狀態(tài)檢修方案2.1 狀態(tài)檢修基本流程A、 設(shè)備信息收集B、 設(shè)備狀態(tài)評(píng)估C、 設(shè)備風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估D、 檢修策略E、 檢修計(jì)劃F、 績(jī)效評(píng)估2.2 狀態(tài)檢修方案實(shí)施狀態(tài)檢修的基礎(chǔ)條件是具有健全的設(shè)備管理體制；完善的檢修質(zhì)量管理體系；靈活的設(shè)備運(yùn)行方式；齊全的設(shè)備管理臺(tái)帳；高素質(zhì)的檢修和運(yùn)行隊(duì)伍及設(shè)備管理人員；先進(jìn)的測(cè)試、分析設(shè)備。我們?cè)诰邆湟陨蠗l件的前提下從以下幾個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)入手，開(kāi)展?fàn)顟B(tài)檢修：（一）設(shè)備的初始狀態(tài)即初始值初始值可以是出廠值、交接試驗(yàn)值、大修后首次試驗(yàn)值（案例35kV*變電站1#主變大修試驗(yàn)）等。例如：1、設(shè)備出廠合格證、出廠試驗(yàn)記錄；2、設(shè)備使用說(shuō)明書；3、安裝交接有關(guān)資料；4、設(shè)備改進(jìn)、大小修施工記錄及竣工報(bào)告；5、歷年大修及定期預(yù)防性試驗(yàn)報(bào)告；6、設(shè)備事故、障礙及運(yùn)行分析專題報(bào)告；7、設(shè)備缺陷記錄；8、設(shè)備移動(dòng)情況記錄；9、設(shè)備改造記錄。這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)包括設(shè)計(jì)、訂貨、施工等一系列設(shè)備投入運(yùn)行前的各個(gè)過(guò)程，做為一個(gè)參照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)確定檢修的恰當(dāng)時(shí)機(jī)。狀態(tài)檢修不是單純的檢修環(huán)節(jié)的工作，而是設(shè)備整個(gè)生命周期中各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都必須予以關(guān)注的全過(guò)程的管理。（二）設(shè)備巡檢在設(shè)備運(yùn)行期間，對(duì)各類設(shè)備規(guī)定的巡檢內(nèi)容和巡檢周期進(jìn)行巡檢（例如日常巡視記錄、設(shè)備測(cè)溫記錄、蓄電池測(cè)量記錄等），巡檢情況有詳細(xì)的記錄，特殊天氣及滿負(fù)荷運(yùn)行、大修之后重新投運(yùn)的設(shè)備酌情加強(qiáng)巡檢，對(duì)設(shè)備的巡檢要點(diǎn)重點(diǎn)巡視，巡視人員能熟練操作巡檢中使用設(shè)備（如設(shè)備測(cè)溫儀），清楚設(shè)備的正常值范圍（如GIS各設(shè)備SF6氣壓等），給設(shè)備管理者提供綜合分析診斷的依據(jù)，進(jìn)行例行性試驗(yàn)或診斷性試驗(yàn)。（案例35kV*變電站1#主變吊芯大修，原因日常巡視發(fā)現(xiàn)運(yùn)行聲音異常，經(jīng)高壓試驗(yàn)及變壓器油跟蹤色譜分析，判斷繞組抽頭溫度過(guò)高，經(jīng)吊芯大修處理后正常運(yùn)行）。（三）設(shè)備狀態(tài)的周期調(diào)整設(shè)備運(yùn)行中的帶電檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目（如SF6氣體壓力、變壓器油面溫度、輕/重瓦斯報(bào)警等），如確認(rèn)其顯示數(shù)值準(zhǔn)確度足以反映設(shè)備正常狀態(tài)、且實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)反映設(shè)備狀態(tài)良好，不管是否到預(yù)試時(shí)間，可以延長(zhǎng)或免除例行各類試驗(yàn)。如果設(shè)備帶電檢測(cè)或巡檢中發(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)備異常、經(jīng)歷了嚴(yán)重的不良工況等，可能危及設(shè)備安全運(yùn)行，經(jīng)設(shè)備管理者裁定是否需要停電進(jìn)行診斷性試驗(yàn)或列入例行試驗(yàn)計(jì)劃，嚴(yán)重者大修，不適宜大修的予以更換。（案例110kV*變電站1#主變瓦斯繼電器誤報(bào)信號(hào)，原因瓦斯繼電器燒毀，及時(shí)更換后正常運(yùn)行）（四）狀態(tài)量的評(píng)估和處置原則狀態(tài)量達(dá)到注意值時(shí)，預(yù)示設(shè)備有可能存在或有可能發(fā)展為某種缺陷，一般是對(duì)于正在運(yùn)行的設(shè)備，應(yīng)跟蹤監(jiān)測(cè)，并及時(shí)報(bào)告設(shè)備管理者對(duì)于停電設(shè)備，在確認(rèn)并非重大缺陷所致之前一般不宜投入運(yùn)行。狀態(tài)量超過(guò)警示值時(shí)，對(duì)于運(yùn)行設(shè)備盡快安排停電進(jìn)行診斷性試驗(yàn)或維修，并及時(shí)報(bào)告設(shè)備管理者，隱患消除前一般不應(yīng)投入運(yùn)行。在相近的運(yùn)行和檢測(cè)條件下，同一家設(shè)備的同一狀態(tài)量不應(yīng)有顯著性差異，否則應(yīng)引起注意。（案例35kV*變電站1#主變變壓器油色譜跟蹤分析）（五）例行維修和試驗(yàn)計(jì)劃要對(duì)設(shè)備的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)進(jìn)行綜合分析與判斷，據(jù)此安排當(dāng)年的設(shè)備檢修計(jì)劃，工作的針對(duì)性、目的性就很強(qiáng)。把一臺(tái)設(shè)備歷(次)年的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果作縱向比較，與同類型設(shè)備的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果作橫向比較，與規(guī)程的要求值相比較，對(duì)設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)做出準(zhǔn)確判斷。對(duì)于充油設(shè)備，由于油是設(shè)備的主要絕緣材料，還應(yīng)把設(shè)備的電氣實(shí)驗(yàn)和油試驗(yàn)結(jié)果結(jié)合起來(lái)進(jìn)行全面考慮。計(jì)劃依據(jù)設(shè)備巡檢和狀態(tài)量的評(píng)估處置原則，按照可靠、安全縝密制定例行維修和試驗(yàn)計(jì)劃，而不是簡(jiǎn)單地按基準(zhǔn)周期定期進(jìn)行。平時(shí)做好維修和試驗(yàn)的預(yù)案及設(shè)備分析工作，只要有停電機(jī)會(huì)，應(yīng)充分利用停電時(shí)間安排設(shè)備的維修和試驗(yàn)。 （六）設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析 對(duì)設(shè)備狀態(tài)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，準(zhǔn)確掌握設(shè)備的狀態(tài)。目前在線監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)還不夠成熟，我們要充分利用成熟的在線和離線監(jiān)測(cè)裝置和技術(shù)，如紅外熱成像技術(shù)、變壓器油氣像色譜測(cè)試等，對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行測(cè)試，以便分析設(shè)備的狀態(tài)，設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析是一項(xiàng)復(fù)雜的工作，涵蓋變電運(yùn)行與檢修、試驗(yàn)、繼電保護(hù)、調(diào)度和安全監(jiān)察等專業(yè)，涉及面廣。我們建立了生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)，利用系統(tǒng)所具有的分析和統(tǒng)計(jì)功能，為設(shè)備的狀態(tài)檢修提供比較高效的信息，以完善的管理系統(tǒng)對(duì)設(shè)備狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行綜合分析，得到準(zhǔn)確、科學(xué)合理的結(jié)果，正確的指導(dǎo)狀態(tài)檢修工作。3 總結(jié)幾年來(lái)，隨著狀態(tài)檢修管理理念的大力推行，逐步建立了狀態(tài)檢修機(jī)制。通過(guò)對(duì)變電設(shè)備在線監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)、交接預(yù)試信息、運(yùn)行信息的分析，科學(xué)地判斷設(shè)備綜合健康狀況，對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行狀態(tài)評(píng)估，并根據(jù)評(píng)估結(jié)果，確定維修計(jì)劃，做到當(dāng)修必修、需修才修，從而節(jié)約了維修費(fèi)用，減少了停電時(shí)間。 變電設(shè)備設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢修工作的實(shí)施在我局取得了良好的效果，收到了很好的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，近幾年來(lái)我們共推遲了20臺(tái)次變電設(shè)備的大修，節(jié)約了維修費(fèi)，并提高了變電設(shè)備的設(shè)備可用率；還根據(jù)狀態(tài)評(píng)估結(jié)果，提前對(duì)1臺(tái)主變進(jìn)行大修，因維修及時(shí)，避免了重大設(shè)備損壞，最大程度上維護(hù)了企業(yè)利益。參考文獻(xiàn)：
