b.TheSellershallensurethattheGoodsareproperlypackedandmarkedinaccordancewiththeBuyer'srequirements.

4.Insurance

TheSellershallarrangeandpayfortheinsuranceoftheGoodsduringtransit,covering[InsuranceCoverage]asspecifiedintheattachedScheduleB.

5.InspectionandQuality

a.TheSellershallensurethattheGoodscomplywiththequalitystandardsandspecificationssetforthintheattachedScheduleA.

6.ForceMajeure

a.NeitherpartyshallbeliableforanyfailureordelayintheperformanceofitsobligationsunderthisContractduetoanycausebeyonditsreasonablecontrol,includingbutnotlimitedtonaturaldisasters,war,strikes,governmentactions,etc.

b.Intheeventofforcemajeure,theaffectedpartyshallpromptlynotifytheotherpartyinwritingandprovideevidenceoftheoccurrenceofforcemajeure.

c.ThepartiesshalldiscussandreachanagreementontheextensionofthedeliverytimeorthecancellationoftheContractwithin[TimeLimit]aftertheoccurrenceofforcemajeure.

7.DisputeResolution

a.AnydisputearisingfromorinconnectionwiththisContractshallbesettledthroughfriendlynegotiationsbetweentheparties.

b.Ifthedisputecannotberesolvedthroughnegotiations,itshallbesubmittedto[ArbitrationInstitution]forarbitrationinaccordancewithitsrules.
