cm），每點振動時間約20s30s，混凝土振動棒插入深度以進入前次灌注的混凝土面層下5cm10cm為宜。對于鋼筋、預(yù)應(yīng)力索和預(yù)埋鐵件等分布密集、縫隙窄小處，采用30型振搗器振搗，必要時在振搗器前端焊鋼筋輔助振搗，并適當(dāng)加密振點，振搗過程中派專人檢查，保證混凝土振搗質(zhì)量。梁體頂板混凝土澆筑完成后立即進行第一次收面處理，之后人工第二次收面將梁體外露面壓毛處理。二次收面完成后立即覆蓋塑料薄膜，待混凝土初凝之后再鋪氈布，并在氈布上面澆水，以濕潤氈布為度?；炷恋臐仓⒁馐马棧?施工前，做好充分準備，施工人員分工明確，施工機械設(shè)備提前到位，以保證混凝土連續(xù)快速澆筑?；炷翝仓耙〉门浜媳鹊恼酵ㄖ獑?，并檢查砂、石、水泥，減水劑質(zhì)量。嚴格控制粗骨料粒徑，堅決不能使用粒徑20mm的碎石，避免在鋼筋密集處出現(xiàn)蜂窩現(xiàn)象，發(fā)現(xiàn)粗骨料粒徑有超標現(xiàn)象應(yīng)過篩后再使用?；炷翝仓铝暇鶆蜻B續(xù)，在澆筑底、腹板混凝土?xí)r，下料口要豎直對中蓋布空隙，貼近頂板鋼筋，吊斗不得在梁體頂面隨意移動，避免松散混凝土留在頂上造成頂板出現(xiàn)蜂窩。附著式振動器開動時間要嚴格控制，要短振勤振。插入式振搗器操作時一定要緊跟布料位置及時進行振搗。振搗過程中避免振搗棒直接振搗模板及橡膠管。施工中要注意與先前澆注的結(jié)合部混凝土銜接部分的振搗密實。混凝土澆筑過程中派專人加強檢查模板支撐的穩(wěn)定性和接縫的密合情況。防止在振搗混凝土過程中產(chǎn)生嚴重漏漿，出現(xiàn)較嚴重漏漿及時封堵處理。澆筑過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)混凝土的坍落度變化較大，不適宜用于梁體澆筑時要另做處理。夜間施工時要保證充足的照明，保證混凝土振搗質(zhì)量。澆筑過程中，設(shè)備操作人員要熟練操作設(shè)備，提高混凝土的輸送能力及澆筑質(zhì)量，保證混凝土的連續(xù)澆筑。 三
