六、面試中的“陷阱”問(wèn)題

七、面試難題的應(yīng)答方略

求職面試時(shí),某些問(wèn)題讓你聽(tīng)起來(lái)一下子不知怎樣作答,答也不好,不答

也不好;多答也不好,少說(shuō)了仿佛也不行。尚有口勺問(wèn)題你又會(huì)感到:不知從哪

個(gè)角度作答更為有利或更為禮貌。以上此類(lèi)問(wèn)題,我們可以將其歸納為“面試難

題”,逐一探討一番,對(duì)求職面試的朋友,一定能有所協(xié)助。

一、你來(lái)這里能干什么?

對(duì)此類(lèi)咄咄逼人的難題,主試人提出其意圖有二:一是懷疑、不信任這位

求職者的學(xué)歷、資歷或經(jīng)驗(yàn)并暗示不大也許錄取;二是故意出此難題,以誘使

對(duì)方盡量地表明自己,從而更深入理解此人。答問(wèn)方略:

1先從心理上要穩(wěn)住,別慌亂,別灰心,別急著辯白。

2應(yīng)把此類(lèi)難題當(dāng)成深入申明這職位適合你H勺種種條件和理由,即我到這

里能干什么工作。既要自信,又要實(shí)事求是。

3應(yīng)聘前先要把自己的資歷與經(jīng)驗(yàn)和用人單位職位的條件一一分析清晰,

列出種種適合的理由,這樣在答問(wèn)時(shí)就會(huì)慷慨陳詞、條理井然了。

4不要長(zhǎng)篇大論,能說(shuō)清晰就夠了。

5態(tài)度要不卑不亢,不要一聽(tīng)對(duì)方認(rèn)為你干不了,你就乞求對(duì)方。由于用人

單位不會(huì)因可憐誰(shuí)就錄取誰(shuí)的。

二、你為何有愛(ài)好到這里找工作?

用人單位對(duì)某些學(xué)歷、資歷比較高的求職者常提類(lèi)似H勺問(wèn)題,其意圖是:

1怕這人未來(lái)“跳槽”,工作不安心,把新工作當(dāng)成一塊跳板。2深入考驗(yàn)這種人,

看他們有無(wú)決心到這里來(lái)踏實(shí)工作。3多用反問(wèn)句、設(shè)問(wèn)句的口氣提出,考察應(yīng)

3別忙中出錯(cuò)或言多語(yǔ)失。例如對(duì)方是一種臺(tái)灣人開(kāi)的企業(yè),你卻說(shuō):“我

三、你自認(rèn)為有什么優(yōu)缺陷?

主試人想通過(guò)這一類(lèi)問(wèn)題的解答理解到:1這個(gè)人能否對(duì)自己做出對(duì)

--好學(xué)習(xí)、肯鉆研。

-有干勁,不惜力。

--好相處,跟誰(shuí)都合得來(lái)。
