Rates are non-commissionable.l The agreement include breakfast (double). Not available in trail operation. l The hotel receptionist may request a business card of the guest upon check in.在旺季的各段時(shí)間及法定節(jié)假日，甲方如需入住酒店，應(yīng)當(dāng)提前兩天以上進(jìn)行預(yù)訂，如因甲方未及時(shí)預(yù)訂而造成無房入住的情況，乙方不承擔(dān)相應(yīng)責(zé)任。Party A should make bookings two days in advance in peak period and national holiday, Party B will not take any responsibility if the bookings are not made two days in advance. 甲方職員能享受以下優(yōu)惠條件：party A employees have the following benefits: 室內(nèi)提供免費(fèi)高速上網(wǎng)接口 免費(fèi)提供停車 免費(fèi)早餐 生日當(dāng)天入住酒店，贈送生日蛋糕 Free high-speed in-room internet access Free car parking Free breakfast Birthday candles will be provided if depart in birthday. 2、 協(xié)議規(guī)則以上協(xié)議價(jià)格僅適用于協(xié)議公司職員及客戶接待入住。商務(wù)會議，展會的價(jià)格將另議。以上的房價(jià)是不可提取傭金的，并且只適用于甲方的訂房。如果甲方將來指定某一旅行社代理訂房事宜，甲方有義務(wù)向其說明該協(xié)議價(jià)，乙方?jīng)]有向旅行社支付傭金的責(zé)任。 There is no commission for all rates and the rate only applies for party A reservation.If party A designates a travel agency to deal with reservations, party A has the responsibility to explain the corporate rate and party B does not need to pay the commission to the travel agency.3、 訂房與取消預(yù)訂Reservation and cancellation 1. 預(yù)訂方法 Reservation methods :傳真預(yù)訂 Fax: 0512-電話 Telephone: 0512-2. 普通預(yù)訂： 甲方在正常情況下可以通過以上預(yù)定方法，提前進(jìn)行預(yù)訂并注明客人姓名、抵店日期、離店日期、房間數(shù)等，乙方以回轉(zhuǎn)確認(rèn)并注明預(yù)定號為準(zhǔn)，乙方優(yōu)先保證甲方客人用房，一般情況下，以甲方保留預(yù)訂時(shí)間到晚18:00。 如貴公司(甲方)及到達(dá)時(shí)間,乙方將根據(jù)酒店當(dāng)天入住情況盡量保留甲方訂房.Normal reservation: In normal situation, party A can make the reservations in advance with the above reservation methods and indicates the names of the guests, arriving date, departyure date, number of rooms and so on. party B will send the fax back to confirm the reservations with reservation number. party B will guarantee the reservation and keep it till 6pm of reservation date. If party A needs keep the reservation from 6pm till the time the guest arrives at, its better to indicate guests contact information and the arriving time. Then party B will keep the reservation for party A subject to the availability.3. 取消預(yù)訂： 應(yīng)于當(dāng)日晚18:00之前通知酒店前臺。否則，如果18:00以后，無特別通知到店時(shí)間或非擔(dān)保預(yù)訂的話，預(yù)訂將自動取消。Cancellation: The cancellation must be informed to the hotel reception before 6pm. However,the reservation will be canceled automatically if late arrival has not been advised in advance or it is not guarantee reservation.4. 擔(dān)保預(yù)訂：在旺季期間，乙方會視情況要求甲方對預(yù)訂進(jìn)行擔(dān)保。請甲方在進(jìn)行預(yù)訂時(shí)注意屆時(shí)適用的銷售條款。Guarantee: during the peak period, Party B will guarantee books depend on the circumstances. Please pay attention to the sales provision while booking.4、 付款方式Payment1. 酒店將默認(rèn)所有費(fèi)用將由貴公司（甲方）職員自行支付。It is default that all the expenses in the hotels are paid by the employees of party A.2. *不接受賒賬，如貴公司（甲方）按月結(jié)賬，需預(yù)付押金，同時(shí)酒店開具收據(jù)。Suzhou International Hotel is unable to extend credit facility. If party A would like to settle invoices monthly a pre-paid floating deposit will be required for such facility.3. 如需以支票等形式交納預(yù)付金，請?jiān)诳腿说值耆烨敖患{，以款項(xiàng)到達(dá)我酒店賬戶為準(zhǔn)，否則將收取客人押金。For pre-paid deposits paid by check,it must be received by the hotel three days before the guest arrival, or the guest may be required to settle the account directly.4. 如貴公司（甲方）不再續(xù)簽合同，于截至日期前一個(gè)月通知乙方，乙方將在一個(gè)月內(nèi)辦理退款手續(xù)。If party A does not need to continue the contract, please inform party B one month prior to the expiry date of the contact.party B will make the refund procedure within one month.5、 本協(xié)議期為 年 月 日至 年 月 日止，協(xié)議經(jīng)雙方代表簽字蓋章之日生效，合作期滿后，須重新簽訂合作合同。After the representatives from both party sign and stamp on the agreement, it will be implemented from to . After it is expired, the agreement will be renewed and signed again.6、 本協(xié)議一式兩份，甲乙雙方各執(zhí)一份，未盡事宜由甲乙雙方協(xié)商解決，由于不可抗力因素，致使協(xié)議無法履行，經(jīng)雙方協(xié)調(diào)后可提前終止協(xié)議。與本協(xié)議有關(guān)的任何糾紛，雙方應(yīng)協(xié)商解決，協(xié)商不成的，任何一方均可向酒店所在地的人民法院提起訴訟。There are two copies of this agreement.Each copy will kept by party A and party B.The unaccomplished matter will be discussed by party A and party B together. If on account of unforeseen factors,the agreement cannot be fulfilled it can be terminated prematurely after discussion between both party.7、 本協(xié)議以中英文書寫，如中英文文本有不一致的，以中文文本為準(zhǔn)。The content is written in both Chinese and English.
