3、duates can form a partnershipor become the shareholder.In that way they can participate in the start-ups. Thats true especially when the small and medium enterprises are in the growing phase. From a long-term point of view,its necesssary to have highly-educated personnel involved in business. it als

6、.2%. The main regions of self-employed is the Midwest where the job is more difficult to seek.Moreover,the major cities type of entrepreneurship is ground level and following cities. In general, the more developed economic regions, the more big cities, the employment environment is better and the nu

7、mber of self-employed proportion is lower. The main self-employed graduates is Engineering Course , followed by financial management graduates. The self-employed graduates are mainly concentrated in retail industry and stylistic entertainment.Their monthly income substantially higher than employed g

8、raduates monthly income. Results showed that the 2008 Session college graduates who come from private entrepreneurs, enterprise managers and individual and industrial and commercial family bear the highest startup ratio. University graduatess venture is influnced greatly by their family entrepreneur

9、s cultural. Moreover, 82% of the venture capital depend on their parents, friends and personal savings .The capital source which comes from commercial venture investment and government funded is almost none. So, those graduates who bear entrepreneurial ambition but family economic conditions is not

10、so good will not easily realize their entrepreneurial dream.Accordingly,there is a need for the government to help with the start-up capital economic difficulties of entrepreneurs The 2008 Session university graduates think that the startup ideal is the most important entrepreneurial motivation (41-

11、48 percent), rather than not finding the job (12-15%),.While during their university life, the summer internships and part-time job can help a lot with entrepreneure The college and government provide entrepreneurial training and consulting can simulate the universitys entrepreneurial activity .They

12、 can hold such as entrepreneurship competition, etc. So universities can strengthen the cultivation of students autonomous pioneering consciousness and related entrepreneur contest activity. The 2008 Session university graduates entrepreneurs think that the top three risk for failure is lack of fund

13、 , market promotion difficulties and lack of enterprise management experience.
