引言
我國作為起重機械的生產和使用大國,塔式起重機在長期使用后難免會出現結構件腐蝕、磨損、機
構失效、電器元件老化等問題,從而帶來一定的安全風險。若直接淘汰這些設備,不僅會造成資源的巨
大浪費,還會產生大量廢棄物。因此,發(fā)展塔式起重機的再制造產業(yè)顯得尤為迫切和重要。
目前,雖然我國塔式起重機行業(yè)已經涌現出專業(yè)的再制造商,一些大型生產商和租賃商也具備了
一定的再制造技術和能力,但整個再制造產業(yè)尚未形成規(guī)范化、規(guī)模化的運營格局。特別是缺乏統(tǒng)一
的標準和規(guī)范來指導和管理塔式起重機的再制造過程,這嚴重制約了產業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。
再制造技術作為一種實現廢舊產品有效再利用的重要手段,對于減少資源消耗、降低環(huán)境污染、節(jié)
約能源以及減少溫室氣體排放具有顯著意義。它不僅有助于推動可持續(xù)發(fā)展,更是循環(huán)經濟和低碳經
濟不可或缺的核心組成部分。
本文件旨在制定一套科學合理、具有可操作性和經濟性的通用技術規(guī)程,為塔式起重機再制造商
提供明確的指導和規(guī)范。通過統(tǒng)一技術要求和方法,確保再制造產品的質量安全,進而推動塔式起重
機再制造產業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。我們期望通過這一規(guī)程的推廣和應用,為我國塔式起重機再制造產業(yè)的繁
榮和進步貢獻力量。

1范圍
本文件規(guī)定了塔式起重機再制造的一般要求、再制造性評估、再制造技術與過程要求、標識和出廠
驗收。
本文件適用于可組裝與拆卸的塔式起重機、永久性安裝的塔式起重機。
本文件不適用于可裝設塔身的流動式起重機;帶或不帶臂架的安裝桅桿
