勞動(dòng)合同協(xié)議書(shū)英文范本
LaborContractAgreementThisLaborContractAgreement(the"Agreement")ismadeandenteredintoasof[date]byandbetween[Employer'sName],a[companytype]organizedandexistingunderthelawsof[country/region],withitsprincipalplaceofbusinesslocatedat[address](the"Employer"),and[Employee'sName],anindividualresidingat[address](the"Employee").1.EmploymentTheEmployerherebyemploystheEmployee,andtheEmployeeherebyacceptsemploymentwiththeEmployer,onthetermsandconditionssetforthinthisAgreement.2.PositionandDuties2.1TheEmployeeshallbeemployedinthepositionof[jobtitle]andshallperformsuchdutiesandresponsibilitiesasarecustomarilyassociatedwithsuchpositionandasmaybereasonablyassignedtotheEmployeebytheEmployerfromtimetotime.2.2TheEmployeeshalldevotehis/herfullbusinesstime,attention,andbesteffortstotheperformanceofhis/herdutieshereunderandshallcomplywithalloftheEmployer'sreasonablepolicies,rules,andregulations.3.TermofEmployment3.1Thetermofthisemploymentshallcommenceon[startdate]andshallcontinueuntilterminatedinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisAgreement.3.2EitherpartymayterminatethisAgreementupon[numberofdays/weeks/months]writtennoticetotheotherparty.4.Compensation4.1InconsiderationfortheservicestoberenderedbytheEmployeehereunder,theEmployershallpaytheEmployeeasalaryattherateof[amount]per[payperiod],payableinaccordancewiththeEmployer'sregularpayrollpractices.4.2TheEmployeeshallbeeligibleforsuchbonuses,incentives,andotherformsofcompensationasmaybeestablishedbytheEmployerfromtimetotimeandinitssolediscretion.5.WorkingHoursandOvertime5.1ThenormalworkinghoursoftheEmployeeshallbe[numberofhours]perday,[numberofdays]perweek,asdeterminedbytheEmployer.5.2IntheeventthattheEmployeeisrequiredtoworkovertime,theEmployershallpaytheEmployeeforsuchovertimeworkinaccordancewithallapplicablelawsandregulations.6.LeaveandAbsences6.1TheEmployeeshallbeentitledtosuchvacation,sickleave,andotherformsofleaveasareprovidedbytheEmployer'spoliciesandapplicablelaws.6.2TheEmployeeshallnotifytheEmployerinadvanceofanyplannedabsencesandshallcomplywithalloftheEmployer'sproceduresregardingleaveandabsences.7.ConfidentialityandNon-Compete7.1TheEmployeeacknowledgesthatduringthecourseofhis/heremployment,he/shemayhaveaccesstoconfidentialinformation,tradesecrets,andproprietaryinformationoftheEmployer(the"ConfidentialInformation").TheEmployeeshallkeepsuchConfidentialInformationconfidentialandshallnotdiscloseittoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheEmployer.7.2DuringthetermofthisAgreementandforaperiodof[numberofyears]aftertheterminationofthisAgreement,theEmployeeshallnotengageinanybusinessoractivitythatcompeteswiththeEmployer'sbusinesswithin[geographicalarea].8.IntellectualProperty8.1Allinventions,discoveries,improvements,andworksofauthorship(collectively,the"IntellectualProperty")made,conceived,orreducedtopracticebytheEmployeeduringthecourseofhis/heremploymentwiththeEmployerandrelatedtotheEmployer'sbusinessshallbetheexclusivepropertyoftheEmployer.8.2TheEmployeeshallpromptlydiscloseallIntellectualPropertytotheEmployerandshallcooperatewiththeEmployerinobtaininganypatents,trademarks,copyrights,orotherformsofintellectualpropertyprotectionforsuchIntellectualProperty.9.Termination9.1ThisAgreementmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyuponwrittennoticeintheeventofamaterialbreachofthisAgreementbytheotherparty.9.2Intheeventoftermination,theEmployeeshallreturntotheEmployerallproperty,documents,andmaterialsbelongingtotheEmployerandshallceasetorepresenthimself/herselfasanemployeeoftheEmployer.10.GoverningLawThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[country/region].11.EntireAgreementThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartieswithrespecttothesubjectmatterhereofandsupersedesallprioragreementsandunderstandings,oralorwritten,relatingtothesame.INWITNE
