7.ThirdParty'sLimitations

b.NotprovideanyguaranteesorsupporttotheBorrowerthatwouldimpairtheLender'srightsunderthisAgreement.

8.DefaultandEnforcement

IntheeventofdefaultbytheBorrower,theLendermay,atitssolediscretion:
