DoyourememberthreeChinesetraditionalfestivalthatwehavelearntinLesson1inthisunit?WarmingupTheBackgroundofChristmas圣誕節(jié)是西方國(guó)家一年中最盛大的傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日和宗教節(jié)日,是基督教紀(jì)念耶穌誕生的重要節(jié)日,亦稱耶穌圣誕節(jié)、主降生節(jié)。5世紀(jì)中葉以后,圣誕節(jié)作為重要節(jié)日,成了教會(huì)的傳統(tǒng),并在東西派教會(huì)中逐漸傳開(kāi)。公元336年羅馬教會(huì)開(kāi)始在12月25日過(guò)此節(jié),從12月24日至翌年1月6日為圣誕節(jié)節(jié)期。節(jié)日期間,各地教會(huì)都會(huì)舉行隆重的紀(jì)念儀式。因所用歷法不同等原因,各教派會(huì)舉行慶祝的具體日期和活動(dòng)形式也有差別。十九世紀(jì)中葉圣誕節(jié)習(xí)俗傳播到亞洲,日本、韓國(guó)等都受到了圣誕文化的影響。現(xiàn)在西方在圣誕節(jié)?;ベ?zèng)禮物,舉行歡宴,并以圣誕老人、圣誕樹(shù)、圣誕賀卡、圣誕襪、圣誕帽、圣誕節(jié)環(huán)等增添節(jié)日氣氛,已成為普遍習(xí)俗。圣誕節(jié)也成為西方世界以及其他很多地區(qū)的公共節(jié)日。WhatdopeopleinthewestdotocelebrateChristmas?tomakeChristmaspuddingtodecoratethehouse
