道歉信的寫法

日常生活中難免會出現(xiàn)一些差錯，如失約、損壞東西等。遇到這種情形，應及時寫信

致歉，以消除不必要的誤解，維系正常的關(guān)系。道歉信除應及時寫之外，還必須寫得誠懇，歉

意應發(fā)自內(nèi)心，決不可敷衍塞責。再則，事情的原委要解釋清楚，措辭應當委婉。

寫好道歉信的關(guān)鍵在于措辭要樸實、委婉，語氣要誠懇、真摯，解釋要詳細明了。例如”

I'mexcessivelysorry"、"sincereapology"、"deepregret"等都是致歉之詞,這

就恰如其分地表達了寫信人的真誠歉意。

道歉信通常包括三部分內(nèi)容：

1,表示歉意，道歉的原由；

2,出現(xiàn)差錯的原因，提出彌補措施；

3?請求原諒。語言要誠摯，解釋的理由要真實。

4.補充說明?？吞自?。

好的道歉信不僅會取得對方的諒解，還會增進彼此的感情。
