The reports shall in clude the nu mber of copies prin ted in the c urre nt

5、 editi on, the stock at the beg inning, and the stock at the end of the six- month accounting period. Royalties due will be paid at that timeshall not permit publication of the title in any other form.shall forward 10 complimentary copies of their first edition of th ebook to K/H, and K/H shall be e

8、）（以下稱星星日報”星星日報獲授予將上述標(biāo)題的書籍譯成韓國語， 并在韓國出版及銷售的永久 權(quán)，只是必須按 照以下條件進行：1 星星日報需確保譯文、用紙、插圖等達(dá)到與原書相同的水平，并保證該 書在該協(xié)議簽訂 后6個月內(nèi)出版。2 譯文需忠于原著，意思正確。若未經(jīng) K/H書面同意，不得對原文進行 刪改。該書中如登 載任何廣告，都必須事先得到 K / H的許可。3 星星日報需按照K / H的指示，在譯本上印明K / H的公司名稱、標(biāo)志 及原著的版權(quán)資料。星星日報需使用原著的書名。4 星星日報需支付給 K / H以下的銷售版稅：a. 首500冊按零售價的百分之六（6%）計算。b. 其后的印數(shù)，按零售價的百分之十（10%）計算。5 星星日報需于每年6月30日和12月31
