1、2011年基層干部李林森先進(jìn)事跡學(xué)習(xí)體會(huì):“五”學(xué)李樹森李林森同志雖然一生短暫,但用一言一行塑造了一名組織部長公道正派、清正廉潔、無私奉獻(xiàn)的崇高形象。作為組工干部,要以李林森同志為鏡鑒,從做人、做事、用權(quán)等方面進(jìn)行對(duì)照察看,見賢思齊,樹正“五觀”,爭(zhēng)做“講黨性、重品行、作表率”的模范。要學(xué)習(xí)李林森公道正派、堅(jiān)持原則的優(yōu)秀品質(zhì),樹立正確的用人觀。選人用人是組織部門的重要使命,舉賢薦能是組工干部的應(yīng)盡職責(zé)。選什么樣的人、用什么樣的人,關(guān)系到一個(gè)地方的干部風(fēng)氣,關(guān)系到一個(gè)地方的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。李林森同志擔(dān)任萬源市委組織部長5年,始終堅(jiān)持“重品行、重實(shí)干、重基層、重公認(rèn)”的用人導(dǎo)向,在他手中,先后有18名優(yōu)

2、秀鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)黨委書記被提拔重用,11名長期堅(jiān)守邊遠(yuǎn)高寒山區(qū)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的黨委書記被交流到市級(jí)部門,而沒有一個(gè)想搞歪門邪道的人能走進(jìn)他的家門。當(dāng)前,正值省、市、縣、鄉(xiāng)四級(jí)黨委換屆的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,學(xué)習(xí)李林森的用人觀更具有重要意義。學(xué)習(xí)李林森的用人觀,就要加強(qiáng)黨性修養(yǎng),自覺錘煉公道正派的選人用人品格,消除患得患失、瞻前顧后和“老好人”心態(tài),不為利益、關(guān)系和人情所左右,敢于講真話、報(bào)實(shí)情,敢于堅(jiān)持原則、主持公道,敢于對(duì)那些違規(guī)違紀(jì)的人和事較真碰硬,以堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的黨性保證選人用人的公平公正。學(xué)習(xí)李林森的用人觀,就要堅(jiān)持“四重”用人標(biāo)準(zhǔn),用工作說話,用民意考量,真正做到讓能干事者有機(jī)會(huì)、干成事者有舞臺(tái),不讓老實(shí)人吃虧,不讓投機(jī)鉆

3、營者得利。要學(xué)習(xí)李林森開拓創(chuàng)新、奮發(fā)有為的進(jìn)取精神,樹立正確的事業(yè)觀。組織工作的政策性、程序性很強(qiáng),長期從事組織工作很容易形成一種思維定勢(shì),使人習(xí)慣于按部就班,喪失開拓創(chuàng)新的勇氣。而李林森要求組工干部要?jiǎng)?chuàng)造優(yōu)秀、追求先進(jìn),每項(xiàng)工作都努力做得完美。在他帶領(lǐng)下,創(chuàng)造出了“四評(píng)村官”、“五議社區(qū)黨組織”等一批在全國有影響、在全省領(lǐng)先的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),開創(chuàng)了萬源組織工作的新局面。作為一名組工干部,要像李林森那樣,不斷解放思想、更新觀念,正確處理繼承和創(chuàng)新的關(guān)系,找準(zhǔn)改革創(chuàng)新的著眼點(diǎn)和突破口,通過改革創(chuàng)新來解決工作中出現(xiàn)的各種新情況新問題。要著眼于組織工作新的實(shí)踐,多動(dòng)腦筋、多想辦法,力戒工作一般化,努力創(chuàng)特

4、色、求突破、出經(jīng)驗(yàn),在本職崗位上創(chuàng)先爭(zhēng)優(yōu)。要有無私無畏的韌勁和敢為人先的闖勁,把心思用在干事業(yè)上,把精力用在抓落實(shí)上,努力創(chuàng)造一流的工作業(yè)績(jī)。要學(xué)習(xí)李林森心系群眾、一心為民的優(yōu)良作風(fēng),樹立正確的群眾觀。組織部門是干部之家、黨員之家、人才之家,組工干部的工作本質(zhì)就是為人民服務(wù)?!耙獙?duì)人民群眾動(dòng)真情,群眾才會(huì)對(duì)我們有感情”,這是李林森對(duì)干部們經(jīng)常說得一句話。“把群眾當(dāng)父母,視鄉(xiāng)親為爹娘”,這是他不變的諾言。組工干部要像李林森那樣,心里裝著群眾,時(shí)刻想著群眾,心存百姓事,冷暖知民心,做一個(gè)對(duì)百姓“有情有義”的黨員干部。要深入開展“組工干部下基層”活動(dòng),通過結(jié)對(duì)聯(lián)系、定期走訪等方式,融入到群眾中去,了

5、解群眾的所思、所想、所求,時(shí)刻把群眾的安危放在心上,落實(shí)在具體行動(dòng)上,做群眾的貼心人。要高度重視組織部門信訪工作,主動(dòng)到群眾中去,虛心向群眾學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)會(huì)用群眾喜聞樂見的方式來處理問題、化解矛盾,在樹立自身形象的同時(shí),贏得群眾的理解和支持。要學(xué)習(xí)李林森從嚴(yán)律己、清正廉潔的道德情操,樹立正確的權(quán)力觀。在有的人眼中,組織部長有權(quán),更不會(huì)差錢。但李林森生活簡(jiǎn)樸,為人低調(diào),沒有因個(gè)人事情向組織提出任何要求,從未利用手中權(quán)利謀取任何私利,是個(gè)“窮”部長。作為一名組工干部要認(rèn)識(shí)到,選用干部是組工干部的權(quán)力所在、責(zé)任所系,要像李林森那樣擺正權(quán)力與責(zé)任的關(guān)系,切實(shí)為人民掌好權(quán)、用好權(quán)。組工干部由于工作性質(zhì)的關(guān)系,

6、可能會(huì)成為別有用心的人的腐蝕與進(jìn)攻的目標(biāo),能否自覺做到一身正氣、兩袖清風(fēng),至關(guān)重要。組工干部一定要強(qiáng)化自律意識(shí),加強(qiáng)黨性鍛煉和從政道德修養(yǎng),常修為官之德,常懷律己之心,常思貪欲之害,不為名所累,不為利所縛,時(shí)刻保持清醒頭腦和立身做人的尊嚴(yán)。要堅(jiān)持為民用權(quán),秉公用權(quán),依法用權(quán),堅(jiān)決反對(duì)只講面子、不講真理,只講感情、不講原則,只講關(guān)系、不講黨性的不良傾向,自覺做到立身不忘做人之本、為政不移公仆之心、用權(quán)不謀一己之私,樹立組工干部“俯仰無愧”的崇高形象。要學(xué)習(xí)李林森牢記使命、無私奉獻(xiàn)的高尚情懷,樹立正確的忠誠觀。忠誠,是一個(gè)人首要的政治品德,是對(duì)每一個(gè)黨員干部最根本的要求。李林森同志把黨的事業(yè)當(dāng)作生

7、命,他與死神賽跑,以常人難以想象的毅力同病魔作斗爭(zhēng),鞠躬盡瘁,死而后已,體現(xiàn)出對(duì)黨的事業(yè)的無限忠誠。而與李林森相比,有的組工干部缺乏忠誠品質(zhì),耐不住寂寞,坐不得冷板凳,還有的因事業(yè)暫時(shí)的曲折等原因而改變信念,走上違規(guī)亂紀(jì)的道路。作為組工干部,要把忠誠作為工作生活的第一要義,始終保持堅(jiān)定的理想信念和良好的心理素質(zhì),甘為人梯,樂為基石,善為伯樂,無私奉獻(xiàn),做到鐘情于黨的事業(yè)、忠實(shí)于黨的事業(yè)。要保持高度的職業(yè)忠誠,樹立對(duì)組織工作的責(zé)任感和使命感,對(duì)黨、對(duì)人民、對(duì)組織工作竭忠盡責(zé),力爭(zhēng)做一個(gè)組織信任、人民信賴的人。要把忠誠體現(xiàn)在干事創(chuàng)業(yè)的行動(dòng)上,體現(xiàn)在為民造福的成效上,舍得付出,舍得奉獻(xiàn),在奮斗中享受
