Module 12 Unit 2 Repeat these three words daily reduce, reuse and recycle一、 教學內容:Unit 2 Repeat these three words daily: reduce, reuse and recycle.二、 課型:Reading and writing三、 教學目標: 1、能夠聽懂并正確地朗讀下列單詞:divide, plastic, policy, reuse, bottle, throw away, repeat, reduce ,cloth, ton, tons of, rubber, rapid, step, grandson granddaughter.2、語法:能夠初步了解構詞法(復合詞、派生詞和詞性轉換)3、能夠讀懂節(jié)約能源、保護環(huán)境的短文。4、能夠利用構詞法理解一些生詞的意思。5、能夠提出一些環(huán)保的建議,并說明原因。四、教學重難點:1、能夠讀懂節(jié)約能源、保護環(huán)境的短文。2、能夠利用構詞法理解一些生詞的意思。五、教學準備:課堂整體運用任務型教學模式以及閱讀課“四個階段”教學模式。本課指導學生通過閱讀獲取信息,培養(yǎng)學生閱讀技能。在教學過程中,采用多媒體手段輔助教學,利用各種圖片和習題任務貫穿整個教學過程。因此,本節(jié)課需準備:PPT課件。六、教學過程:教學步驟教師活動學生活動設計意圖Step OneWarming-up (3)Lead in (Check the homework)1. Ask students to give more advice about saving the world,introduce their ways.2. Let the students watch a video about the green life.3.Introduce some information about the green life.1. Students give a report ,tell the whole class their ways to save the word.2. Students see the pictures and watch a video about the green life.3.Students get to know more things about the green life.通過匯報的形式檢查上節(jié)課布置的調查作業(yè),回顧了上節(jié)課的內容,考驗學生對Unit1知識的掌握程度。讓學生觀看綠色生活的圖片和視頻,以趣味性的方式導入了本課課題,為學生更深刻學習課文知識做準備。Step TwoPre-reading(5)1.Check the new words.(1)Show more pictures and things to get the students fill in the blanks with right words.(2)Organize them to read the new words together.2.Free talk.(1)Show the pictures on the screen and ask the students to discuss in pairs, encourage them to discuss which ways are good for the environment.(Activity1)(2)Guessing. (Activity2)Ask the students to guess what suggestions will the passage make based on the title. Give some words to help them.Eg. china, divide, necessary, plastic, policy ,reuse(1)Watch pictures learn some new words and try to fill in the blanks with right words.(2)Read the new words together.(1)Students discuss in pairs according to the picture that the teacher show on the screen. (2)Let the students read Paragraph 1 in groups of six and find out difficulties.(3) Ask them to solve difficulties.Paragraph 3(1) Read Paragraph3 and answer the questions: What does “reduce” mean? Reduce saves _and causes_. (2) Ask a student to be “a little teacher” to check the answers. (3) Organize the whole class to read together.(4)Ask some little teachers to solve the difficulties.Paragraph 4(1)Ask the students to read Paragraph4, then answer the following questions.
