Pollution of water must grab the source, wastewater is primarily the source of backward production capacity, increase the intensity of設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢修狀態(tài)檢修是一種以設(shè)備狀態(tài)為基礎(chǔ)、以預(yù)測設(shè)備狀態(tài)發(fā)展趨勢為依據(jù)的檢修優(yōu)化方式，其優(yōu)化過程為狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)獲取、狀態(tài)評估、檢修方式?jīng)Q策。狀態(tài)檢修方式以設(shè)備當(dāng)前的實際工況為依據(jù)，而非以傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)備使用時間為依據(jù)。*市電網(wǎng)變電部分運行現(xiàn)狀：35kV及以上變電站 23座， 其中110kV站10座， 35kV站13座。 掛網(wǎng)運行的35kV以上主變壓器共37臺， 總?cè)萘?0kVA， 其中110kV主變14臺， 容量.0kVA； 35kV主變23臺， 容量.0kVA。1 狀態(tài)檢修必要性在以前的變電設(shè)備維護中，以傳統(tǒng)的定期設(shè)備檢修為主。然而，隨著新技術(shù)、新工藝在電力設(shè)備制造業(yè)中的廣泛應(yīng)用，電力設(shè)備的質(zhì)量和性能已經(jīng)大大提高，有的設(shè)備在設(shè)計使用年限內(nèi)已達(dá)到免維護水平，若仍延用定期檢修管理模式顯然已不符合時代的進步。傳統(tǒng)的定期設(shè)備檢修的理念和規(guī)程已不能完全適應(yīng)當(dāng)前電力生產(chǎn)的發(fā)展需要，為了充分保障設(shè)備運行的可靠性，狀態(tài)檢修更加顯現(xiàn)出不可替代的作用。2 狀態(tài)檢修方案2.1 狀態(tài)檢修基本流程A、 設(shè)備信息收集B、 設(shè)備狀態(tài)評估C、 設(shè)備風(fēng)險評估D、 檢修策略E、 檢修計劃F、 績效評估2.2 狀態(tài)檢修方案實施狀態(tài)檢修的基礎(chǔ)條件是具有健全的設(shè)備管理體制；完善的檢修質(zhì)量管理體系；靈活的設(shè)備運行方式；齊全的設(shè)備管理臺帳；高素質(zhì)的檢修和運行隊伍及設(shè)備管理人員；先進的測試、分析設(shè)備。我們在具備以上條件的前提下從以下幾個環(huán)節(jié)入手，開展?fàn)顟B(tài)檢修：（一）設(shè)備的初始狀態(tài)即初始值初始值可以是出廠值、交接試驗值、大修后首次試驗值（案例35kV*變電站1#主變大修試驗）等。例如：1、設(shè)備出廠合格證、出廠試驗記錄；2、設(shè)備使用說明書；3、安裝交接有關(guān)資料；4、設(shè)備改進、大小修施工記錄及竣工報告；5、歷年大修及定期預(yù)防性試驗報告；6、設(shè)備事故、障礙及運行分析專題報告；7、設(shè)備缺陷記錄；8、設(shè)備移動情況記錄；9、設(shè)備改造記錄。這個環(huán)節(jié)包括設(shè)計、訂貨、施工等一系列設(shè)備投入運行前的各個過程，做為一個參照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)確定檢修的恰當(dāng)時機。狀態(tài)檢修不是單純的檢修環(huán)節(jié)的工作，而是設(shè)備整個生命周期中各個環(huán)節(jié)都必須予以關(guān)注的全過程的管理。（二）設(shè)備巡檢在設(shè)備運行期間，對各類設(shè)備規(guī)定的巡檢內(nèi)容和巡檢周期進行巡檢（例如日常巡視記錄、設(shè)備測溫記錄、蓄電池測量記錄等），巡檢情況有詳細(xì)的記錄，特殊天氣及滿負(fù)荷運行、大修之后重新投運的設(shè)備酌情加強巡檢，對設(shè)備的巡檢要點重點巡視，巡視人員能熟練操作巡檢中使用設(shè)備（如設(shè)備測溫儀），清楚設(shè)備的正常值范圍（如GIS各設(shè)備SF6氣壓等），給設(shè)備管理者提供綜合分析診斷的依據(jù)，進行例行性試驗或診斷性試驗。（案例35kV*變電站1#主變吊芯大修，原因日常巡視發(fā)現(xiàn)運行聲音異常，經(jīng)高壓試驗及變壓器油跟蹤色譜分析，判斷繞組抽頭溫度過高，經(jīng)吊芯大修處理后正常運行）。（三）設(shè)備狀態(tài)的周期調(diào)整設(shè)備運行中的帶電檢測項目（如SF6氣體壓力、變壓器油面溫度、輕/重瓦斯報警等），如確認(rèn)其顯示數(shù)值準(zhǔn)確度足以反映設(shè)備正常狀態(tài)、且實時數(shù)據(jù)反映設(shè)備狀態(tài)良好，不管是否到預(yù)試時間，可以延長或免除例行各類試驗。如果設(shè)備帶電檢測或巡檢中發(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)備異常、經(jīng)歷了嚴(yán)重的不良工況等，可能危及設(shè)備安全運行，經(jīng)設(shè)備管理者裁定是否需要停電進行診斷性試驗或列入例行試驗計劃，嚴(yán)重者大修，不適宜大修的予以更換。（案例110kV*變電站1#主變瓦斯繼電器誤報信號，原因瓦斯繼電器燒毀，及時更換后正常運行）（四）狀態(tài)量的評估和處置原則狀態(tài)量達(dá)到注意值時，預(yù)示設(shè)備有可能存在或有可能發(fā)展為某種缺陷，一般是對于正在運行的設(shè)備，應(yīng)跟蹤監(jiān)測，并及時報告設(shè)備管理者對于停電設(shè)備，在確認(rèn)并非重大缺陷所致之前一般不宜投入運行。狀態(tài)量超過警示值時，對于運行設(shè)備盡快安排停電進行診斷性試驗或維修，并及時報告設(shè)備管理者，隱患消除前一般不應(yīng)投入運行。在相近的運行和檢測條件下，同一家設(shè)備的同一狀態(tài)量不應(yīng)有顯著性差異，否則應(yīng)引起注意。（案例35kV*變電站1#主變變壓器油色譜跟蹤分析）（五）例行維修和試驗計劃要對設(shè)備的運行狀態(tài)進行綜合分析與判斷，據(jù)此安排當(dāng)年的設(shè)備檢修計劃，工作的針對性、目的性就很強。把一臺設(shè)備歷(次)年的試驗結(jié)果作縱向比較，與同類型設(shè)備的試驗結(jié)果作橫向比較，與規(guī)程的要求值相比較，對設(shè)備運行狀態(tài)做出準(zhǔn)確判斷。對于充油設(shè)備，由于油是設(shè)備的主要絕緣材料，還應(yīng)把設(shè)備的電氣實驗和油試驗結(jié)果結(jié)合起來進行全面考慮。計劃依據(jù)設(shè)備巡檢和狀態(tài)量的評估處置原則，按照可靠、安全縝密制定例行維修和試驗計劃，而不是簡單地按基準(zhǔn)周期定期進行。平時做好維修和試驗的預(yù)案及設(shè)備分析工作，只要有停電機會，應(yīng)充分利用停電時間安排設(shè)備的維修和試驗。 （六）設(shè)備運行狀態(tài)的統(tǒng)計分析 對設(shè)備狀態(tài)進行統(tǒng)計分析，準(zhǔn)確掌握設(shè)備的狀態(tài)。目前在線監(jiān)測技術(shù)還不夠成熟，我們要充分利用成熟的在線和離線監(jiān)測裝置和技術(shù)，如紅外熱成像技術(shù)、變壓器油氣像色譜測試等，對設(shè)備進行測試，以便分析設(shè)備的狀態(tài)，設(shè)備運行狀態(tài)的統(tǒng)計分析是一項復(fù)雜的工作，涵蓋變電運行與檢修、試驗、繼電保護、調(diào)度和安全監(jiān)察等專業(yè)，涉及面廣。我們建立了生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)，利用系統(tǒng)所具有的分析和統(tǒng)計功能，為設(shè)備的狀態(tài)檢修提供比較高效的信息，以完善的管理系統(tǒng)對設(shè)備狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)進行綜合分析，得到準(zhǔn)確、科學(xué)合理的結(jié)果，正確的指導(dǎo)狀態(tài)檢修工作。3 總結(jié)幾年來，隨著狀態(tài)檢修管理理念的大力推行，逐步建立了狀態(tài)檢修機制。通過對變電設(shè)備在線監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)、交接預(yù)試信息、運行信息的分析，科學(xué)地判斷設(shè)備綜合健康狀況，對設(shè)備進行狀態(tài)評估，并根據(jù)評估結(jié)果，確定維修計劃，做到當(dāng)修必修、需修才修，從而節(jié)約了維修費用，減少了停電時間。 變電設(shè)備設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢修工作的實施在我局取得了良好的效果，收到了很好的經(jīng)濟和社會效益。據(jù)統(tǒng)計，近幾年來我們共推遲了20臺次變電設(shè)備的大修，節(jié)約了維修費，并提高了變電設(shè)備的設(shè)備可用率；還根據(jù)狀態(tài)評估結(jié)果，提前對1臺主變進行大修，因維修及時，避免了重大設(shè)備損壞，最大程度上維護了企業(yè)利益。參考文獻(xiàn)： 1狀態(tài)檢修試驗規(guī)程中國電科院07年4月版。2國家電網(wǎng)公司設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢修規(guī)章制度和技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)匯編。3國網(wǎng)公司狀態(tài)檢修驗收細(xì)則。4基準(zhǔn)周期為DL/T 596-1996 電力設(shè)備預(yù)防性試驗規(guī)程所列試驗周期5國網(wǎng)公司輸變電設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢修 設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢修為了促進本公司各項經(jīng)營活動由事后管理向事前管理方式的轉(zhuǎn)變，強化生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營全過程控制，提高資金使用的計劃性，特制定本管理辦法，以增加公司資金運行的透明度treatment of heavily polluting industries.
