吸收塔設(shè)計(jì)2脫硫塔設(shè)計(jì)摘要:考慮到對(duì)煤種及鍋爐負(fù)荷的適應(yīng)性、運(yùn)行與維修的方便性、吸收劑的廉價(jià)性和來源廣范性、副產(chǎn)品具有的綜合利用價(jià)值性(即使拋棄擱置也無二次污染),在比較了幾種不同工藝的特性以及它們中國的實(shí)際應(yīng)用情況之后,本文選擇了順應(yīng)吸收塔發(fā)展潮流的噴淋塔作為設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)象來實(shí)現(xiàn)石灰石-石膏濕法煙氣脫硫。這套工藝采用了脫硫、除塵和就地強(qiáng)制氧化同時(shí)完成的高性能化組合塔型。設(shè)計(jì)塔內(nèi)煙氣的流速為3m/s,液氣比為18L/m3,鈣硫比為1.04。噴淋塔主體、除霧器和再噴淋層依次垂直布置,這樣塔的整體布局將會(huì)更加緊湊,占地面積較小。對(duì)于脫硫產(chǎn)物石膏,則采取了回收與拋棄兼容的處理方法。塔內(nèi)脫硫工作流程為:經(jīng)釋熱降溫后的煙氣自下而上的進(jìn)入吸收塔的逆流段,與依靠重力降落的高密度循環(huán)噴淋液滴進(jìn)行高效接觸,氣液兩相在空間完成傳質(zhì)和吸收的過程。然后潔凈的煙氣經(jīng)過除霧器的除霧和再熱器的加熱后從煙囪中被釋放到大氣當(dāng)中去。吸收漿液在塔下部的氧化槽中被氧化成石膏漿液,然后進(jìn)入石膏濃縮脫水系統(tǒng)。關(guān)鍵詞:濕法煙氣脫硫,脫硫塔,石灰石-石膏法DesignofdesulfurizetowerAbstract:Consideringtheadaptabilitytocoaltypeandloads,theconvenienceofoperationandmaintenance,therelativelycheapandeasy-obtainingabsorbent,thecomprehensiveutilizationofby-product(nosecondarypollution,evenabandoned鹽城工學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書20093gypsum),aftercomparingdifferenttechnicalprocessfeaturesandtheapplicationsituationinChina,thesprayscrubber,whichisthedevelopingtrendofabsorptiontower,isdesignedforCaCO3-CaCO4wetfluegasdesulfurizationinthispaper.Thetechnologyusesthehigh-performanceintegralsprayscrubber,inwhichthefunctionofdesulfurization,dedusting,andforcedoxidationonthespotarepossessedsimultaneously.Thedesignedvelocityoffluegasincountercurrentsectionis3m/s.Theliquid/gasratiois18L/m3andCa/Sratiois1.04.Spraytower,misteliminator,reheaterarearrangedoneontopofanothervertically,thereforethetowerarealayoutofitismorecompactandtheoccupiedlandareaissmaller.Forthedesulfurizationproducts,gypsum,thetreatmentofpartbeingrecoveredandpartbeingabandonedwasadopt.Workingprincipleofitisthatthefluegasflowsupwardsintothescrubbercountercurrentsectionafterheatbeingreleasedandtemperaturebeinglowered,reactswithhigh-densitycirculatingslurrydropsdownwardsfallenbygravity,gasandslurrytwophasesfinishtheprocessmasstransferringandabsorptionreaction.Thenthecleanfluegaspassedthroughmisteliminatorandreheater,anddischargestotheloweroxidationsump,andthenentersgypsumconcentrationanddehydrationsystem.KEYWORDS:wetfluegasdesulfurization(WFGD),desulfurizetower,limestone-gypsumtechnology脫硫吸收塔設(shè)計(jì)41緒論隨著工業(yè)化進(jìn)程的持續(xù)發(fā)展和人民生活水平的不斷提高,社會(huì)對(duì)能源的需求量越來越大,能源利用過程中的環(huán)境污染問題也日益嚴(yán)重。其中大氣污染是較為突出的方面。大氣污染物來源可概括為三大方面:1、燃料燃燒;2、工業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程;3、交通運(yùn)輸。在我國大氣中90%的SO2來自煤炭的直接燃燒。二氧化硫大量排放使我國城市中二氧化硫污染程度不斷加重,某些城市大氣污染程度已達(dá)到發(fā)達(dá)國家五六十年代污染最為嚴(yán)重的程度。自1999年初,國務(wù)院頒布了《關(guān)于酸雨控制區(qū)和二氧化硫污染控制區(qū)的批復(fù)》我國煙氣脫硫技術(shù)有了很快的發(fā)展。二氧化硫控制技術(shù)根據(jù)不同的機(jī)理,可分為爐前脫硫、爐內(nèi)脫硫和爐后脫硫。爐前脫硫一般指洗煤、選煤。意思是在煤投入爐內(nèi)燃燒前給予控制,減少煤中的含硫量,從而減少二氧化硫排放。爐內(nèi)脫硫是指在煤燃燒過程中脫硫,一般采取爐內(nèi)噴鈣或其它堿性物質(zhì),將硫固定在煤渣中,達(dá)到控制二氧化硫的目的。爐后脫硫是指在硫燃燒變成二氧化硫后再從煙氣中脫除,也就是我們常說的煙氣脫硫。本次課題設(shè)計(jì)的目的和任務(wù):了解整個(gè)FGD裝置的運(yùn)行原理,以及其核心部件脫硫塔的結(jié)構(gòu)組成以及工作原理,同時(shí)也應(yīng)該了解整個(gè)脫硫塔的加工制作以及安裝過程。在了解了吸收塔的組成以及工作原理之后,進(jìn)行吸收塔圖紙的繪制。完成吸收塔總裝配圖,以及噴淋層,除霧器部裝圖。并針對(duì)此次設(shè)計(jì)編寫設(shè)計(jì)說明書。鹽城工學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書200952總體方案論證到目前為止國內(nèi)的脫硫技術(shù)基本上是引進(jìn)德國、美國、日本等先進(jìn)技術(shù)。在脫硫效率、運(yùn)行可靠性和成本方面有了很大的改進(jìn),運(yùn)行可靠率可達(dá)99%。煙氣脫硫的方法甚多,但根據(jù)物理及化學(xué)的基本原理,大體上可分為吸收法、吸附法、催化法三種。吸收法是凈化空氣中二氧化硫的最重要的、最廣泛的方法。吸收法通常是指應(yīng)用液體吸收凈化空氣中的二氧化硫,因此吸收法煙氣脫硫也稱為濕法或濕式煙氣脫硫。濕法脫硫的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是脫硫效率高、設(shè)備小、投資省、易操作、易控制、操作穩(wěn)定、以及占地面積小。目前常見的濕法煙氣脫硫是石灰石/石灰-石膏法。其工業(yè)化裝置已有四十余年的歷史,經(jīng)過多年的不斷改進(jìn)發(fā)展與完善,目前已成為世界上技術(shù)最為成熟、應(yīng)用最為廣泛的煙氣脫硫工藝。煙氣濕法脫硫是當(dāng)今國際上85%左右大型火電廠采用的工藝流程,吸收塔是火電廠濕法脫硫(FGD)的核心設(shè)備。其作用是將除塵后的煙氣中SO2被石灰漿液吸收,經(jīng)除霧器除霧后進(jìn)入煙道。吸收SO2后的漿液在塔體下部漿池內(nèi)逐步氧化反應(yīng)生成石膏作為商品外銷。該塔操作壓力不高(3kPa左右),溫度不高(進(jìn)氣溫度一般在140℃左右,出口溫度小于50℃),但直徑較大(一般配30萬kW機(jī)組,其直徑約為Φ13m~Φ14m)。屬大型薄壁容器。本塔為氣液逆向反應(yīng)的立式塔,其大致結(jié)構(gòu)如圖1所示。最底部為漿池,提供與煙氣中的二氧化硫反應(yīng)所需的漿液,并在內(nèi)氧化生成二水石膏,往上為噴淋層,其上的噴頭噴出漿池中的漿液與上升的煙氣反應(yīng)吸收煙氣中的二氧化硫;噴淋層再上面則為除霧器,一般設(shè)置兩層,目的是吸收通過噴淋層后煙氣中的液滴和水霧;然后是出口煙道,進(jìn)過吸收二氧化硫后的煙氣從出口煙道中排出。本次設(shè)計(jì)選擇石灰石濕法煙氣脫硫系統(tǒng)。石灰石-石膏濕法煙氣脫硫的主要工藝流程:煙氣→擋板門→升壓風(fēng)機(jī)→GGH→吸收塔→GGH→擋板門→煙囪.煙氣取自鍋爐引風(fēng)機(jī)出口,經(jīng)過煙道旁路擋板門進(jìn)入濕法煙氣脫硫(FGD)裝置,煙氣經(jīng)過脫硫升壓風(fēng)機(jī)匯合進(jìn)入煙氣換熱器(GGH),經(jīng)過降溫后進(jìn)入吸收塔。煙氣中的SO2在吸收塔內(nèi)與石灰石漿液吸收劑反應(yīng)被除去,從吸收塔出來的清潔煙氣再進(jìn)入煙氣換熱器升溫到80℃后,排入鍋爐水平煙道,經(jīng)煙囪排入大氣。當(dāng)FGD裝置停運(yùn)時(shí),旁路擋板門打開,增壓風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)出口擋板門關(guān)閉,煙氣從煙道進(jìn)入煙囪直接排入大氣。
