1.PropertyDescription:
ThePropertyislocatedat[PropertyAddress],withatotalareaof[PropertyArea]squaremeters.ThePropertyincludesthefollowingfacilities:[ListofFacilities].
2.LeaseTerm:
TheleasetermofthisContractshallcommenceonthe______dayof______,20____,andshallexpireonthe______dayof______,20____.TheLeaseTermshallbeextendedautomaticallyforaperiodof[ExtensionPeriod]ifneitherpartygivesawrittennoticeofterminationatleast[NoticePeriod]dayspriortotheexpirationoftheLeaseTerm.
3.Rent:

4.Deposit:

6.MaintenanceandRepair:
TheLandlordshallkeepthePropertyingoodconditionduringtheLeaseTerm.TheTenantshallmaintainthePropertyandkeepitcleanandtidy.IncaseofanydamageordefecttotheProperty,theTenantshallpromptlynotifytheLandlord,andtheLandlordshallrepairthePropertywithinareasonabletime.
7.Insurance:
TheLandlordshallobtaininsurancecoveragefortheProperty,andtheTenantshallobtaininsurancecoveragefortheirpersonalbelongings.Theinsurancepolicyshallbeprovidedtotheotherpartyforreviewandapproval.
8.TerminationofContract:
ThisContractmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyuponwrittennoticetotheotherparty,providedthatsuchnoticeisgivenatleast[NoticePeriod]dayspriortotheterminationdate.Incaseoftermination,theTenantshallvacatethePropertyandreturnthekeystotheLandlord.
9.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution:
ThisContractshallbegovernedbythelawsof[GoverningLaw].AnydisputesarisingfromorinconnectionwiththisContractshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiations.Ifthenegotiationsfail,thepartiesmayresorttoarbitrationorlitigation.

6.Landlord'sRightsandInterests:
TheLandlordshallhavethefollowingrightsandinterests:
-ReceiverentandotherfeesfromtheTenant.
