)隙戎?,采用分區(qū)分階段按比例下降或用等步下降法來拆除支撐點。Intheprocessofremovingthebracket,theconcentratedforceofindividualsupportpointsshouldbeprevented,anditisadvisabletousetheproportionaldescentofthepartitioninstagesortheequalstepdescentmethodtoremovethesupportpointsaccordingtothestructuralself-weightdeflectionvalueofeachsupportpoint.

SecondQualitycontrolandrequirementsfordifferentinstallationmethods2.分條或分塊安裝法2.Slittingorblockinstallationmethod(3)合攏時可用千斤頂將網(wǎng)架單元頂?shù)皆O(shè)計標(biāo)高,然后連接。(3)Whenclosing,thegridunitcanbejackedtothedesignlevelwithajack,andthenconnected.(4)網(wǎng)架單元宜減少中間運輸。如需運輸時,應(yīng)采取措施防止網(wǎng)架變形。(4)Thegridunitshouldreduceintermediatetransportation.Ifitneedstobetransported,measuresshouldbetakentopreventthedeformationofthegridframe.

SecondQualitycontrolandrequirementsfordifferentinstallationmethods2.分條或分塊安裝法2.Slittingorblockinstallationmethod(1)將網(wǎng)架分成條狀單元或塊狀單元在高空連成整體時,網(wǎng)架單元應(yīng)具有足夠剛度并保證自身的幾何不變性,否則應(yīng)采取臨時加固措施。(1)Whenthegridframeisdividedintostripelementsorblockelementsandconnectedintoawholeathighaltitude,thegridelementsshouldhavesufficientrigidityandensuretheirowngeometricinvariance,otherwisetemporaryreinforcementmeasuresshouldbetaken.(2)為保證網(wǎng)架順利拼裝,在條與條或塊與塊合攏處,可采用安裝螺栓等措施。(2)Inordertoensurethesmoothassemblyofthegridframe,measuressuchasinstallingboltscanbeusedattheclosingofstripsorblocksandblocks.

3.High-altitudeslipmethod高空滑移可采用下列兩種方法Thefollowingtwomethodscanbeusedforhigh-altitudeslip
上滑移法是利用柱頂之間的混凝土梁安裝軌道Theup-slipmethodusesconcretebeamsbetweencolumntopstoinstalltracks1下滑移法則是利用地面安裝軌道,滑移架子的方法。Theslidingmovementmethodisamethodofusingthegroundtoinstallthetrackandslidetheframe.2單條滑移法,分條的網(wǎng)架單元在事先設(shè)置的滑軌上單條滑移到設(shè)計位置后拼裝。Inthesingle-stripslipmethod,theslittedgridunitisassembledafterasingleslideonapre-setsliderailtothedesignposition.逐條累積滑移法,分條的網(wǎng)架單元在滑軌上逐條積累拼接后滑移到設(shè)計位置。Inthestrip-by-stripcumulativeslipmethod,thegridelementsoftheslitsareaccumulatedandsplicedonthesliderailandthenslidetothedesignposition.二不同安裝方法的質(zhì)量控制和要求

3.高空滑移法3.High-altitudeslipmethod高空滑移法可利用已建結(jié)構(gòu)物作為高空拼裝平臺。如無建筑物可供利用時,可在滑移開始端設(shè)置寬度約大于兩個節(jié)間的拼裝平臺。Thehigh-altitudeslipmethodcanusethebuiltstructureasahigh-altitudeassemblyplatform.Ifthereisnobuildingtouse,anassemblyplatformwithawidthofabouttwonodescanbesetatthestartoftheslide.滑軌放置在鋼筋混凝土梁頂面的預(yù)埋件上,軌面標(biāo)高應(yīng)高于或等于網(wǎng)架支座設(shè)計標(biāo)高?;墐蓚?cè)應(yīng)無障礙,摩擦表面應(yīng)涂潤滑油。Thesliderailisplacedontheembeddedpartonthetopsurfaceofthereinforcedconcretebeam,andtherailsurfacelevelshouldbehigherthanorequaltothegridsupportdesignlevel.Bothsidesofthesliderailshouldbebarrier-free,andthefrictionsurfaceshouldbelubricated.

Whenthespanofthegridframeislarge,itisadvisabletoaddasliderailinthemiddleofthespan;Itisalsopossibletoaddareversebeamtothefirstslidingelementoraprestressedcabletothelowerchord.網(wǎng)架滑移可用手扳葫蘆穿心式千斤頂或用液壓千斤頂爬行鋼軌的方法牽引。根據(jù)牽引力大小及網(wǎng)架支座之間的系桿承載力,可采用一點或多點牽引。Gridslipcanbepulledbyhandwrenchhoistthroughthecorejackorbyusinghydraulicjackcrawlingrails.Dependingonthetractionforceandthetierodbearingcapacitybetweenthegridsupports,oneormorepointsoftractioncanbeused.在滑移和拼裝過程中,對網(wǎng)架應(yīng)進(jìn)行驗算。Duringtheslidingandassemblyprocess,thegridframeshouldbechecked.

4.整體吊裝法4.Overallliftingmethod(1)網(wǎng)架整體吊裝可采用單根或多根拔桿起吊,也可采用一臺或多臺起重機起吊就位。(1)Theoverallliftingofthegridframecanbeliftedbysingleormultiplerods,oroneormorecranescanbeusedtoliftinplace.1)當(dāng)采用多根拔桿方案時,可利用每根拔桿兩側(cè)的起重機滑輪組中所產(chǎn)生的水平分力不等的原理來推動網(wǎng)架移動或轉(zhuǎn)動進(jìn)行就位。網(wǎng)架移動距離與網(wǎng)架下降高度之間的關(guān)系可用圖解法或計算法確定。1)Whenthemulti-rodpullingschemeisadopted,theprincipleofunequalhorizontalcomponentsgeneratedinthecranepulleygrouponbothsidesofeachpullingrodcanbeusedtopushthegridframetomoveorrotateintoplace.Therelationshipbetweenthemovingdistanceofthegridandtheloweringheightofthegridcanbedeterminedbythegraphicalmethodorcalculationmethod.

SecondQualitycontrolandrequirementsfordifferentinstallationmethods2)當(dāng)采用單根拔桿方案時,對矩形網(wǎng)架,可通過調(diào)整纜風(fēng)繩使拔桿吊著網(wǎng)架進(jìn)行平移就位;對正多邊形或圓形網(wǎng)架可通過旋轉(zhuǎn)拔桿使網(wǎng)架轉(zhuǎn)動就位。2)Whenadoptingasinglerodpullingscheme,therectangulargridframecanbetranslatedandplacedbyadjustingthecablewindropetomakethepullingrodhangthegridframe;Alignedpolygonsorcirculargridscanberotatedintoplacebyrotatingthelever.(2)在網(wǎng)架整體吊裝時,應(yīng)保證各吊點起升及下降的同步性。提升高差允許值可取吊點間距離的1/400,且不宜大于100mm,或通過驗算確定。(2)Whenthegridframeishoistedasawhole,thesynchronizationofliftingandloweringofeachliftingpointshouldbeensured.Theallowablevalueofliftingheightdifferencecanbetaken1/400ofthedistancebetweenliftingpoints,andshouldnotbegreaterthan100mm,ordeterminedbyverification.

SecondQualitycontrolandrequirementsfordifferentinstallationmethods4.整體吊裝法4.Overallliftingmethod(3)當(dāng)采用多根拔桿或多臺起重機吊裝網(wǎng)架時,宜將額定負(fù)荷能力乘以拆減系數(shù)0.80。(3)Whenusingmultiplerodsormultiplecranestoliftthegridframe,itisadvisabletomultiplytheratedloadcapacitybythedismantlingcoefficientof0.80.(4)在制定網(wǎng)架就位總拼方案時,應(yīng)符合下列要求:(4)Whenformulatingthegridframeinplaceassemblyplan,thefollowingrequirementsshouldbemet:1)進(jìn)行吊裝工況模擬驗算。1)Carryoutthesimulationandverificationofhoistingconditions.

SecondQualitycontrolandrequirementsfordifferentinstallationmethods2)網(wǎng)架的任何部位與支承柱或拔桿的凈距不應(yīng)小于100mm。2)Thenetdistancebetweenanypartofthegridframeandthesupportingcolumnorpullingrodshouldnotbelessthan100mm.3)如支承柱上設(shè)有凸出構(gòu)造(如牛腿等),應(yīng)防止網(wǎng)架在起升過程中被凸出物卡住。3)Ifthereisaprotrudingstructure(suchascorbels,etc.)onthesupportingcolumn,thegridframeshouldbepreventedfrombeingstuckbyprotrusionsduringtheliftingprocess.4)由于網(wǎng)架錯位需要,對個別桿件暫不組裝時,應(yīng)取得設(shè)計單位同意。4)Duetotheneedforthemisalignmentofthegridframe,whentheindividualmembersaretemporarilynotassembled,theconsentofthedesignunitshouldbeobtained.

4.整體吊裝法4.Overallliftingmethod(5)拔桿、纜風(fēng)繩、索具、地錨、基礎(chǔ)及起重滑輪組的穿法等均應(yīng)進(jìn)行驗算,必要時可進(jìn)行試驗檢驗。(5)Thepenetrationmethodofpullingrods,windropes,rigging,groundanchors,foundationsandliftingpulleysetsshouldbeverified,andtestinspectionscanbecarriedoutifnecessary.(6)當(dāng)采用多根拔桿吊裝時,拔桿安裝必須垂直,纜風(fēng)繩的初始拉力值宜取吊裝時纜風(fēng)繩中拉力的60%。(6)Whenusingmultiplerodstohoist,therodinstallationmustbevertical,andtheinitialtensionvalueofthecablewindropeshouldbe60%ofthetensionforceinthecablewindropewhenhoisting.

4.整體吊裝法4.Overallliftingmethod(7)當(dāng)采用單根拔桿吊裝時,其底座應(yīng)采用球形方向接頭;當(dāng)采用多根拔桿吊裝時,在拔桿的起重平面內(nèi)可采用單向鉸接頭。撥桿在最不利荷載組合作用下,其支承基礎(chǔ)對地面的壓力不應(yīng)大于地基允許承載能力。(7)Whenhoistingwithasinglepullingrod,itsbaseshouldadoptaballdirectionjoint;Whenliftingwithmultiplerods,one-wayhingescanbeusedintheliftingplaneoftherod.Underthemostunfavorableloadcombination,thepressureofthesupportingfoundationonthegroundshouldnotbegreaterthantheallowablebearingcapacityofthefoundation.(8)當(dāng)網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)本身的承載能力許可時,可采用在網(wǎng)架上設(shè)置滑輪組將拔桿逐段拆除的方法。(8)Whenthebearingcapacityofthegridstructureitselfispermitted,themethodofsettingpulleygroupsonthegridframetoremovetherodsectionbysectioncanbeadopted.

SecondQualitycontrolandrequirementsfordifferentinstallationmethods5.整體提升法5.Holisticliftingmethod(1)網(wǎng)架的整體提升可通過在結(jié)構(gòu)上安裝提升設(shè)備的方法來提升網(wǎng)架,也可在進(jìn)行柱子滑模施工的同時提升網(wǎng)架。(1)Theoverallliftingofthegridframecanbeliftedbyinstallingliftingequipmentonthestructure,andthegridframecanalsobeliftedwhilecarryingoutcolumnslidingformconstruction.
(2)提升設(shè)備的施工負(fù)荷能力,應(yīng)將額定負(fù)荷能力乘以折減系數(shù),穿心式液壓千斤頂可取0.5~0.6;其他設(shè)備通過試驗確定。(2)Toimprovetheconstructionloadcapacityoftheequipment,theratedloadcapacityshouldbemultipliedbythereductioncoefficient,andthethrough-corehydraulicjackcanbetaken0.5~0.6;otherequipmentisdeterminedbytesting.

6.整體頂升法6.Overalljackingmethod
(1)當(dāng)網(wǎng)架采用整體頂升法時,應(yīng)盡量利用網(wǎng)架的支承柱作為頂升時的支承結(jié)構(gòu)。也可在原支點處或其附近設(shè)置臨時頂升支架。(1)Whenthegridframeadoptstheoveralljackingmethod,thesupportingcolumnofthegridframeshouldbeusedasmuchaspossibleasthesupportingstructureduringthejacking.Temporaryjackingbracketscanalsobesetupatorneartheoriginalfulcrum.

SecondQualitycontrolandrequirementsfordifferentinstallationmethods(2)頂升用的支承柱或臨時支架上的綴板間距,應(yīng)為千斤頂使用行程的整倍數(shù),其標(biāo)高偏差不得大于5mm,否則應(yīng)用薄鋼板墊平。(2)Thespacingoftheembellishedplatesonthesupportingcolumnortemporarybracketforjackingshouldbeamultipleofthejackusestroke,anditselevationdeviationshallnotbegreaterthan5mm,otherwiseathinsteelplateshouldbeflattened.(3)頂升千斤頂可采用絲杠千斤頂或液壓千斤頂,其使用負(fù)荷能力應(yīng)將額定負(fù)荷能力乘以拆減系數(shù):絲杠千斤頂取0.6~0.8;液壓千斤頂取0.4~0.6。各千斤頂?shù)男谐毯蜕鹚俣缺仨氁恢?,千斤頂及其液壓系統(tǒng)必須經(jīng)過現(xiàn)場檢驗合格后方可使用。(3)Thejackingjackcanuseleadscrewjackorhydraulicjack,anditsloadcapacityshouldbemultipliedbytheratedloadcapacitybythedismantlingcoefficient:leadscrewjacktake0.6~0.8;hydraulicjacktake0.4~0.6.Thestrokeandliftingspeedofeachjackmustbeconsistent,andthejackanditshydraulicsystemmustbeusedafterpassingtheon-siteinspection.

6.整體頂升法6.Overalljackingmethod(4)頂升的各千斤頂?shù)脑试S偏差應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:相鄰兩個頂升用的支承結(jié)構(gòu)間距的1/1000,且不應(yīng)大于30mm;當(dāng)一個頂升用的支承結(jié)構(gòu)上有兩個或兩個以上千斤頂時,取千斤頂間距的1/200,且不應(yīng)大于10mm。(4)Theallowabledeviationofeachjackofthejackingshallcomplywiththefollowingregulations:thespacingofthesupportingstructureusedfortheadjacenttwojackingshouldbe1/1000,andshouldnotbegreaterthan30mm;Whentherearetwoormorejacksonthesupportingstructureforjacking,take1/200ofthejackspacing,andshouldnotbegreaterthan10mm.(5)千斤頂或千斤頂合力的中心應(yīng)與柱軸線對準(zhǔn),其允許偏移值應(yīng)為5mm;千斤頂應(yīng)保持垂直。(5)Thecenterofthejackorjackresultantforceshouldbealignedwiththecolumnaxis,anditsallowableoffsetvalueshouldbe5mm;Thejackshouldbekeptvertical
