英語閱讀理解教學設計與反思閱讀教學是初中英語教學的一個重要環(huán)節(jié),它有利于開闊學生眼界,擴大詞匯量,了解西方文化知識。教師應更多地關注如何教會學生閱讀,而不是僅向學生灌輸大量的語言知識。培養(yǎng)閱讀能力也是教學大綱中規(guī)定的中學英語教學目標之一,所以閱讀課在我們平時的英語教學中尤為重要,怎樣上好閱讀課成為英語教師教學中的關鍵。教無定法,閱讀理解的教學應該有一定的模式,但這種模式并非是一成不變的,我們可以根據(jù)教學內(nèi)容作出合理的調(diào)整。一、status and function in this period, i choose project english, grade 9 unit 2 saving the earth topic 1 section c. this is an important section in the topic. this article mainly talks about that among all kinds of pollution , noise pollution also does great harm to our health. it makes ss to realize the harm of the noise pollution and how to prevent it.二、analysis of the students not all students know that noise is also a kind of pollution and is harmful to humans health. so this section can attract their learning interests. after learning it, the students will get the benefit that what harm the noise pollution bring to them, and theyll realize that english learning is interesting and useful.三. teaching aims and demands知識目標new words and phrasesdeaf print disturb harm includingbe harmful to in noisy conditions go deaf hearing lossno better than in public not onlybut also all sorts ofimportant patterns:1.not all2.its reported that3.make sb do sth能力目標to train the students the abilities of reading and understanding by independent inquisition and cooperation study.情感目標to educate students to realize the harm of the noise pollutionto develop ss learning interest四. teaching key and difficult points1.how to improve the students reading ability2.how to lead the students study in paits/groups and co-operate skillfully3.how to master the useful expressions五 teaching aids blackboard , tape recorder , pictures , multi-media computer六、teaching procedures:step 1: warming up free talk: to ask the student on duty to make a speech : “the past and the present of your hometown”設計思路:每天都有值日生報告,可以鍛煉學生的口語能力。同時也活躍了課堂氣氛。step 2: lead-inafter the duty report, the teacher play some soft music and ask ss to enjoy pieces of music. then ask ss what they think of the soft music. after that, let them enjoy some sound of noise. ask some ss to describe their feelings after enjoy these different kinds of voice. so the teacher can lead to the topic of this section - the noise pollution.設計思路:通過讓學生欣賞輕音樂和聽不同的聲音,讓學生說出其感受,從而很自然地導入話題 “noise pollution”step 3: pre-read look at the pictures on the screen. discuss the following situations and check which causes pollution. ( ) playing loud rock music at midnight ( ) burning wood, gas, oil and coal ( ) producing electricity by wind ( ) talking loudly after class make a list with your partner. e.g.: dont play loud rock music at midnight.設計思路:讓學生熟悉該話題,猜課文內(nèi)容,并引起其學習的興趣很欲望。step 4: skimming and note-takinglet ss skim the passage in 1a. try to find out how many kinds of noise pollution are mentioned in the passage and what they are. then make a note in the notebook.five kinds of noise pollution:noise from a printing factorynoise from airportsnoise caused by loud pop musica loud noise made in publicnoise produced by cars and machines設計思路:讓學生有目的地快速瀏覽文章,并通過做筆記掌握一些基本的信息。這一步是讓學生掌握文章大意的一種閱讀技巧。step 5: listening and reading ask ss listen to the tape and read the articles. after listening and reading, ask some ss to report the main ideas of the passage.設計思路:聽和讀是學生獲取信息的有效途徑,可以培養(yǎng)其快速閱讀的能力。step 6: scanningthe teacher raise several questions about the text and ask ss to find out the answers quickly by scanning. t: read the text again and try to answer the questions below1)does the noise pollution do great harm to our health?2)which kind of living conditions can cause people lose hearing?3)many teenagers can hear no better than the old people. why?t: read the passage again, and look at the four sentences in 1c. which paragraphs should they belong to?設計思路:要求學生根據(jù)老師的問題進行跳躍式的閱讀,在最短的時間找出問題的答案,讓學生對課文有個大概的理解。step 7:intensive reading1) ask them to read the text as quickly as they can and find out the useful phrases and expressions. let the students work in groups and find out the difficult points.1. 對有害 do harm tobe harmful tobe bad for2.在噪音條件下 in noisy conditions3. 變聾 go deaf4.相當多 quite a few5.聽力喪失 hearing loss6.據(jù)報道 its reported that7.和(幾乎)一樣壞 no better than8.在公共場所 in public9.使某人感覺怎么樣 make sb feel 10.各種各樣 all sorts of/all kinds ofthen give them two minutes to remember these phrases.2) read 1a again and finish 1b.設計思路:讓學生分段仔細閱讀文章,在前面的閱讀的基礎上,掌握重點句型和語法,以便加深學生對課文的理解。step 8: discussion show them some pictures about all kinds of pollution. the last picture is the one that the earth is crying. ask the students why the earth is crying. lead them to be a guard to protect our planet. ask them discuss in groups.t: work in groups of four, think about what kinds of pollution we have in our hometown and discuss the bad effects caused by them.1)what kinds of pollution are there around you?2)what are their bad effects?3)what should you do?4)whats your hope and so on?then report their results to the class.設計思路:讓學生通過小組討論,互相幫助,然后陳述自己的觀點,對學生養(yǎng)成獨立思考和探究合作學習的習慣有很大的幫助。step 9: writingbasing on the discussion of the last step, write a letter to the newspaper about pollution problems.設計思路:學以致用,既檢驗學生的學習成果,也讓學生對英語學習產(chǎn)生極大的興趣。同時也訓練了學生的英語綜合能力。step 10: summaryt: what have you learned from this class? what should you do?設計思路:通過小結,再次強調(diào)重難點,加深學生的記憶。step 11: homework:write a letter to an editor according to the report.ex
