1、電氣試驗(yàn) Electric Test1. 電氣試驗(yàn)常規(guī)要求 General Requirements1) 電氣預(yù)防性的試驗(yàn)嚴(yán)格按規(guī)范、產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明書要求執(zhí)行。Electric preventive test shall be carried out in accordance with criterion and product specification strictly.2) 組合式微機(jī)保護(hù)及監(jiān)控繼電器按產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明書進(jìn)行整定。Adjust combined micro-computer protection and monitoring relay3) 常規(guī)的電磁式繼電器調(diào)試按新編保護(hù)繼電器檢驗(yàn)

2、中有關(guān)規(guī)定進(jìn)行調(diào)試。The normal electromagnetic relay commissioning shall comply with the stipulations ofNewProtection Relay Test.4) 盤(柜 )指示電表經(jīng)校驗(yàn)后，對(duì)合格的電表粘貼專用合格證。After calibration of the panel (cabinet) indicative ammeter, paste special quality certificate on the qualified ammeter.5) 高壓開關(guān)柜的傳動(dòng)試驗(yàn)在各電氣元件及單體柜調(diào)試后進(jìn)行。

3、傳動(dòng)試驗(yàn)時(shí)， 認(rèn)真核對(duì) 各回路的準(zhǔn)確及可靠性。主要傳動(dòng)試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目：High pressure switchboard transmission test shall be carried out after electrical element and individual cabinet commissioning. 4、on Test保護(hù)回路傳動(dòng)試驗(yàn)；Loop Protection Transmission Test測(cè)量 /計(jì)量回路試驗(yàn)；Measure/Recording Loop Test 系統(tǒng)低電壓、斷線保護(hù)試驗(yàn)；System Low Pressure, Cable break protection test核對(duì)一、二次相位；Check 1st and 2nd phase2. 變壓器試驗(yàn) Transformer Test1）測(cè)量繞組連同套管的直流電阻，測(cè)量應(yīng)在各分接頭所有位置上進(jìn)行；Measure wi ndi ng and sleeve DC resista nee of all the connect

5、ion joi nts.2）對(duì)1600kVA及以下三相變壓器，各相測(cè)得值的相互差值應(yīng)小于平均值的4%,線間測(cè)得值的相互差值應(yīng)小于平均值的2%； 1600kVA以上的三相變壓器，各相測(cè)得值的相互差值應(yīng)小于平均值的2%，線間測(cè)得值的相互差值應(yīng)小于平均值的1% ； 1600kVA以上的三相變壓器，各相測(cè)得值的相互差值應(yīng)小于平均值的2%，線間測(cè)得值的相互差值應(yīng)小于平均值的1%；（重復(fù)）三相電阻不平衡率計(jì)算Three Phase Transformer of 1600Kva and the less, the measured value s differenee shall be4% less tha

16、) 交流耐壓試驗(yàn) AC Withstand V oltage Test根據(jù)制造廠提供的技術(shù)資料及業(yè)主的要求決定是否進(jìn)行該項(xiàng)試驗(yàn)；如進(jìn)行該項(xiàng) 試驗(yàn)需制造廠提供試驗(yàn)電壓值。 In accordance with the technical documents provided by manufacturer and Clien ts requirements to determine whether to carry out thetest, if do it, the manufacture should provide test voltage value.a) 試驗(yàn)電壓的頻率為 50Hz，電

17、壓波形應(yīng)盡可能接近正弦波形。The testing voltage frequency is 50Hz, voltage wave form better be sine wave.b) 進(jìn)行交流耐壓時(shí) ,非被試側(cè)繞組應(yīng)短接后接地。Carry out AC withstand voltage test, the un-test side of the winding resistance should be earthed.10) 測(cè)量與鐵芯絕緣的各緊固件的絕緣電阻measure the resistance of iron coreinsulation fastening warea) 應(yīng)測(cè)

18、量可接觸到的穿芯螺栓、軛鐵夾件及綁扎鋼帶對(duì)鐵軛、鐵芯及繞組壓環(huán)的絕緣電阻；Measure the touchable penetration bolt, yoke clamp, steel banding yoke, steel core and winding ring insulation resistance.b) 采用 2500V 兆歐表測(cè)量，持續(xù)時(shí)間為 1 分鐘，應(yīng)無(wú)閃絡(luò)及擊穿現(xiàn)象；measuring with 2500 ohmmeter, tine last 1minute, no flashover, no breakdown.c) 當(dāng)軛鐵梁及穿芯螺栓一端與鐵芯相連時(shí)，應(yīng)將連接片

19、斷開后進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)；When one side of yoke beams and penetration bolts connected with the core, carry out Test after disconnecting the clips.11) 沖擊合閘試驗(yàn) Impact Closing Test在額定電壓下對(duì)變壓器進(jìn)行沖擊合閘試驗(yàn),應(yīng)進(jìn)行 5 次,每次間隔宜為 5 分鐘,無(wú)異?，F(xiàn)象。沖擊合閘試驗(yàn)宜在變壓器高壓側(cè)進(jìn)行；對(duì)中性點(diǎn)接地的電力系統(tǒng)，沖擊 試驗(yàn)時(shí)變壓器的中性點(diǎn)必須接地； 發(fā)電機(jī)變壓器組中間連接無(wú)操作斷開點(diǎn)的變壓器， 可不進(jìn)行沖擊合閘試驗(yàn)。Carry out impac

32、。電源的波形應(yīng)為正弦波，諧波分量不超過(guò)基波的5%。試驗(yàn)電源的頻率應(yīng)為50Hz。當(dāng)試驗(yàn)電源頻率對(duì)繼電器影響較大時(shí)應(yīng)考慮頻率的正、負(fù)偏差對(duì)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的影響，應(yīng)對(duì)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行修正。當(dāng)使用直流電 源試驗(yàn)時(shí)，電源的波紋系數(shù)要小。一般情況下，波紋系數(shù)K 1%。Before commissioning, ensure relay meets test power requirements. 36、connection solid, all part is perfect, flexible and liable6) 繼電器的接點(diǎn)檢查： 應(yīng)保證接點(diǎn)接觸良好、 無(wú)抖動(dòng)、 粘住或出現(xiàn)火花等異常現(xiàn)象， 并 有足夠的壓力。Relay contact point inspection: ensure contact point is good, jitter-free, no stick and sparkabnormal phenomenon, and sufficient pressure.7) 電磁式繼電器其動(dòng)作值應(yīng)測(cè)量繼電器的沖擊動(dòng)作值。然后平穩(wěn)下降測(cè)量繼電器的返 回值。 對(duì)于欠量動(dòng)作的繼
